Email contact only, no phone line. Based in Germany. After many emails back and forth they did manage to eventually send my order. However the value of fabric was over £100 and the shipping company they chose chucked it over my fence in the rain. It was quite good fabric though so I tried to order something else six months later. My free sample arrived quickly, but they go out of stock fast so by the time I ordered only two items were available. Now my order is late, doesn't even say 'shipped' on my account, and when I send an online message to ask where it is the auto-response says not to ask where late items are to avoid clogging up their inbox! That is not a professional way to run a company.

I have had a terrible experience with my fabrics.co.uk Firstly the material I ordered was substandard and faulty and now months and doze of emails later I have still had no response except to say they have received my emails but nothing else. It is impossible to contact them any other way and I am very annoyed and disappointed. I now have over £100 worth of useless material and no idea what else I can do to contact them. The worst customer service I have ever known and please don’t blame Covid, this is simply very bad service and not good enough

THE COMPANY IS IN GERMANY NOT THE UK AS THE WEB ADDRESS WOULD SUGGEST My material arrived promptly however it was not fit for purpose and could not be used to reupholster my chair as planned despite it being sold as upholstery fabric. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to return the fabric, even conceding that I would have to pay the postage, but they simply ignore all emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

My goodness! They ignore my e.mails and never answer the phone. My order is way overdue. I intend to get advice on what I need to do next as there's no way they are keeping my money. I'm giving them til Friday to respond.

Ordered 4 lots of material. All received but one was a metre short. Asked for a refund of £12 but after sending two e-mails haven't even received an acknowledgement.

I purchased several fabrics from them on 20th May. After two And half months passed and I still haven’t received them. I sent email four times but all were ignored. I phoned them up but the number I was given on the receipt was not working. The actual shop is in Germany so I can’t do anything anymore. I couldn’t get the fabrics. I couldn’t get refund. Totally untrustworthy shop.

In the meantime, I emailed a couple of times asking about the refund and my emails are constantly ignored. The tracking clearly shows that the delivery never arrived to me. Avoid. Took 2 months to arrive but still waiting for my second parcel. No reply from them to any of my emails. Very disappointed

After a month of waiting for fabric from my fabrics I am told they have cancelled my order. They sent me the thread and bias binding which I do not need now. I was led to believe that this company was in the UK and they are in Germany! You cannot get in touch with them either by phone or email (unless you are prepared to wait 2-3 weeks for a reply). I have requested a full refund. I will never order from this company again!

Same as me ordered 6th May 2020, and it still hasn’t arrived, their local UK no. Doesn’t work..no updates or emails on the delivery / delay times. Don’t use this company it all looks lovely but they appear very unreliable I’m still waiting for £60 order!

I ordered fabric from them on the 4th May 2020. I have still not received my order, I have tried to contact them twice and not getting any response back. I have not had any updates on when my order will arrive, if ever.

Order was due in 17-20 days. To date, the order has not been shipped, the company aren’t responding to emails or messages on Instagram, but keep updating their Instagram page. Appalling

It has taken 5 weeks for my order to be delivered. At checkout they claimed that it would take 2 weeks, I was very hesitant to order as that was a long delivery time, but I ordered anyway. It's arrived today, after 5 weeks. I understand that maybe things will take longer under the current circumstances, but still. I received a handover notification from DHL on Saturday, so it actually took 5 days for delivery by DHL and over 4 weeks of processing in their warehouse?! I can't even imagine why it took 4 weeks to process this order in their warehouse, but 5 days for it to be shipped internationally from Germany to the UK then to get to my house?! I will never order from them again. The fabric is good quality, but one of them is has glitter on, which it did not have in the description or the photos. Very unimpressed.

Absolutely dreadful. Order placed nearly four weeks ago and nothing. After having read the other reviews do not use this company.

I wish my wife would read reviews before making orders. This company has the worst customer service ever. After waiting over 2 weeks for my order to be dispatched. I wrote an email. I got reply email saying they were too busy to deal with my order and blamed the problem in the COVID-19 situation, even though in Germany they are not affected nearly as much as in UK and our postal service is still working. I asked for a specific date but was told I would just have to wait until it was processed and they wouldn't give me a date for delivery. I have asked for a refund now. Let's see how long that takes. This is a disgraceful level of communication and service which I would never have expected from a German company. Stay away at all costs unless you are not in a hurry and can wait indefinitely.

Made an order on the 27th of February and expected it to be delivered by 10th of March. However, apparently it has not even been dispatched as status on website says order - processing. Customer service is not replying
