Dear Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your Festival Mall branch, which exemplifies poor customer service. My mother and her granddaughter visited Mr Price to purchase some clothes. When my mother attempted to pay with a R200 note, the cashier refused to accept it, claiming it had a tear and would cause her till to be unbalanced. My mother received that R200 note from an ATM earlier that morning, and when we attempted to redeposit it, the ATM accepted it without any issues. The cashier suggested, in not so many words, that we should either withdraw another R200 note or spend the money elsewhere. This interaction was not only inconvenient but was handled with a lack of respect, especially towards an older person and pensioner. I understand that policies need to be followed, but the manner in which the cashier and the manager addressed the situation was unacceptable. Respectful and courteous customer service should be a priority, particularly towards elderly customers. I strongly recommend that your staff undergo comprehensive customer service training to prevent similar incidents in the future. Due to the POPI Act, I am aware you cannot disclose personal details, but I urge you to address this internally to improve the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, this incident has left such a negative impression that we will not be returning to Mr Price at Festival Mall.

I bought a jersey online and used the size guide and took my measurements. The guide is TOTALLY WRONG. I am so disappointed as i purchased the item for a function which i will now not be able to wear because the time is too short to order another one and the item is only available online.

Mr Price management should truly consider sending their staff to some intense customer service training. Your staffs are very rude and unwelcoming, making our shopping experience very bitter. From the person at door to the cashiers….and as much as I love Mr Price I told myself never again Will i set my feet there. And it’s so sad because this problem is at most if not all Mr Price store’s. Mr Price Rundu branch (Namibia)❌📍 Regards, Unsatisfied and disappointed customer

The WhatsApp customer care number is so bad, communication is poor and they barely help with anything. They go silent without letting you know that they're busy resolving an issue, it seems like you're alone on the line. They ask if you need further assistance with anything else but they don't actually help, they even close the chat before you can enquire. That time they haven't even helped with the main issue. They are selective as to which questions they answer and if you take a little time to respond, they close the chat. I'm very upset!

Mr price Swakopmund - I'm really disappointed and unhappy about the service that I received I went to lay buy a few items in store but the laybye system was offline I asked one of the store stuff her name is Anna to keep my stuff for me till next day but when I came the next day the laybye system was still offline and my clothes were packed back on the floor because Anna was apparently off for the day so I got the clothes again and asked another store stuff her name is Sylvia to please keep my clothes for me and then she informed me that the laybye system will be offline till Monday and that was now Friday so I begged her literally to keep my clothes for me because I really do want them Monday morning I called the store first thing around 9:00 to inform Sylvia that I will be there to get the clothes today around 11:00 but I was informed by the staff who answered the telephone that Sylvia was off for the day I then asked the staff member to check if my clothes are there that I asked Sylvia to keep because I'm coming to buy them then she said she will have to check so I waited almost for an hour and called back again only to find out the things have been packed back again on the floor after a begged two different staff members literally to keep my stuff for me because I really want the the clothes I feel that this is really unacceptable and bad customer service because I have been shopping at Mr price for a lifetime.

Mr Price secunda (CBD) the staff were unprofessional.They made fun of my brother because of the way he was dressed and was brought to tears. The manager intervened but the staff lied and denied being part of any of it but we clearly witnessed their disrespect. We had to stop shopping and leave. Nothing but a bunch of people take joy in bullying young boys.

I received bad service at the Mr Price in Margate. I had to wait for about 30 minutes while the staff (unbothered) looks for a code for a bag,until I told them I’m leaving and will no longer be purchasing the items I wanted to purchase.

Mr Price Towermall Jouberton very arrogant stuff, it's like we as customers doing them a favour most of them a very unfriendly,as a loyal customer I wanted to purchase stuff on my account they refused to assist me without my id card,i open a dual card for my wife about a month ago the lady that assisted us was not in the mood,I even ask her must we come back another day when you in the mood to assist us,very poor communication,they hardly open their store on time, most of the time they only open after 09h00, please send them for training how to treat customers, they must learn from Mr Price in City Mall Klerksdorp I visited the store yesterday and received very good service

Hi, I ordered 4 items on the 02 June and have not received the package yet. I have access to track the parcel and the status says in transit. It’s the 17 June already and I have not received the parcel. I am not satisfied with this customer service. Please assist with resolving my issue. Kind Regards Unsatisfied customer.

One of the workers had the guts to peek at us from under the changing room curtain which is very rude & unacceptable!! She didn't even apologize for it but jus carried on being rude. Absolutely horrible & disappointed:(!

Mr Price Bluff Towers, the staff need proper training and manners check. Rude, arrogant and no customer services whatsoever. Bring in happy people who want to do, please do a spot check. Pretend to be a customer if needed.

Got at mr price sport at greenstone mall 30 minutes before they close on the ladies side there was a lady who was packing am sure getting ready to close wanted so many things there was a gym bag i wanted firstly i greeted her she couldn’t even look at me i then asked if they had the particular bag she just pointed the other side i then came back where she was to choose tights i will never forget how she screamed calling her colleagues telling them that she won’t finish because am in her section that was very bad you could see in her face that she is not happy I don’t know if thus what they do to their costumers and then her colleagues laughed so i was afraid to look for what i wanted i then moved to check for runners there was 2 ladies who were mopping the attitude is bad believe me i asked them if they wanted me there or not because of the way they were behaving not only me but to other customers who were there also so it happened they closed the door while i was paying door was closed no one was at the door when i was going out there was a lady i think from head office she saw and asked them why was there no one by the door i wanted to talk to her and tell her my experience in that shop thus when the staff started running around it was bad experience .

Most horrific experience someone spent R9800.00 in store on my account and I now have to prove that it was not me. Affidavit at the police station etc. When I asked the person who assisted me to send me the list of transactions and where they were done, I was told it is not their responsibility. So, i am very confused how on earth can I access Mr Price to see where this purchase was made. The easy answer for me i will not pay the monies because i did not make the purchases.

I am very outraged very angry with Mr price. I have been a very loyal customer. I have never missed a payment on my account. Recently I there has been fraudulent purchases on my account amounting to about R5000.00. I went the Mr Price in Atterbury to report the matter and I was told I must go to the police station and write an affidavit which I did and brought it back to the store as they advised along with my Mr Price statements from June 2023 to date. I indicated/highlighted the fraudulent transactions on the statements and all these documents where sent to their fraud department. I also sent the same copies myself to ensure they look into the matter and get answers this was on 22 May 2024. Today 24 May 2024 they sent me a text message saying my query has been rejected according to Mr Price Teams and Conditions and no further explanation or a call to explain. When I enquired in the store the lady who assisted me picked up a second card which I did not apply for and they say they are unable to see when it was activated and which branch it was issued from and to reject my without proper answers is not right it is unfair on me as a customer. My privacy has been violated and Mr Price can not give me proper answers. Mr Price I am taking this further you have control of my personal details and have issued someone and given them access to my account for abuse. I cannot even get information where or which store the fraudulent items were bought. As far as the text I received there was no investigation done and you simply telling me to read your Teams and Conditions. Just wondering how many more people are victims of your uncaring or concern to protect your customer. I would appreciate a call, report refering to my concerns in the email I sent regarding this matter. Thank you

I was at Mr price Salam center to make purchase for my daughter and they refused me to get in the fitting room with her I mean she is only 5 years how can a five years old get in the fitting room all by her self she needs assistance the lady only look at her because she has a big body and she assumed she is big I always buy at fleurdal mall and they always allow me in the fitting room with her I will never buy at sanlam center again staff there is not frendly and this is not for the first time I get this type of treatment I am not happy at all

The delivery courrier refused to deliver my parcel whereas the delivery was due on 16/ 5/ 2024. According to him the delivery address is different from what I was indicated. However it is less than 3km away
