“Don't believe with mydeal online. They make me frustrating and upset purchasing. I buy vacuum backpack duo pro 700 big size that time the prices not increase still expensive then small size. When my purchase is coming I still not notice the different type. When I finish use and check the vacuum is working or not that time I notice they send me the other type. And when I check back in online that I order already increase price. That mean they not follow with my order. I feel like they scammed me.. this is not item 50$ ya.. this is about much dollar I spend to you. You must be honest seller.”
“Ordered these for my click rail system. They are just a fraction too big and don't fit. I believe it to be a manufacturing error as I have others that fit. These simply are not fit for purpose. After going backwards and forwards the company wants me to pay for a courier to send them back and will also charge me a 20% restocking fee.
I asked for a pre paid shipping label as I'd like to return them for a refund.

“If you want to return something, it will be almost impossible. To actually make a return you go around in circles on their customer service portal. You are then told that the 'supplier' may not approve your return. In my case I received a notification that they couldn't confirm when my product would arrive, so I organised something else. I finally found a way to contact them, to cancel the order. They then informed me that even though I contacted them, before the item arrived it was at the discretion of the supplier (isn't that them) if they would accept the return. This process has been set up to discourage you from returning, and as a result I will never return. Amazon are way better. They make it easy, and is why I buy so much that way. Returns are Neve an issue, and they make it very easy. My deal is rubbish. And to be honest the product I got appears to be rubbish as well.”
“Purchased a message from my deal online, but after payment, no info was given as to the delivery date so I could make plans for it, 2 boxes were left in front of my house, no email or text to notify me that it had been delivery as I was away, My neighbors could have secured it for me, Luckily both boxes where still outside until I returned 2 days later.”

My Deal put us on to the "Seller" who then passed us on to someone else, totally ignoring Australian Consumer Law and can see no chance of getting a refund. “Bought a new Samsung phone for around $400. Phone had problems soon. I sent it back to the dealer (Wireless 1 company for My Deal) requesting a refund or replacement. After 1 month of continuous written communication, Wireless 1 still say they need to wait for their company to check the phone. Customers pay $400 & Wireless 1/My Deal give you nothing. “Fake products. Informed them and showed but they are still selling the products. I bought tommy hilfiger tops. Spelling mistakes and bad quality with sleepwear written on it with it being a t shirt. There apparently is no complaint department and you are unable to write negative reviews. As soon as I wrote they were fake they gave a refund straight away”
