“I just want yo follow up my refund. I was informed that it will be processed within 5 days but up tk now it is not yet reflected in my account. hoping for response. WHERE IS MY REFUND??!”

Dear Olga, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you are not happy with the service you received. Your refund was processed on the day you contacted us to cancel your order. Our records show that you placed an order on 26th March, and following on from you contacting us the following day, a refund was then authorised on the 27th March. Refunds usually clear within 5 working days but this is dependent on your bank. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, but unfortunately this is due to elements out of our control. “Really pleased with my purchase. Ordering from the website was quick and easy. Delivery was fast and efficient. The item sent was as described and the correct size and colour. The price was excellent being almost half the original price. What more could you ask for? Only shame is that they have now finished stocking NR Rapisardi otherwise I would have definitely purchased at least two further pairs.”

“So far so good. All went well with the ordering process, and the shoes were delivered on time. I've now found I've ordered the wrong size, but the 'exchange' process is pretty smooth, so I'm just about to go down this road. I've contacted Mozimo, and they've already logged on their system that I'll be returning the shoes and asking for an exchange. Famous last words, but given my experience with Mozimo so far I see no reason why things shouldn't continue to go smoothly.”

“Excellent and speedy service, shoes arrived much quicker than I expected, they were the usual Peter Kaiser excellent fit, thank you very much,. Margaret at Wye Accessories gave me your website address just before she retired, I am so pleased she did, I always had problems getting shoes to fit before I found Margaret, I can now continue getting the shoes I like that fit well.”

“Only used online as the shoes were not in stock in Chester, I useually buy from the store. Thought home delivery would sve me another trip in. Tracking useful to know when parcel was being delivered. However - Shoe box arrive completely CRUSHED but shoes inside were ok. The shoes pinched slightly so I returned them to a shop, useful option to know they got back safely.”

“The overall service from Mozimo is good. The delivery was sooner than anticipated. the goods were certainly up to standard, but sadly the size was wrong. Time will tell at the moment if I receive a refund.”
