Message on Amazon saying could not deliver. More info required. Complained to Amazon and delivery turned up in the evening. Bubble wrapped twice over and took ages to take wrapping off. Was a 5 litre can of paint. Yep you are right. Guess what. Paint can was leaking!! This company needs to be taken off Amazon books! Been with Prime for 15+ years. This is the company I’ve always had to complain about! Name change ain’t gonna help if you still try to cover up your supply issues!!

Paid to send a parcel then would not download the labels!! Only a Bot to talk to! Had to use Parcel force to due time scale. Now trying to get money back. It's a Joke!!

Terrible firm. I worked for them for one day, I worked 11 hours and was paid just £15, no joke. Out of that I had to pay fuel, my own car costs etc. Their turnover of drivers is ridiculous and this is why people don't get their parcels, drivers leave before they learn the routes because the you end up paying to work.

Packages don't arrive unless I chase them. You guys claim to deliver Sundays but this is inaccurate. Whenever I order something on a Saturday with next day delivery it doesn't come till up till five days later after chasing it. I won't be buying from any services that depend on you guys as couriers. You don't even have the decency to let people know you aren't coming so I wait in all day and waste my days off for nothing. Unreliable and useless. New name: same crappy service.

Even though Hermes have changed their name nothing has improved!! My package was delivered to the wrong address, I didn't recognise the photo. It was impossible to speak to a real person and the chat line was hopeless, it didn't recognise the tracking number or just froze, I finally had a response and it passed a message to the customer service dept. No body contacted me and there was no apology just an email to say they had only just received the package, which was not true. I will try to only buy from companies who don't use Hermes/Evri in future

Deliveries are useless, as is their app. Last info they gave me on my order was 2 weeks ago to say that it had "Delay Please allow 24 hours". Since then nothing, and it is impossible to contact them by email or phone . They claim to have a "live Chat" facility but in fact it's a "bot" and just goes round in circles. Why does anyone use them. The change of name to EVRI was an attempt to distance themselves from a bad reputation but it won't work for long. I have had issues with the last three packages I have sent. One arrived damaged, One was absolutely crushed and one, well who know's what's happened to it? Three refunds to customers total of £95 in goods plus the shipping costs and insurance. What a joke.

Completely useless. They muck things up and all you can contact is a bot. Most frustrating experience ever. If you write on Facebook, you get a bot telling you to go to FAQ online. The webchat is a bot. You can never get in touch with a person. In the end, I was told by Amazon that Evri had lost my parcel. It is absolutely pathetic.

Waited for parcel that never came. Hermes said handed to and signed for at the right address. All lies. Very untrustworthy and should be held accountable.

These have to be the worst courier company in the country. These actually make some of their terrible competition look good. I have been waiting for over a week now for a dog food delivery. I ended up going to the local suppliers to purchase more. Their customer service is a disgrace to say the least. I think it is about time suppliers boycotted these then hopefully Their service might improve.

This company is a joke, I ordered an item on amazon and If I had known at the time Hermes was going to deliver it I would not have purchased it! I was informed by Amazon that Hermes had picked up I still not received it and Hermes say they are waiting for the parcel to reach them!

They lost my parcel while at the delivery depot ??? I found I was unable to make contact directly and only to be left only to automated replies. I am now told I have to wait and see what they offer for the loss possibly up to 28 days. My parcel could have only vaporised..disappeared from its basket waiting for delivery. The company needs to look and act more professional rather than have the current profile now offered, looking unprofessional is never a way forward. ~ Most likely fine for small parcels of no value sold online but little else. The number of losses I've now heard they have is increasing weekly, don't trust, don't use.. they will in time let you down. We have to ask what happens to all the parcels that go missing, Hermes knows, we don't.

Ordered a photo frame which was broken when it arrived. got in touch with the sender and got a replacement which was again delivered by Hermes. This time it looked as though someone had placed it up against a wall, took a run and kicked it. Hundreds of pieces of glass in the box. Wouldn't use these jokers if they were the last delivery firm standing

They said my order is being returned to the sender that’s why I filled out the online request for my item to be delivered to a designated parcel shop which is open from 8 am to 10 pm they said it can’t be delivered why not this completely unacceptable service this company is not good at all there service is rubbish

I would have given this company zero stars had that been an option. Despite emails from Hermes advising that they were in receipt of the parcels that had been sent to me, the parcels never arrived. This has happened twice. Will never use this company despite their new branding. Rubbish service.
