Order delayed so did not make it in time for the black tie event. Stated 3-5 days and took 2 weeks

The material was poor and the filling in between made it impossible to self tie. The pin that hold the bow tie snapped. The I’ll not be buying from them again had to buy a new one from moss

Poor communication and very unpractical website , return process very difficult and time consuming , in addition to all of that this company does not provide free return and I had to pay more money to return the parcel which makes the whole thing more and more pain in the neck , I will never ever buy from this company again . Also they sent the wrong order , I ordered a pre-tied bow tie and they sent me a self-tie bow tie , and I have a wedding and I needed the bow tie , a very long and stressful process . very incompetent and uncaring people to deal with . I’m fuming , and I had a horrible experience. Very poor customer service and communication and incompetence .

Τhe parcel hasn’t even been shipped yet - as I can see from the tracking number. I specifically ordered it via UPS to arrive in 3 days as advertised. Return process is a scam. Returns are your own cost & if you don't do recorded delivery, they simply advise they haven't received your return. Recorded delivery was costing me £7 for a £26 bow tie. Would have lost 30% of the cost of item just for returning. Did normal stamp & put in letterbox, now advising they haven't received which is convenient. Seems they are just scamming me out of refund.

However, without a tracking number, we lack the means to confirm if items sent via standard post have been delivered to our facility. This situation makes it difficult for us to issue refunds when there is no evidence that an item has been sent back. For this reason, we strongly recommend using recorded delivery for returns, providing both the sender and recipient proof of dispatch and receipt. Given the circumstances you described, it seems possible that the delivery issue may rest with Royal Mail. We suggest that concerns about items not being delivered despite being sent could be more effectively addressed in a review of their service, as they are responsible for the delivery of returns. If proof of postage could have been provided our team would have been happy to issue store credit of the same value.
Ordered three items, but only delivered two, even though the deliver note says three. I have sent two emails to notify you and no response. No contact number on your website. \

I ordered a Navy Blue velvet bow tie. The tie that arrived isn't the same colour as the picutres on the website it's much brighter and more of a royal blue. After contacting customer services I have been told that I have been sent the correct item and I now have to pay the return costs myself if I want a refund. Be careful of basing your purchase on the website images as you may end up out of pocket.

The order process was smooth and the delivery very fast (faster than I expected, actually). Unfortunately, the items did not match the colours I expected and I needed to return them. The company changed ownership in the meantime, and is now refusing to help me regarding the refund.

I ordered and paid for a sample, had a conversation with customer service about what I was planning to order for my wedding. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone since and am now stuck with very little time to look for an alternative. Hugely disappointed and the wasted time and money.

I'm not satisfied with your service but your products look not too bad. My order was delivered 7 days after the announced delivery date. Too late to attend the event with the chosen bow tie You seem good in sales (I had an open cart with the same ordered items and received repeatedly reminders) and when I sent an email about that confusing cart, I received a quasi instant gentle and constructive reply. Seeing no delivery, when I asked about the situation ... no answer. And when, the day before the event, I sent a message desiring to know if it would be delivered soon ... no answer. Not a great customer experience.
