“This is the most shocking service around. No way of contacting them. Emails online are no longer in use. Telephone number online is not in use. Found a number then spoke to a robot who does not allow you to speak to anyone and just gives you info on your parcel which you already know. Digital assistant doesn't launch on app or Web page and I've now not received my parcel for weeks and no way of getting hold of them. Shocking”

“Avoid. Touch wood I've not yet had a parcel go missing, but I've had every other problem with them. The drivers sign for your parcels (pre-covid-19) Drivers dump parcels outside a block of flats. Drivers dump the sorry we missed you cards on the floor, in post box for wrong address or in the stairwell. Drivers rude or unresponsive to simple questions. There is one driver however who is good, and unfortunately I never got his name... He delivered on time, actually early, made sure I picked it up myself from outside my flat, and even smiled and joked about keeping distances. He's something of a rarity in that he worked for myhermes and is actually good at his job. But the rest of them... Appalling arse heads, the lot of them.”

“Another (3rd in a row) Monday when Hermes courier decides to not deliver the parcel to my neighbourhood (Chiswick, London) It happens with the 2 previous ASOS parcel and today, another one from COS. They are not bothered to deliver anything on Sundays, even if they send an email with confirmation. But then you always receive the email: "we have missed you". Liars. The big problem are Mondays Always (if the package is scheduled to deliver on Monday) I receive a message at 12 am: Your friendly local courier will try to deliver between 19:00 and 21:00 today. After that there is an update after 9pm: "There's been a slight delay with your delivery, we'll get your parcel to you as soon as possible". Stop lying. Its so frustrating. 3rd week in a row the same issue !”

“Worst company ever avoid. They tell you your parcel has been delivered and signed for which is an out right lie. Waited all day looking at my front window and no delivery even arrived let alone me signing for it. You can’t get hold of them Has they never pick up the phone and if they do you end up speaking to a robot. Same with the email they tell you they will respond to your query within 24 hours but nothing really happens”

“Rubbish. Said they attempted delivery but they didn’t. Now can’t get hold of anyone to give a delivery day. Amazon tried but are being told by Hermes delivery was attempted. Now tracking just says on hold. Terrible service.”

“Shocking company. They have stated that parcel was delivered. I sat and waited watching my front door and no parcel was delivered. Seems now they don't need to get a signature they just don't bother to deliver. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me”

“Hermes are not delivering my parcels as they have childish couriers who cannot overcome their insecurities and grow up. A couriers job is to deliver parcels not hold grudges. If they can’t move on they shouldn’t be doing this job.”

“The worst company you would want to be mad to deal with I waited in for a delivery 1200 to 1400 did not come then they change it 1400 to 1600 hours still did not come my time wasted staying in nightmare trying to phone them no one to talk to i will never deal with them again”

“Multiple problems with Hermes. Every single time I've been forced to deal with them I've had issues. The latest being that the driver has marked my good as delivered and as it seems kept it for themself. There is no customer service what so ever. No complaints procedure. Nothing. The fact this company is allowed to operate is completely bewildering! A quick glance at twitter will show you years worth of evidence. Maybe the investigations into the company by the BBC would give you second thoughts of dealing with them. This company is toxic. Don't touch it.”

“How about this one? I paid Hermes for parcel delivery and have the bank receipt but have no receipt from Hermes and no tracking number and no record on my Hermes account for anything so they took my money and I have nothing for it and the nice thing is that all I can do now is talk to their robot called Holly that is programmed to give you the runaround!”
