I was told delivery would be between 2pm and 4pm. It is now almost 7pm and no delivery or update. I have wasted an afternoon of my life

Never ever deliver on time, bad info or none..... this has been happening for years now when will someone do something. I have cancelled my catalogue altogether as they use hermes

Second parcel lost in the last 2 weeks. Tracking info not updated. Paid for next day delivery, 2 weeks later still not delivered. Customer Service poor. Apologise and just say they will email depo. Not good enough. They must deal with this on a regular basis. Like reading from a script. Very disappointed and frustrated as this was supposed to have been a Birthday gift for a 5 year old. 😡. Totally unreliable. Please avoid using this company until they get their act together.

I recently sent 5 parcels with MyHermes, 2 of which were lost by the business or drivers. After paying for "insured" parcels due to the value of the items and paying additional fees for signatures I have today been informed that they will not pay out due to a listing error on the sale. The very clear provided photos do not show the "liquid glue" in the description but this is apparently enough to refuse my £230 claim. I guess you get what you pay for in this life and will ensure I use a premium carrier receives my parcels in future. My advice, AVOID HERMES at all costs!

Still waiting delivery after hermes posted 24 hour delay,that was 3 weeks ago,absolutely no customer care if that was the first time I could understand but it's every single occasion,if fact I refuse to shop with retailers that use this courier unfortunately missed this one,here's a suggestion hermes you clearly can't do the job get find another avenue,one that doesn't involve dealing with the public,as far as my non delivery stick it where the sun doesn't shine.

I didn't get my parcel on the day it was mentioned, and they didn't deliver even after a week and no updates in the tracking info. When I tried to contact them no way I can speak to customer service. All it goes to an automated response which repeats a week outdated info mentioned in the tracking info. Never felt so irritated with any delivery service.

Pay for next day delivery with ASOS and as always Hermes can NEVER deliver on time. Shocking that we waste our money on Next day just to be waiting up to 7 days for a parcel due to all manner of excuses. My delivery address is my workplace which is a Car Dealership and I continue to get 'no one was home'... Its a Car Dealership! Why oh why ASOS use Hermes with the amount of trouble they cause.

Lies, lies, lies. Day 1: 3 Nov 2021 4:00pm Delay due to major event 4:35pm Delivery attempt made - allow 24h LIE I have CCTV and was home NO attempt was made. Day 2: 4 Nov 2021 11:51am Delivery will be attempted between 17:00 and 19:00 today 7:24pm Delay - please allow 24 hours Day 3: 5 Nov 2021 12:04pm Delay due to major event WOW another one, what bad luck !! Day 4: 6 Nov 2021 2:26pm Delivery will be attempted between 15:00 and 17:00 today 3:35pm Delivery attempt made - allow 24h LIE I have CCTV and not only was I home I was on the front yard washing my car. Now I have to wait in another day, I should send a bill for my time you have wasted with your lies. I will give you until midday Monday then I will not accept the parcel and you can deal with the seller.

Never collect parcels when they or supposed to, waited 5 days before my parcel was collected, thought maybe it was just a one off, but no following week , no one came to collect parcels again, do phoned up to cancel, and was supposed to get a refund within a week , 3 weeks later and I have still not received my refund for 5 parcels, phoned up and sent email, and have still not recieved, although they know about it, they pass the buck , will never use again, terrible company

Shocking lack of service and customer… Shocking lack of service and customer support. I've spent a frustrating hour or more trying to send a parcel via the Hermes website. Entered all the required info, try to pay and NOTHING, just the button to press to pay which produces the same result. Refresh the site and try again but this time use Paypal to pay rather than my card. Press pay, but no receipt and check e-mail - nothing from Hermes, can't print a label or get tracking number so start over. tried again and same. Then get two delayed emails from Paypal to say I've paid twice. Still nothing from Hermes. I try to contact customer service, you can only get a robot who cuts you off if you don't enter a tracking number which I don't have as the haven't given me one. I try online chat and get a message: Apologies, we are carrying out essential maintenance and cannot connect your enquiry at this time. Please check back on Monday morning if you still require assistance from our team. Thank you for your patience. I want to send the parcel I've paid for today to arrive on Monday as they say it should. I certainly won't be using this useless company again out of choice.

courier claimed delivery made. sent a picture. It was not of my parcel - wrong brand!. No context of location - looks like the back of a van. I was at home an hour either side of the claimed delivery time. The customer service bot is a waste of time, and most conveniently they are unable to investigate further due to essential maintenance on the system

Hermes have lost one parcel ordered through Amazon and now appear to have done the same with a replacement. The customer services bot assures me that they are still on target to deliver on time -m very impressive as it was due yesterday!

Absolutely disgraceful had paid for next day delivery through ASOS my parcel is now 5 days late no update on tracking app and tried to contact them just to be told by there virtual assistant to try again on Monday

Hermes are awful. Theres no humans manning complaints and the complaints email doesnt even work. My package has been with them for a month but cant be bothered to post it to me. Cant speak to anyone. Cant get no help. How is a company allowed to operate like this? Its almost criminal. Im almost certain my package has been stolen

Worst company to deal with. I have 3 parcels not delivered within the last 2 weeks. All status changed to major issue causing delay. No further update on app. Tried contacting them without success. Have advised companies I will not be purchasing online from them if they continue to use Hermes for delivery.
