Told the parcel had been delivered, sat watching the door and nothing......turned up the next day absolutely battered. Complained to Hermes and they did nothing. Package was ordered from John Lewis, why would such a great brand use such an abysmal one?

Tracking does not work. 2 day delivery took over a month. Zero customer service. Stay away if at all possible.

They steal parcels, pretend to deliver and then customer has to try and get the retailer to refund which takes ages

possibly the worst service ever. I dread deliveries made via Hermes. I don't think a single delivery has ever been delivered on time as shown in Hermes' own tracking data. Pitiful.

I bought an item online and it get lost they want me to contact the seller no one send me email regardless of the item bought online have get damaged. Don't trust if you buy something online make sure don't use them they will still it.

I’m still waiting 48 hours after making a order for next day delivery which I paid for & to make things worse I can’t even track the parcel also being told that can’t find my address in theory or physically system keeps saying due to a problem in your area & nothing is going on in my area!

Woeful service. Took three apparent attempts to deliver to me. Except I was in for the first two. No "sorry I missed you' card left. Clearly Hermes are telling Porkie pies. When my parcel did eventually turn up it was wet and soggy. Even though it wasn't raining.

The hermes driver couldn’t find my house and after giving them detailed directions and my phone number no attempt was made to redeliver my parcel. Instead I received an email telling me it had been returned to the sender. A very amateurish company do not use!!

They never delivered my parcel, didn’t even attempt it, company kept it as soon as it arrived to their depot. It never made it to a delivery status, let alone to my door! They are thieves! This has happened to multiple customers! Renowned for stealing parcels. surprised they haven’t been reported to trading standards. HERMES ARE THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! Do not use them

One parcels not delivered at all, one parcel I don't know what on earth happened to it, one tracking said it had been delivered when it had not, this was at a very late date, it eventually came back to me very late and in other packaging. Had one delivery to me and the item was broken. Will never use again. This was all around about the same time.

Absolutely diabolical the level of service, I’m sorry I cannot register a zero rating. I’ve decided that before I make more online purchases I will enquire who the preferred courier is and if it’s Hermes I’ll cancel my order. Suggest you do the same.

Parcel never arrived, and that was not the first time .Will never use a company that has Hermes as there delivery option.

Constant failure to deliver items on time, various excuses "no one in" (we were), "traffic event in the area" (there wasn't), "attempt to deliver next day" (they didn't), "it's the app" (it isn't) etc etc. Absolute shambles need investigating.

There is not a parcel company out there that is this bad! They delivered one of our parcels so we thought, they took the label of our parcel containing sweets and stuck it on another parcel containing somebody else's jumper, parcels damaged constantly, drivers refusing to pick parcels up, it's embarrassing! What's worst is Tesco had allowed their stores to accept drop offs lol it just gets worst, we as a business will never use Hermes again! Over to Royal mail

Worst delivery service ever. The delivery driver lied about not being able to get my address, even though I have had many deliveries from them in the past. The delivery driver took a dark photo and sent to me, even though he/she was 4.8 miles to my address according to their own gps. They left another lies with the sender, M&S, that they didn't meet me at home after two attempts. Hands down the worst courier service ever. Poor customer service. No means of communicating with any human except a terrible robot that will never connect you to a real human. Send your parcel at your own peril....and most of their clients will be receiving poor reviews because of Hermes. If it's possible, I will leave a zero rating.

Horrible, horrible service. Tipically their couriers just dump and run. Parcels are left unattended. No one ever buzzes the intercom. In my last parcel, 245GBP worth of goods was stolen from the package, then carefully re-sealed. There is no one to talk to at Hermes, they removed every way of contacting, except for a stupid robotic chat which does not even contemplate all options. Terrible service, really. There should be a criminal record on couriers dumping valuable parcels outside on a busy street!

Ordered goods which were to be delivered from the Netherlands, all appeared well on Hermes tracking site. Goods on the way to local courier but delayed for 24 hrs. Three days later contacted retailer who in turn contacted Hermes, result was they have lost parcel. Retailer said they would send replacements free of charge. Hermes tracking received parcel but was delayed due to bad weather (Storm Arwen) but would attempt delivery next working day. Initial delay understandable but eight days later still waiting delivery. Do Hermes have a grudge against people living in The North East Of England? Appalling service to lose two successive deliveries.
