Baffles me how you're even still up and running at all, every single time I have an order coming from you it's never on time and it's battered to hell and back. Service is absolutely disgusting. Had an order for next day delivery due the other day and not only did you not get it to me that day, it was late the next ffs

My parcel booked on Parcel2go website and sent through Hermes, was open, the content stolen, then re-sealed and delivered. I complained to Parcel2go and Hermes. Hermes blamed the receptionist at the delivery address. The receptionist and the recipient blamed Hermes. The matter of fact is that I was deprived of an item worth £47.50, Hermes referred me to their business associates, the recipient and the receptionist washed their hands off it. So I searched online: "Hermes stolen content" and found that by pure coincidence, many people are in my same situation. I trust that the poor guys at Hermes are the victims of a conspiracy by customers. Parcel2go sided with Hermes and washed their hand off this criminal act. I reported the matter to the Metropolitan Constabulary and so should you if your parcel is stolen. Anyhow, post office is only 30p more for a parcel, so I will use them from now on to avoid being part of the conspiracy. In any case, poor response from Parcel2go and Hermes.

Hermes must be the worst courier company in the UK. Even though I was in all morning Hermes couldn't be bothered to ring or knock and instead left my package on the front doorstep in pouring rain in view of the road. I suppose I should be grateful it arrived because the two weeks ago according to Hermes they left my item in an outhouse (I was in all day) and then claimed it was passed to the customer and signed for by a Vanessa Keay. I live in a hamlet of six houses and no-one by that name has ever lived in this area! Hermes continues to lie to cover their incompetence. Please sellers, don't use Hermes - they have no respect for the customers or the items entrusted to them.

I will never use a merchant who uses Hermes again. Whilst on my emails I received a pictures of my parcel delivered. I opened the front door no delivery man no parcel. The picture was of the address only. I have tried to contact them through Holly they do not rely ply you cannot get through on the phone with your tracking number. I would have given them no stars if I could

Yet AGAIN a very poor service when it comes to actual delivery. I ammended my delivery details as per their email to a neighbours house across the street. Obviously in true Hermes style, they fail that simiplest of task and instead leave my parcel in the pouring down rain in full public view on the street footpath. And then try to tell me it was signed for by my neighbour. At least they are consistent I suppose.

I was informed via text that my package (order 52449 (CC452449)) was to be delivered by Hermes sometime today. As I am working from home, I figured this would be simple. However, I did receive a text message saying my delivery had been confirmed with a signature. My flat had not been rung, my mobile had not been called in any manner. My package was not outside my door. Instead, the Hermes delivery driver decided to leave my package in an outdoor car park that is completely open to the public and in the rain. I was lucky enough to have been able to collect my package by running down the stairs before it could be stolen. To say I am angry is an understatement. I will never order from any merchant that will use Hermes as their delivery service.

Past 3 deliveries have been dumped on our gravel driveway for all to see and possibly nab. Left in the rain to boot. Email from them say will place by door (and run!). Seems they are leaving the door part out and running once dumped on or near the property. Plain s*** all round.

My husband paid premium rate to have a parcel collected on Wednesday 2nd December. Tracking No 9901487246059789, Invoice No 7406155. Needless to say the parcel is still lying here. We contacted Support 3rd December who said he would make sure the parcel was collected that day. Did it heck. We are now on 4th December and I'm not holding my breath. I feel Hermes should change their promises as they obviously don't abide by them. Never again will we use Hermes.

Absolute rubbish company. My heart sinks when I see it's a Hermes delivery. Late , missing, are all things I associate with Hermes If I see a company is using them for A delivery I go to another source for my purchase. Can't speak to a human being if you require a response. Steer clear and use DPD

Where to begin ? Lost items , items or for delivery found to be damaged , yet suddenly can't be located. I send vintage items which aren't easily replaced-I've had to refund customers but getting a refund from Hermes is nearly impossible. Slow to respond , ludicrous standards of proof . It is a business giving a nearly criminal level of service and I have now decided to cease using them.

driver stole me parcel everything on cctv but no chance to spoke with any one from hermes as tracking show delivered ... i sent email to hermes but no replay. next stap is reported to the police really disapointed a no way to spoke with human from hermes and sort this problem with out police ....

DONT USE THEM! HAVE HAD 2 PACKAGES DAMEGED BEYOND REPAIR BY THEM AND THE REFUSE TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR THE DAMAGES.

Work shifts in care home. Carnt be in all time to pick up parcel. Learning disability. Not know how to change delivery. Courier shouts at me for not being in and takes picture of me when giving me the parcel to humiliate me.

No Urgency by Hermes to Sort their Non-Collection Error! A parcel was not collected by Hermes on the arranged day. Though a Hermes courier delivered a parcel to me on that day, he refused to take the arranged parcel even though their printed label was attached, because he had not been asked to collect it. Now 6 days later & 3 days following a complaint to their so say 'helpline' collection is still outstanding. You can't talk to a Hermes human and even writing to their CEO twice has not even produced an acknowledgement. I will not be using them again as when things go wrong, there is no urgency to put matter right. In the meantime the recipient has to-date paid for an item hasn't been received within a reasonable period!

On two occasions within 6 weeks my parcels have been left on the doorstep in open view. Public footpath 8 meters away. Security camera captured the driver not allowing time to answer door. I doubt hermes in its current form will be around for much longer.
