“Bought a top for my daughter. It was too small so returned it. They sent it back to me saying no refund as there was make up on it. My daughter had no make up on when she tried the top on and on inspection of the top there is not one single make up mark on it. This is disgusting as I now have to go through agro of trying to argue and get my refund. I will not buying from here again if this is what happens. Be careful when returning - Motel Rocks need glasses!!!”

“My sister bought a dress from you a few weeks ago, it was terrible, see through and cheap yet she paid £38 for it! She tried to return it and Motel Rocks replied and said her refund had been rejected because it was "returned in a bad state and covered in make-up" haha what a lie, my sister doesn't even wear make-up. If anyone has watched Joe Lycett you will know that companies do this, so they don't have to give you a refund. Very bad service and untrustworthy. Don't buy from this company, they just try to steal your money......”

“Don’t order! It says quick delivery and easy returns and that’s wrong. I had to wait so long and had to pay 8,60€ for my returns. That’s outrageous.. I hope that I get the rest of my money back!”

“I accidentally ordered a bandana that I didn’t even want and emailed their customer service asking for a refund and to cancel my order seconds after I bought it they responded to my email a day later saying it was too late to cancel the order and now I have to pay for shipping to return the item so disappointed until shir cutsomer service DONT BUY FROM THEM”

“I ordered three dresses on 25th of May. Delivery took forever (around a month). Dresses don’t fit me well, quality is so cheap. The best part: return policy. 14 days return policy. DON’T ORDER from them. Save yourself money and time. Customer service is horrible. I was moving out from Philly and I asked them to change the address and the answer was: track your parcel. AliExpress has better dresses.”

“I ordered from Motel Rocks in June 16 and i was supposed to get the 2-5 day delivery. It’s already been 8 days and it’s still in the UK. I’ve read the reviews and i’m a little scared because I got a size small and there are people saying that the sizing is very inconsistent and that the quality is bad. Hopefully I get my dress soon and have no issue with it, I bought it for my graduation on July and I would be very upset if there was a fault in it or if I would have to return it because I read they have a lot of issues with refunds. I’ll give updates once my order arrives. :)”

“First of all the sizing makes no sense. I am a XS in every other brand, I even checked Motel Rocks' sizing chart. All the dresses and skirts fit like a Large on me when they came. So i had to return them all. Since I live outside of the UK, I had to pay 80 US DOLLARS to return them. I knew I had to pay for returns but I didn't know it would cost SO much. And I did return them because it's not like I can take them to a consignment store or anything, I'd never get my money back on these overpriced, poorly made items for the same outrageous price they charge. So that's right, I spent what equals a week and a half worth of grocery FOR NOTHING. As other reviewers mentioned, you can tell it's made of cheap material and you can find similar items on Alibaba etc. You're better off shopping at places like Verge Girl or Princess Polly or Pacsun or Urban. And since I had to pay $10 for shipping to get the items in the first place, I've lost a total of $90.”

“I ordered a dress for my graduation. I live in the US and did not realize the brand was from England. When it came the dress looked nothing like the photo the quality was awful. It was super short too (my lady parts were flashing when I moved in it). I remembered the site said returns were easy and no hassle so I assumed like Princess Polly I could return for free. They charged me $22.50 USD to return the thing. Absolutely ridiculous I regret wasting my money here I just wanted a grad dress. Very disappointed. SAVE YOUR MONEY! You can order this brand on Princess Polly and not get ripped off!”

“Compré un vestido el cual no me quedaba bien y lo devolví el 12/5 esperando a que me devolviesen el dinero como es lógico. A día de hoy dicen que aún no lo han recibido en su almacén!!! He tirado 46€ de vestido más los 7€ que me costó la devolución. Está claro que nunca más voy a comprar ahí!!!”

“Clothes are ridiculously undersized. I am a UK size 10 in most stores, occasionally a UK size 8, and I can't even fit into one of their medium dresses (equivalent to a 12 according to their size guide). The problem is the length which is terribly short no matter what size you go for! Who are these designed for? Telling that they don't have any catwalk videos on their website. If you had to walk in these dresses, they'd turn into a top after two steps.”

“I sent for a top for my daughter for xmas but it was too small. I returned the top and they refused to accept the package as they said it smelled of smoke. It didnt. I objected but was told basically tough !! I then made the mistake of ordering a dress and it was again too small . I returned the dress which was in mint condition ,and yet again it was returned to me saying it smells if smoke. Im devestated ! Thats nearly 70 pounds worth of clothing i have paid for that did not fit and they will not accept back. The items do not smell of smoke at all, its just their way of getting people to buy their sub standard clothes. Absolutely disgusting !!!”

“Overall horrible service, I spent an extra thirty dollars for express shipping, i ordered my items in advance to be precautious and they will no longer arrive on time for my homecoming dance. I received an email stating my items had been flagged. I contacted their customer service and received a response that seemed to be dodging my question. I now tried to cancel my order and have received no response from motelrocks. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and would advise you to shop somewhere else or shop with extreme caution, due to the price, quality, and time of shipment.”

“I ordered 4 dresses for an event (planned on sending the ones that weren’t amazing back). 3 of the dresses were wayyy bigger than what their sizing said, so I tried to return them but Motel Rocks only gave me the option for ParcelPoint delivery - I payed $26!!!!!!! Then I went to a post office and was told that I could’ve returned everything for just over $8!! Extremely unhappy”

“In from USA and I ordered a sun dress from this website almost a month ago. It says it takes 8-10 business days to deliver but it has been 14 business days. After all the reviews I’ve read I’m beginning to think I will never receive my item. If you’re from USA, order from ASOS or a reliable website, not this!!”
