This is the worse delivery service ever! When I find that something I have bought is to be delivered by Hermes my heart sinks. My parcels are frequently just left in someone else's porch. Delivery days are not kept to - even when paying for next day delivery. Worst of all it is impossible to speak to a person to sort things out. I have emailed the CEO on several occasions and had apologies but service has not improved.

Parcel not left at a store that opens till 5pm, delivery 'attempt' 3pm. Photo as evidence of a concrete floor. Customer service, joke, phone number, joke, driver, joke, company, joke

They missed 6 delivery slots, then said the package had been delivered when it hadn’t and now they are saying the package has been lost by them.

Sent an item with these Roy Rogers outfit hermes and cannot believe the repeated nonsense that they keep leaving on the tracking schedule It is between 5/10kg as listed on there page Large item allow 48 hours numerous times At local delivery numerous times Out for delivery numerous times and so on and so on Tried to call customer service for hours no joy Just get the parcel delivered like you were paid to do

The worst company I have ever dealt with. These people lie about attempted deliveries and are not fit for purpose. They do not have any point of contact whatsoever. Normally I always check from the retailers am buying from and if they use this courier I purchase elsewhere. Fuming because I trust Amazon but they used Hermes for some unknown reason, the item was due Sunday 28th Nov, nothing arrived, next day I checked tracking and it stated delivery attempt was made the previous day, which is an outright lie,the tracking also stated the item was out for delivery and gave me a two hours window. Obviously nothing arrived again. I contacted Amazon and they refunded me and gave me a gift card for the trouble. I tried leaving a review on trust pilot but we can no longer review Hermes there. So not only do they not have customer services or a complaints department, they now have made it impossible to review them. This firm is not fit for purpose so avoid like the plague.

Every time they leave the packed unattended. They never ring to the property. They make a picture of the packed left for delivery proof, which is left somewhere convenient for them. I do understand that they are busy. We all are busy, but just few take pride of their job. I would not recomend them at all. Very poor service!!

Would give zero stars if I could. I've had countless packages "lost" or "delayed" forever more by Hermes over the past couple of years. They are by far the most shockingly bad service I've ever encountered. They never bother to ring the doorbell, dump items in places they can be easily stolen, but most commonly don't even bother to turn up at all. The most recent fail was a package that was lost/delayed by Hermes 3 times, re-sent by the retailer 3 times, eventually I received it 4 weeks after ordering. Unfortunately I needed to return the item but it was too large to take to a Hermes collection point. I booked the Hermes collection for the following day - over a week later I'm still waiting for it to be collected! While customer service staff are polite on emails, each one has assured me it will collected "the following day", 8 days later still no collection. No phone number to call and basically a thoroughly terrible service. I have never received a package on time. I really wish retailers would stop using Hermes and instead use an alternative courier service who actually do their job properly. A total waste of everyone's time and money.

Explicit instructions regarding finding my house were ignored on three occasions by the courier. Parcels still not delevered from nearly three weeks ago. Hermes have now presumably dumped the goods I have paid for or else why after my report have they still not been delivered? One parcel was delivered by Hermes during this time (put in porch with card saying "Sorry I missed you... even though we watched her coming down the path) and many others from different couriers. Why don't couriers from Hermes phone me on the phone number provided?

Ordered a guitar and violin, 2 pkgs shipped same time, different waybills. Violin arv in 2 days without guitar. Photo of violin at my door was also used on tracking for other missing item. Waited in 6 full days for full delivery - no tracking, no alerts, no map of delivery vehicle location. Worst service possible (except UPS who always say they tried to deliver (as there is no parking availabe) but don't appear on time lapse camera door video). Live chat is useless.

I saw my courier outside with a couple of parcels which he dropped to the ground from 3 feet. He then came to my door and threw the parcel into my porch. I challenged him and his reaction was "It's not fragile", My parcel contained three dash cams for Christmas presents which obviously cannot be checked until after Christmas. Our usual Hermes courier has been quite reliable. This guy however was appalling.

Awful just Awful My parcel was supposedly delivered and was photographed However when I got back no parcel I have lived at my current address for 12 yrs until now I've never had a parcel gone "missing " before They're are 3 other flats in my building and we are all friends if one of us is out we will take delivery of other tenants packages and leave it securely on the table in communal hall When I messaged Hermes I got back a curt "it's been delivered here's a photo" and can't get hold of anyone since I've never really taken much notice of the awful service other customers have experienced However sadly I do now All reviews I've read on trusted review sites is mostly parcels missing,couriers stealing parcels and severely delayed orders I am convinced the courier stole my parcel I asked everyone in my building if they had my parcel but no Unfortunately I have no proof thankfully it wasn't a high value item I cannot understand how this company is still going and retailers trust and use them From now on if I buy anything and see it will be dispatched and delivered by Hermes I will cancel

is this company for real,they say they have tried to deliver on 2 occasions and never been anywhere near my property i have extensive cctv as well as a ring doorbell recording and they have been nowhere near,ive now contacted the company i ordered from and returned my goods and want a refund and all this because hermes cannot do there job, some any companies using hermes should have a rethink and get rid them because they will ruin your business

Absolutely terrible company I have had numerous bad experiences and there is no way of contact other than live chat, I waited over an hour to be told they cannot communicate with the delivery staff.

Would rather give minus 5 stars !Ordered a huge jelly cat toy. Awful service ,after 3 failed deliveries and saying each day could not make delivery and no update on redelvering day 3 of trying to reslove this they say my parcel was left on the door step at 11.59pm 3days ago. This is not the case as i have cameras.Makes me angry the ammount of bad reviews that they get away with this. Its no the first time i have has problems with them.

Terrible, first attempt failed, requested second attempt to be delivered to my neighbour & another card through my door to say I wasn’t in!! In all today waiting & still not come on day 3! No communication & can’t contact them!

They lost my three packages. The daily tracking number shows that the courier tried to deliver the package, but this is false information because I was at home all the time. waiting for packages that I should receive a week ago! It's ridiculous!!!
