I just had an email to say I was out so Hermes could not deliver. In fact I was in (had waited on specially for them) and no-one rang the bell. I phoned the company which had sent the goods. They phoned Hermes who said they couldn’t find the house and queried the address. It is in a row of houses sequentially numbered and could not be easier to find. I have had similar trouble before - Hermes saying I was out when I was in. I will avoid them in future. I did not contact Hermes as I could not find any way of doing so.

My 2nd parcel went missing with them no explanation,just sorry and hard to get a claim in from their insurance.I wont use them no more,they're useless!

If any company you buy from uses myHermes for delivery, DO NOT USE!!!! My last 8 orders that have been with them to be delivered have gone wrong, either being lost with no explanation or extremely delayed. The worst delivery service out there!

Yet again third attempt to deliver my parcel!!!!!!!!!!! Lies lies lies lies. They didn’t attempt to deliver. There were no restrictions in my road. I actually will never ever use Hermes ever. If a company uses Hermes then I won’t place an order!!!!!! Hermes will go out off business hopefully. I’m absolutely appalled & disgusted with this courier joke of a company.

Bought some items from M&M direct & wanted to return the parcel. had to follow the links & took me to these lovely people. Ordered a returns label & Hermes web site said the transaction has not gone through. SO tried again & again, even used another card & still got the message coming up to say it's not gone through. Checked my bank later & found they have taken all 6 attempts & still no returns label. still awaiting a response & my money back....11 days later. Nothing. Stay well away...worst company ever.

They don't deserve one star. I tried to return an item that didn't fit to a reputable supplier. I used Hermes as they delivered the item so I thought I would give them a try. Two weeks after posting it I had not received a refund so I checked the tracking number on the Hermes website. It said the parcel had not been delivered and that I should contact the sender. I called the so called help line and the automated voice ended up saying that the parcel had been destroyed as instructed. Not great. Obviously, as the sender that is no help to me. I have since spent at least 3 hours chasing this. There is no way to speak to them on the phone as the phone number leads to an automated services that leads nowhere. I resorted to using there webchat link and thought that I was getting somewhere when they sent me a claim form for a damaged item. At the end of the claim they ask you to attach photo's of the damaged item, which is not possible as I didn't send it to me and they had destroyed it. I ended up attaching copies of the receipts just to make it accept the claim. I have heard nothing for two weeks. I am now waiting for 28mins for the fourth time on the webchat again to chase it up . I now have no expectation of this ever being resolved as I think they have put in place a system to make sure complaints and claims get nowhere and the claimant gives up. I tried them once and will never use them again. I have already let all my friends now and wanted to share my experience with others. I suspect anyone reading this has already run into a similar issue.

Why can't you speak to somebody at Hermes ? Parcel that should have arrived didn't, due to unforseen circumstances. Grattan who I ordered goods from use Hermes. I had to phone them to complain about Hermes and I told Grattan they should change their Courier. Wouldn't be so bad if you could actually talk to somebody at the other end of the phone. I have no idea now when I might get my parcel.

Appalling outfit!! Problems every time. Awaiting two parcels from two different suppliers and in each case the driver has lied about attempting to deliver and no-one home. There was! Impossible to contact, deliberately no doubt and have had to log complaints through the suppliers. In both instances the call operator was thoroughly disparaging and frustrated about Hermes. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Absolutely shocking company someone need to shut this place down robbing people of there money parcels I'm waitingon a parcel that was sent the 8th due Friday gone nope no sign the seller and me are down money noe will be reporting this page and company as scam artist shouldn't be aloud to happen end off!!!!

Twice waiting for my delivery from Uniqlo. Excuse was restricted & unable to deliver. Weird as I’ve a drive that can park five cars plus at least three cars on the road outside my house. I’ve a ring doorbell (camara) at know point did anyone attempt to deliver my parcel. There are absolutely NO restrictions where I live. Absolutely NO excuse to not deliver. Absolutely furious

When will something be done about this dreadful company. A combination of fraudulent signatures, fake claims of delivery. The onus is on the customer to prove they haven't received their parcel. Then a website that deliberately makes it impossible to find out what has happened to your parcel or to speak to a human being. Why are they getting away with this it has got to be illegal. For a little bit more cost i would use companies that use the post office, never had a problem with them finding our address and parcels always safely delivered by them and legally honestly signed for. All you big companies that use Hermes to save a quid or two DON'T you will have much more customer satisfaction and i am sure will cost you less in the end with refunds and lost sales. Give customers the option to use Hermes or not!

You’ve lost my parcel but not updated tracking! You’ve had it since 2nd Jan!!! And on top of that, you don’t have a way to speak to real person to sort it out!! Terrible & I would not trust you with my toenail clippings!

Parcel due to be delivered friday 17/1. didn't turn up .Hermes website has not updated the tracking so it is still listed as "out for delivery" and as a parcel receiver there is no ability to contact Hermes. So at the time of writing Saturday 18th I don't know when (or if) my parcel is coming. Very very poor company ! Use any other courier but these. (I would leave zero stars if possible)

To call this a courier company is a joke. The biggest laugh is ‘our friendly customer service team’ because you are not allowed to talk to them. If I can auto fill my address with their client, then they should find. I cannot understand why decent companies use Hermes. They do not fulfil their brief and deliver. They lie on their website.
