“I like M W clothes and usually order online. My last order however I returned because the clothes didn't suit me. Hermes was the courier and collected the returns from me....if Hermes was the messenger for the gods it's now gone to the dogs....MW was very supportive through my difficulties with Hermes.”

“Three months later, I still hadn’t received the items I ordered. After I contacted them, they sent a package very quickly. But instead of a bivvy bag and sleeping bag liner, they sent two pairs of lady’s overtrousers. Not impressed.”

“Ordered a bivvy bag and sleeping bag liner. Three months later, they still hadn’t arrived. After contact, they sent a package very quickly, so well done for that, but they sent the wrong items. Instead I got two pairs of lady’s overtrousers. Never again!”

“Hi purchased, mountain warehouse downs waterproof jacket, not long after i bought it, the zip broke on one of the pockets, then ive noticed tiny rips appearing on both arms in the sleeves and back of the coat, For a coat that cost £119.00 it's not waterproof and poor quality material, not worth all that money.. very disappointed with it, The only upside is that it does keep me warm”

“I ordered my shoes in the end of April. In description it was information that purpose is walking/hiking shoes. I never really hardly used that shoes. First lockdown, later I had fracture so I couldn't walk at all. Right now we have 5 months from the date I bought shoes and I was force to binned them (abrasion of lining and sole) I am really disappointed with the quality.”

“Terrible service Mountain Warehouse blamed courier but they said never received! Muched about with for 2 weeks before cancelling and getting refund. Refused their off of 20% off and went to Black's but now same thing happening and see the companies r connected!!!”

“Do not buy anything from this company, they send different products and then they do not return your money. They ask you to keep the product that they have sent you by mistake, when the product is not worth 95% of the amount paid.”

“After receiving the wrong item in my delivery, the customer service I received was exemplary. Spoke to someone instantly and she dispatched the correct items immediately. I was also gifted the wrong item. My items arrived promptly the next morning. I would highly recommend Mountain warehouse and commend them for excellent customer service.”

“The website said they were low on stock of the item I wanted. The store had just received their stock, so they weren't low. The item was in a box in the back. Though there were two staff in the store and no other customers, the salesgirl wasn't willing to look! I travelled an hour to get there and the girl knew it. Customer service, online, wasn't any better. They didn't read my submission properly so talked about something else. People should check out other review sites since elsewhere I found only two positive reviews, both of them inferring that the people complaining shouldn't be. It was rather obvious that the two positive reviews were submitted by someone who owns, works for, or is a friend of someone from Mountain Warehouse!”

“I ordered a pair of ankle gaitors, only one came. I e-mailed them and now they are out of stock. Refunding me what I paid for the product but not refunding the delivery charge, I e-mailed them back to ask why they are not paying the delivery charge, but no reply.”

“Avoid avoid avoid ordering anything from this horrendous company.i ordered a coat for my son on 2nd aug,waited & waited,theyvfobbed me off saying there was problem with courier,then they told me the item was misplaced.I requested full refund& they told me the amount would be credited to my a/c,first it was 5 working days,i emailed them again asking about my refund& replied with it will be 14 working days due to covid pandemic.14 days passed,emailed them again& they insist it was credited to my a/c.I contacted my bank& theres no refund lodged from this company on any day for tbe mnth of aug.This is a scam company.do not order anything,im grateful i just lost€34.99”

“Horrible experience. Ordered two pairs of shoes and 2 weeks later received an email that all has been posted. Waited another week before calling courier just to learn that they have never received any package for me and still waiting for mountain warehouse to actually drop it off. No communication from seller at all. After opening eBay case they quickly sent me one pair of shoes out of two ordered and again no communication, no refund. I paid for two pairs just to receive one in totally different size and there is no way I can effectively communicate with this fraudulent company. Just dreadful experience, avoid if you can.”

“Absolutely shocking, don’t touch this company. I have not received my order and after ringing to chase 3 times I was told that they were waiting for the courier to respond. The customer service staff tell you they’ll get back to you, but they don’t. I had a refund, and will never use them again.”

“AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING! Ordered for next day delivery 12/8/20 after almost an hour on the phone due to online problems ordering (system would not accept 2 gift cards and any credit or debit card I tried). I paid extra for next day express delivery having checked this was possible. The order supposedly despatched 12/8 but is missing so tracking number for DHL doesn't work. Held for 30 minutes on 14/8 to be told nothing could be done until Monday/ 17/8 - still no news and no hope of receiving goods. Told on 14/8 that a manager would call me within 24 hours which never happened. When ordering I was persuaded to pay for entire order by credit card and assured i would receive a paypal credit by end of 12/8 for £69 to cover the giftcards . on 14/8 MW emailed to say that refund will not be processed until end of the week commencing 24th August. My order is still missing and having waited for a further half hour they have promised to credit entire order. - AVOID ORDERING YOU MAY NEVER RECEIVE ANYTHING!”
