I ordered the Zenith Extreme II Mens 3-in-1 Jacket £219. The outside is showerproof, wind proof and finished to a reasonable standard. However, inside the padding lacked warmth (with medium weight sweater) poor quality seams ( when compared with C&A jacket for 39 euro ). Jamming inside zip also due to poor finish. Both sleeve fasteners broke after a couple of days. Suggest company changes supplier or quality controller. Ok for an early winter jacket but nothing below 6-8c.

Boots were exactly as advertised on the website. Reading the reviews on their website they mentioned you should order 1 size up, did so and the boots fitted perfectly. Delivery was very fast only 3 days. Would definitely order again from Mountain Warehouse.

Worse company to deal with, 3 weeks still waiting for the shipment delivery. Mountain warehouse used this cheap shipment company that sent me a message a delivery schedule which is getting postponed every day. Now its the 4th week waiting for the shipment. When i send the e-mail i am getting same auto response. Terrible..

Mountain Warehouse are showing on their site that items would be delivered within 7 days by standard delivery. However, this is not the case. At the moment they are saying my order still waiting to be collected by courier which means basically the order has not moved on at all since I ordered. Slow delivery times are fine as long as the company is honest about it so that people can decide whether to order or not but what is not acceptable is giving false delivery timings to customers which they clearly cannot fulfill. Would have ordered elsewhere if I had known.

Given sweater as a gift, too small but unable to exchange because original purchase receipt not included. All tags were present and I just wanted same item in a different size. I wrote to customer service and over 2 weeks I got the same form letter saying thanks for contacting us and we see that your return issue has been resolved. I kept replying "NO" it hasn't and they would just send me the exact same form letter. Terrible policy about exchanges and really terrible customer service. Never again we will shop with this company.

Xmas gift from out of country. Went to store here to get larger size. Had all tags etc. but no receipt. Just wanted to exchange. Refused. Emailed customer service and got an email back saying glad your refund was resolved. Really poor service

Where do I begin?? Ordered 3 things (separate orders) beginning of January. They sent zero shipping information. I had to email and ask them for it. All three packages came almost 4 weeks later. That I understand is out of their control. However. In me trying to correspond to them they ignore the questions and shut you down. THEY sent ME an email apologizing and offering to either refund or resend an item that was deemed lost. When I emailed them to tell them to refund me they ignored the email THEY sent, told me I had to wait and return in store. Despite me asking 3 times to acknowledge the email they had sent me they continually ignored it and I finally gave up. Sure their stuff is cheap but heaven help you if you need to speak to customer service about anything. And now, I’m here with three packages that I’m not sure that I can return because I’m at 30 days. Will never ever purchase from them again.

I ordered.... Vostock Womens Snow Boots Grey, Womens Shoe Size 8 US Ohio Womens Snow Boots Grey, Womens Shoe Size 8 US LOVE THEM BOTH!! I dont ever order boots online because Ive had bad experiences..and my feet are wide and I tend to get blisters. In ordered a half size up on both boots....and not only are they comfortable...but warm and light weight compared to my old heavy winter boots. And I live in northern Vermont and it gets in the deep negatives. No problems so far....made well. Fits with thin socks...and cozy with winter socks. DEFINITELY a FANTASTIC buy!!

I love everything I've purchased over time for myself and as gifts for family. I'm a big winter gear buyer -good sox, winter long underwear especially- and recently silk liner gloves for extra finger warmth on my XL hands. It's with the gloves that I experienced my first disappointment. There's a rather large label in one of the gloves that, when I wore them, chafed. I decided I would remove the label. I snipped the stitches. When I was done I saw that the label was integrated into the stitching of the wrist seam. Now I have an opening between the cuff and the palm. A big bummer. I don't quite know how to repair a stretching fabric which these silk gloves are made of. The simplest thing would be to return them for a new pair. How do I do that? I'd send a photo but my flip phone doesn't have the means to download to another platform. I can send a photo as a text if I have your stateside number.

Completely messed up the order. I’ve got half of the items ordered, the rest is for other people from different country. The returning slip is missing so even not sure how it will work to return it. Not recommending.

Thank you Mountain Warehouse for International delivery to Portugal. Exceptional service from ordering to quick safe delivery. Very reasonable postage charge. Wonderful I can kit out my son and grandson so easily with a fashionable wardrobe. Very little choice in their area. What a find.

Mountain Warehouse at Southcentre mall is not even deserving of 1 star. If I could I would give 0 stars based on the customer service I witnessed. A mother was in the store with her baby and 2 toddlers, frantically trying to look for winter jackets. The two toddlers were running around in and out of the racks, like many of them do. I was absolutely shocked when one of the sales associates, a lady maybe in her 60’s,(not trying to be discriminatory- specifying an age to possibly identify the associate) told the mother this wasn’t a playground and ask that she leave. The mother was in shock and asked to speak to a manager. The lady told her he was in the UK and his number could be found on their website. If I didn’t need my thermals and ski socks for tomorrow, I would have dropped all of it right on to the floor and walked out. Shame on you Mountain Warehouse. Is this how you treat your customers?

This company is a joke. Avoid at all costs. I ordered jacket and boots on 2nd Dec. Chased on 10th via website customer services with no reply. Chased 3 more times...nothing. Today got a reply saying my package is lost and the jacket out of stock. I am gutted and disappointed at how poor their communication and service has been. I normally don't bother with reviews but this has p"ssed me off.

Wow... horrible service and lies... 2 weeks... they have generated a label but Canada post has not even scanned it within that time once. 5 calls later I have cancelled. I hope the owners read this as I'm not the only one It appears. Your e-commerce side of the business needs good management.

My god what a waste of time. I ordered a pair of wellingtons & after paying for a delivery in 5days the product did not turn up. I contacted you & was told it can now take up to 10 working days (Amazon & Post Office seem to still manage,) again the product didnt turn up. After 13 working days I contacted again & was told my order was lost & a refund given. I have wasted 3weeks waiting on a product that probably doesnt even exist & the pathetic generic apology I received may as well have been said by a robot. Absolute disgrace & thanks for nothing, because that's literally what I got from you.

Mcarthur Glen outlet store offered service beyond just selling me two coats. Lauren not only explained the merits of each option she also got into a scientific discussion with my 15 year old regarding heat transfer. She also helped my twins to be "individuals" when finding coats. Unable to find any instore she guided us online and showed us what options the girls had. So much time given to our purchase! Very professionally and politely she even aided other shoppers while sorting us out. Lauren was a delightful lady to deal with, clearly she loves her job and is extremely knowledgeable about her products, as such I hope she is recognised as a pure asset to the company. I take this opportunity to wish both her and her colleagues a safe passage through these difficult times. I highly recommend the store to others.

Charged me twice for a product and never delivered it. Sent them multiple emails asking for a refund. They pretended they were trying to fix their problem but never refunded me. Basically stole my money Watch out! These people should be investigated in my opinion

Poor quality products and only backed by a 1 year guaranty. I bought my daughter her coat at the end of their season so she would be prepared for the following year. The zipper wouldn't zip anymore and because it was after 1 year they wouldn't do anything. I also bought wintwr boots which literally fell apart, soles unglued, material was all ripped and was not holding in water and because it was a week after the warranty again they wouldn't do anything. At least Columbia has a lifetime warranty for their products! I will never buy from them again

I have been a loyal customer of Mountain Warehouse for many years and enjoyed shopping at their Ely and Cambridge branch regularly. Since trusting the Brand I decided to order online and paid for my favorite shoes on 22nd October thinking it will be much more convenient (Just walk in and collect from my local Ely branch of Mountain Warehouse). It was big mistake I made, because I still can't collect them because they still don't have them ready for collection on 31st October !. I just can't believe that you can pay and collect right away in the shop but if you pay on line your collection becomes a mystery !. Looks like I am going to advise everybody to give up to try Timberlands instead of the Mountains !..M8148020
