“Waiting for delivery for ages. Ring customer service as still saying not dispatched after a week. First customer service said it was dispatched two days after and gave code to check. This was nothing like what codes should be and did not work. Rang up second time guy said has not been dispatched. Whole time calling me sir and I'm a female. Told him to stop calling me sir which then was told he didn't. All this time my husband was listening. And plus my phone records. He then continues arguing with me . And then disappears. Do not buy from them as customer service is shocking. So you are by yourself”

I returned the item and australia post marked the item "couldn't deliver due to delivery location closed" i asked MyDeal customer service how long the seller is closed for and all i got is that i have to wait for the seller response and there is nothing much can be done from their end.”

I purchased a sink on Mydeal, the seller was Bubble Kitchen and Bathrooms. The item was delivered to the wrong address. I've been trying to get it either re sent or refunded. Have sent about 10 emails to Mydeal, Aramex (Delivery Co.) and the seller. All I get is the run around.
This morning I looked into my Mydeal account and the item history no longer works stopping me from contacting the seller. SCAM SCAM SCAM
