Value Hermes stole my parcels. They said they left it on a safe place which I don't have a safe place Delivery picture is taken in a dark place and on delivery guys jacket, no door number or anything that proves its on my door!! The apartment I live has lights so its obviously not at my door! The moment I received items delivered email I ran to the door because I was waiting for them entire day, there was nothing. I checked everywhere u could think of including garden, bins, other nearby buildings with the same door number and even their bins. It's absolutely stolen! After I check the reviews on the internet it's obvious what hermes is doing. How can they hire criminals like this? I am expecting a refund immediately and will never buy from a shop that uses hermes ever again. I will go click and collect but not use this service. DONT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

3 deliveries from Hermes in last 2 months, none delivered on time. One item thrown over side fence and a photo uploaded to say it had been left at "outbuilding" and I have never authorised a safe place. Hermes Phone App rarely updates the events. Hermes excuses for delays are always poor and undefined. Sad way to run a company !!!

Shocking Customer Service Quite often I have issues with missing parcels, that I’m forced to write off, because of poor, well actually non-existent service. I now have two incidents with the same customer and have no support, however Ive had to ship 3 items. The customer helpline, phone help line and support incident are useless. 1. Helpline. The helpline does not update details if a parcel is late, nor does it give you a chance to talk to someone 2. Call Support. If you ring the call line you have to wait for over an hour. You have no indication to the caller how long you have to wait 3. Incident Support. If you do raise an incident, then nobody follows up as promised. You leave it to the sender to go through the whole rigmarole If I didn’t know better, I would say the Hermes customer service department is set up, so senders just give up I have 2 recent incident numbers. The first is 10 days old and the second recent. They relate to the same customer, where the parcel was incorrectly delivered and the second where it’s gone missing in the system [Incident: 210208-067343] [Incident: 210222-035735] I have had to send 3 items to the same customer, and you have not followed up, commented or offered any compensation What do I do Hermes? Who can I talk to?

Ordered flowers for the wife for valentines day delivery, had a text with a time window, didnt attempt delivery, tried to contact customer service with no joy, got a text saying out for delivery again, didnt attempt delivery. 8 days later, still no idea where these (now dead) flowers are.

Parcel left senders depot 11 feb 2021, and has been at depot local to recipient for a week now @ 22 feb. Phone lines are down today. Shall not be using these cowboys again. Have given my customer a refund. Site will not allow me to leave zero stars.

Order placed for 2 items via Amazon. This was an Amazon Prime next day delivery. To date it’s now 4 days overdue delivery. The Hermes tracing information is very poor. No detail whatsoever. Despite contacting them in line 5 times. Nil response. No way of speaking to a human. Service is appalling.

Just don’t use them. Waiting for a refund on a parcel they were meant to collect and never did since 4th Jan. Finally got told I would get the price refunded and it would take 3-5 working days. This was 10 days ago, still no refund. They should be forced to close and prosecuted.

Purchased insurance to cover an item through EBAY. the parcel got there badly damaged. When i bought the insurance via EBAY no one said about what you and your customer need to do if you get a smashed up item. You get that information days later after you have to submit photographs - not close ups of the damage inside the box and outside. We sent them 15 photos and a buyers statement but they ignored them. they dismissed my claim totally despite the insurance i paid. Watch out - this company does not answer to any ombudsman or complaint system. they do what they want how they want so customers beware. You are left with legal action only and small claims courts. They think they will be put off - but they are wrong in my case -its the principle. EBAY doesn't care - even though this service is on their website. They too ignored this fact.

Abysmal beyond belief, totally uncontactable, I cannot get past their fascist robot on the phone preventing real people from communicating. Driven by greed, people are their last concern.

Disgraceful service once again, they are unbelievably unprofessional. It’s been 4 days now since I received an email Stating they were picking up my parcel that day And still no sign of anyone picking up my parcel. I rang yesterday 22 mins to get through and told definitely tomorrow( yesterday) and Josh Moon put the phone down on me for no reason. Never ever again will I use Hermes please boycott them and lets get rid of them

Nobody came to pick up my parcels two days in a row. I was sitting in the room where I could see our front door both days and definitely nobody turned up but I got emails saying that I was "not in" The customer service online was useless too.

Worse ever third bad experience with this courier. Delivered my parcel sent a picture of it in a porch. Problem is I don’t have a porch. Live chat and trying to speak to someone is a nightmare. Wish my retailer used DPD I’ve never had any issues with them whatsoever.

I am still waiting for a parcel to be collected. Said they tried yesterday which again is another lie as always. I was in all day and it was never picked up on my camera. Fed up with the constant lies. Every experience has been bad. You lie saying a parcel has been delivered when in fact you deliver the next day. Why do you do this all the time??

Do not waste your time or money with this untrustworthy outfit. No such customer service whatsoever. If you have a problem with your parcel lost you will never be reimbursed or get to speak to an actual customer service representative.

They never deliver on time. they claim no one answered when you have been in all day waiting for your package. they come up with the most absurd excuses for not delivering most of the time (like "couldn't deliver due to natural disasters" or "unable to hire and extra large van to deliver your microwave") when something does come it is damaged.
