Patient and helpful service in St Albans. Accurate prediction of manufacturing time. Polite delivery team who arrived within their time slot. Comfy Hilton sofa and lovely Ellesmere dining set. All pieces arrived together and nothing was damaged. The delivery men attached all the legs and took away all the packaging. Very happy.

We were allowed plenty of time to look round, and were given good service once we decided what we wanted.

Put the item on hold for a few hours, which meant my husband could view the item after work, really nice friendly staff

We purchased five Santiago Dining Chairs from Multiyork Guildford store, just after the guarantee period ran out (2 years) the lacquer started coming off the cane backs, shortly after this, the cane itself started to crack and break . We reported this to the store and they told us to contact Customer Care, which we did. they said they could not help us as the chairs were out of guarantee. The chairs now have become unusable due to the cane backs breaking . We have again e.mailed multiyork customer services, asking them to reconsider, as we feel the materials used were not suitable .They have e.mailed back once again to say they cannot help. We have bought from multiyork in the past, and have always been pleased, but their Customer care at the moment is absolutely atrocious and we will know have to purchase a new set of chairs from another company, as we will not use Multiyork again, BEWARE

We have just taken delivery of our Multiyork sofa and have to say it looks great. The option to choose your own fabric and comfort was a real deciding factor for us, and something we could not find anywhere else. The great service we received in your Wilmslow store was just what we needed to reassure us we had made the right choices. Great quality and service, thank you.

We purchased two Tate sofas and chose a high end fabric. After less than 12 months the back cushions were caving in and the seat covers were pooling. We complained and a Homeserve rep came and viewed them we then got a a email saying our claim was invalid. Do not use this company they are charging a lot of money for inferior goods

Buyer beware. We bought a large sofa from Multiyork at the beginning if the year. We bought a set of covers to match the new sofa. Complete disaster. Customer service was SHOCKING with everyone passing the buck from the directors to store staff. Inefficient throughout. New covers unfit for purpose slipping and sliding all over the place. Their 'Independent' 'upholstery expert' visited and said the covers needed redressing daily - are you having a laugh! He took them completely off and then spent 30 mins putting them back on again. I'm sorry, my life is too short to do this everyday ...... And where does it say this in your advertising blurb? And by the way, the 'expert' worked for Homeserve. And who uses Homeserve as a contractor? You've guessed it - Multiyork!! Whole thing stinks. I would never recommend them. Any business that thinks it can survive by not listening to their customers with draconian customer service won't last much longer.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying an armchair from Multiyork, instead we believed their own advertising! After less than two years the tops of both arms on the chair started to collapse inwards, after I complained Multiyork sent a repair man to look at the problem and repair it. When he took the arms apart I saw that there was an approximately 10cm gap between the wooden rails on the top of the arms covered only by thick cardboard!! The cardboard had collapsed causing the problem. How any 'Master Furniture Maker' could consider this setup to be suitable or long lasting escapes me. The repair guy added two extra rails on the top of both arms, then covered them with new cardboard! The chair is still not completely right but Multiyork will not do anything more. Do not buy any upholstery from this company thinking you will get a quality item!
