I'm so disappointed to recieve my 20/20 canvas photo as a present. Very un professional a waste of money, rubbish service, 5he way this picture was put together was an absolute nightmare. We was so distraught to see a family picture ruined because this company does not take people's memories and wishes and make them a priority when they are been paid to do a service. Please dont use this service as we were very disappointed.

The image quality is really bad They do nothing to alert you of this I normally use pic fair. But as these had such a good offer I ordered from them Major disappointment And a rip off Avoid at all costs I'm a photographer And if I sent images out this bad I wouldn't expect payment

We have had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, we ordered a photo of the family and after two weeks (which I recall was longer than expected) we received a photo which was not of our family... It was also a terrible quality, really saturated image on very cheap plastic. Having initially contacted Mypicture about this, they very unhelpfully informed us that, since they operate in Germany and therefore abide by German laws on custom made goods (I still question how this is legitimate, when we bought from the UK site and therefore I would imagine that we have UK customer rights), we were ineligible for a refund. They would, however happily send us another photo (hopefully of our own family....?). Another two weeks has gone by and they have sent us the replacement. Thankfully it is of our family (they have, at least, managed to get that right), however again the quality is terrible. It's oversaturated, off-centre and again printed on plastic that's so cheap it looks like it will snap in two if we try and pin it to the wall (although maybe that would be a good outlet for my anger...). We are trying again to complain, but whatever the outcome I would strongly advise against using these guys. It's the kind of company which is probably great if all goes well but as soon as something goes wrong, you're completely on your own. I refuse to pay so much to receive such a terrible quality item and suffer such awful customer service - I'd advise you don't either.

Do not use this company. What they produced for me is only good for firewood. At first they refused to recognise a problem. Once they did, they offered to print another one, but I preferred to have my money refunded because the quality was so bad (See Photos). They refused to refund my money, quoting spurious German regulations at me. The quality of the print they produced for me is so poor. Completely blurred and distorted. It made you nauseous to look at it. I highly recommend avoiding this company who are German and not based I the UK as their website presents. Avoid avoid avoid!

I ordered some face masks from this company who advertised to have them with you in a week ,i understand with current situations delays may be possible but five weeks later nothing ! If you ask for refund they say they are a German based company and you have no rights under British consumer law. In my experience and opinion avoid at all costs.

I Had ordered 2 face masks and paid for them a month ago, I contacted them and they told me they had been returned to them as an incorrect address, so they were going to send them again, and I’m still waiting. They were going to be a gift for a birthday, but they are too late now. I would not recommend them. I did check the reviews before I ordered too, guess they could be fake? I Would not recommend.

I would give MY PICTURE (www.my-picture.co.uk) zero stars if I could. I paid for priority delivery and still haven't received my product - a simple framed photo - more than a week later. After three emails and one phone call to the company, I am still none the wiser about when I will receive it. I have received no apology - but I HAVE received a constant stream of spam emails from the company, to the point that my Inbox is rammed with adverts for their products. Needless to say, none of the emails tells me when the product I have actually ordered and paid for will be arriving. In the meantime, I have resorted to using another online company and they have already delivered my product - beautifully made and also with free delivery. I will never use My Picture again and I (strongly) DO NOT recommend them. Still waiting to see if my product ever turns up... the occasion it was intended for as a gift has sadly now passed...

I would not recommend this company. It promises deliveries on time but I am still waiting my delivery ( which was a wedding anniversary gift for 28th July) I ordered the gift for 27th to be sure it was there. It is now coming into 30th July and still no delivery! I have e mailed them 3 times. They e mail back with a standard letter( different person each time) asking me to contact them again in a few days if it hasn’t arrived. This is not acceptable. There are companies( I’ve found out since) that are less expensive and deliver on time! Would highly recommend to keep away from this company

I ordered a photo cushion on 21st July for a special Wedding Anniversary Gift to be delivered on 28th July. I had an e mail on 22nd saying the order had been processed and would be delivered in 3 - 5 days ( making that 27th July latest date) it is now going into 30th July ( the anniversary has come and gone) and still no gift!! This was an expensive product compared to other companies that do the same sort of thing. A friend of mine ordered similar from another company and it was delivered on 27th ( we ordered the same time and date). This company is pathetic - when you query where the product is they say If its not there by the date get back to us. Then the next time they tell you to wait another five days and get back to them again!! My picture.Com is a waste of space- I would recommend you stay clear of this company and look elsewhere! Once they have your money they are not interested and each time you contact them It’s a standard message from a different person. Very poor - keep away!!

I ordered two canvas photos from my daughter's wedding. The first one looks great. However the second one...of me...is totally unacceptable...they've cut off half of my head. I have emailed to ask for a refund. Watch this space! I cannot believe that they don't check photos before they dispatch them. Very disappointed.

Why are MyPicture allowed to break the law? The Consumer Rights Act 2015 clear states that where a product is faulty the seller has one chance to put this right, otheriwse they MUST issue a refund. I ordered a photorug which was faulty. MyPicture sent a replacement, which was also faulty (as an aside - don't buy the photorugs as there is an inbuilt flaw in the materials used in the manufacturing process). I then asked for a refund. MyPicture told me I was not entitled to a refund as it is THEIR POLICY that they have TWO chances to put right any sales that are faulty or not fit for purpose. I've asked them why they think company policy overides the law, but they have been reluctant to respond. They have even since told me they will send me a diffent product as an alternative ! Why would I want that? If I wanted a different product I would have ordered a different product. Funny enough I also have a 2nd product outstanding that I ordered at the same time as the photorug (over a month ago). I waited 3 weeks for this to turn up, and when I contacted MyPicture they told me it had been returned due to an incorrect address. They told me I had to provide them with my correct address. I advised them that I had provided my correct address, that my details were correct on their website, and that I had just had my photorug delivered and that had the same address details. Their response was that I had to give them my real address. We just went round and round in circles until their customer services gave up and sent out a replacement product - which I haven't received yet. No, I'm not overly impressed with MyPicture......
