“I have eaten and tried new food that I have never had before. It's been fantastic for myself and my son. The recipes are simple and the portions are large! Great way of having a cooking class but in the privacy of your own home.... cauliflower rice... chick peas... who would have thought.”

“I love the fact that my menu is planned for 4 days. I enjoy cooking, but really like not having to decide what to cook all the time. The recipes are delicious and varied. The meat is good quality and the vegetables are almost always fresh. Occasionally they are not as fresh as they should be and sometimes the staples are things you might expect to be given. Eg. Why would you supply tomato paste and not chicken stock? The only other gripe is that there is a lot of plastic that is not recyclable eg. meat trays and cooler bags. Apart from that we are loving the convenience and the yummy new recipe ideas.”

“I enjoy the convenience of My Foodbag and not having to continually come up with ideas to cook. In fact before we signed up the family were on the brink of staging a protest if they had to eat one more bolognese We are eating substantially more vegetables and salad and appreciating the variety of new and interesting meal ideas. Keep up the good work!”

“Food quality is faultless and any anomalies are quickly dealt with by the team, so you can be sure of very good customer service. Meals are delicious and for a non- cook like me recipes are easy to follow if you take it step by step - I find I'm improving steadily. “My FreshStart Light food bag has been hugely beneficial to me. With commuting, I'm out of the house for 11 hours every workday, so being able to come home and not have to think about what to cook for dinner is great. The recipes are quick, easy, delicious and satisfying, and I'm eating far more veges than I used to. In the 12 weeks since I started getting My Food Bag, I've lost six kilos - even though those 12 weeks included Xmas! Although it's a little on the expensive side for one person, I would highly recommend Fresh Start for anyone looking to lose weight - the results and the convenience make it totally worth the money! On one occasion, one ingredient was missing from my delivery, but customer support responded quickly and credited my account, so I was very happy with that. All in all, I'm extremely happy with the product and service!”

“Great, tasty recipes every week! Even when the wrong order was sent to me, the service was amazing, a prompt reply to my email and a credit to my account with a smile. And turns out I was converted to the Food Bag that was sent in error! Loving the Ready in 20! Leaves me more time to spend with the kids, rather than busy trying to put dinner together.”

“I thought it was going to be expensive, but I'm actually saving money. I like that I don't have to think about what to cook, if I have everything I need and how long it's going to take. Historically I've been a boring cook with no idea how to do good flavours, and new ways to prepare food so I'm learning heaps”

“My food bag takes away the stress of thinking of what to make for dinner. At first it look a bit of time with all the chopping, but the more we have made the meals, the quicker and more efficient we have become and quite enjoy making fresh nutritionist meals. Every meal is different so you know you are getting a range of food groups and it never gets boring. We order a bag for 4, so lunch is taken care of the next day. The only down side is some of the fresh vegetables can go off during the whole week. Might be good to have some information on how to store they to last until they are needed? I recommend this service to my friends and I can see us doing this for a long time to come.”
