Appalling service. I avoid buying if I know that Hermes is the courier but sometimes don't know until it's too late. Tracking insists parcel was delivered but it most definitely was not. Money lost and no way to complain to or about them. Liars and thieves.

Please please do not use Hermes, they do not deliver on their service levels, do not offer any refunds and their customer service is appalling. Please avoid and pay a company that will deliver on time!

They stole my parcel, it wasn’t delivered they said it was and they took it I’ve tried ringing and emailing and no luck!!!!

Twice my parcel was sent back with the item damaged that I had to fix, absolutely NO WAY of contacting "live Chat" or chat to a human on line or on the phone. All their phone numbers DO NOT work and keep changing. Hermes UK has went way down hill and customers BE WARNED your parcel will be used like a football while in delivery its realy that bad as this is my 4th item damaged and it takes over 6 months for a refund claim. So I had to refund the customer £40 and pay for three postals totaling £32, that me £72 out of pocket and bad feedback to boot.... NEVER AGAIN will I use this useless dispicable company. Go to Royal mail at least you have a say in tha matter.

This Company has no integrity. Their Courriers lie about delivering parcels when they haven't attempted to deliver. Not fit for purpose. Avoid at all costs ordering if this company is delivering your parcel.

We live on a new development which is two years old. When we first moved in we did experience some issues with deliveries from most couriers but in the last 12 month it’s been great. MyHermes however have been truly hopeless. On 6 occasions they have failed to deliver parcels. Their tracking app isn’t up to date. For example, it has been stated as “there has been a delay with your parcel. We aim to get in on the move in the next 24 hours” for almost two weeks. It’s frustrating as when buying from a brand, they don’t always show that it’s Hermes delivering. If it was, there’s no way I would be purchasing. At Christmas I waited 6 weeks for a package and in the end had a refund from the retailer. There is no way to contact them to give extra details on delivery other than “resolver” with a complaint and I’ve received three automated emails. Rubbish service and nowhere near as easy, reliable and quick as their competitors.

Almost every parcel I have sent via Hermes has been badly damaged. Would never use again..... absolutely terrible.

Saw that Hermes was delivering my Amazon parcel and knew the Prime next day delivery was out the window - and guess what , no show By far the worst delivery company on the planet , disgraceful.

I use Hermes to send out my parcels but only because they are the cheapest. Looking at the last 100 items sent by Hermes 8 have been broken in transit, delivered late or even lost. That's an 8% failure rate. When things go wrong their customer service is non-existent. When selling my advice is to increase your pp rate and use any other courier but Hermes.

They constantly never bother to deliver a parcel. They say they tried but I stay at home all day waiting and no one rings my bell!

No delivery attempted but tracking said I was not in ( family of 4 isolating in London during pandemic) of course we were at home! The next info sent was that they were advised that the parcel was no longer needed and are returning it back to sender ( international ) contact with useless holly digital assistant only as there is nobody to help you. Had I known that hermes would be involved I would have ordered dpd.

Hermes confirmed they had my parcel on 12.04.20. Last note on tracker was 20.04 20 saying there was a delay but parcel would be sent in 24hrs. No parcel received. Hermes are a truly awful company. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

Not once did we receive a parcel when we were supposed to. Your tracking system is a joke. Why companies use you as a courier is beside me. We pay for delivery to be delivered within 2 days of ordering and yet we dont get this benefit. Clowns.

I have ordered things off two deferent stores who use hermes and they’ve managed to mess both up, they said one order was unwanted and returned to store when they haven’t even tried to deliver it, and one order had half the order missing yet the tracking said it had all been delivered, makes you wonder where all these so called delivered orders end up, it’s impossible to speak to anyone to query anything.....erm I wonder why !!

Bloody awful company, have ordered from and Ebay amongst other companies, they are too lazy to drive where I live yet ALL other couriers manage it. Absolutely abysmal all round. ZERO POINTS AT BEST

3 packages on 2 different days not delivered yet had a text and on tracking says delivered when they have not been delivered. The online chat says you have proof no proof just a pin of being on a street near me. I am home all day everyday not even had a knock on the door when these parcels have meant to be delivered. No contact number on the site to call the online robot message is useless, just like the drivers then what a joke not the first time we have had issues with them delivering 1 package was something I won’t be able to replace so very upset and angry.

They informed me that they would deliver a package yesterday between 18.00 and 20.00. I waited in and no one came and I got a message at 18.43 saying they had tried to deliver and no one was in. This is not true I was there all the time and the doorbell is working, they did not try and deliver anything. These are perishable goods and today is a bank holiday so they will not deliver and there is no way of contacting them you just get a digital message saying "we tried to deliver your parcle yesterday".

I would give zero if I could ... where is my parcel you have had it since 23 April!! It was a present... no contact available every parcel from other delivery options have been received.. you are terrible. I will never order from a company that uses u again
