“AVOID. They lost my parcel sent internally with returned goods. There is no customer service to get in touch. I placed a case to investigation whereabouts of my package three weeks ago (again there is now way to chase them or to talk to them) and they sent email today saying that their investigation proved unsuccessful. I am yet to be begin a claim process but not to hopeful either, having read their reviews. I had already with deliveries from them - parcels left at different places but the tracking saying that they will try to re deliver etc. Will never use them again.”

“Absolute joke company, they've lost 2 of the last 3 deliveries I was waiting for, you can't speak to anyone, and they don't give a toss about customers, avoid these idiots like the plague”

“They have taken my parcel for themselves. Claimed they cant deliver as no one was in. little do they know we have CCTV and a ring doorbell proving he didn't even try, Useless pieces of Sh*t would avoid them like the plague”

“This company is a joke! They left my parcel in the middle of a busy road and it was stolen! Imagine leaving a parcel outside a door in oxford street. Their drivers are useless, unprofessional and thieves and I cannot believe they are still allowed to run in the UK. any company that uses Hermes for their delivery will be avoided and never shop again.”

“Avoid like the plague if you want to send anything of sentimental or monetary value. I have used Hermes twice and on both occasions the package was “lost”/ stolen. Most recently I posted a watch I sold for £300 on eBay via Hermes. Hermes lost the package, but told me not to worry as I could make a claim for compensation. I submitted a claim and waited 28 working days before chasing them. They told me they only insure watches to the value of £250 and therefore the watch was on their list of uninsured items. No offer to refund the cost of postage and no offer to compensate to the maximum watch value of £250. I tried appealing to their better nature but they closed the case. Prior to the watch I returned some trainers via a retailer. Hermes lost the package and I was told it was not insured. Luckily the retailer compensated me as a gesture of good will. Hermes are convenient to me and I paid a premium to use them. Their network is clearly unsecure and I would strongly recommend avoiding them like the plague if the item you are posting has any sentimental or monetary value. Do not trust this company or expect any level of customer service.”

“tried to contact hermes by phone the stupid answering service is useless i properly sent a parcel they charged me twice and the recipient was my address. what a rip off this is the worst delivery firm in the uk they should be struck off. philip adkins”

“If you have a choice, avoid at all costs. In fact, I've decided not to shop from stores that only work with Hermes UK. The main reason is that there is no way to contact Hermes, none. I had set a safe place for delivery, they completely ignored it and haven't tried to deliver again, and that was days ago. Meanwhile, no contact whatsoever, so I have no idea if and when to expect delivery. Disgrace of a company.”

“Bad service from hermes international, I paid, parcel booked, but they failed to provide me with the address label....................... Only automated service if you "need some help" and obviously this was not resolved since the system did not understand the issue. Bunch of Crooks.......”

“Totally Unprofessional company. They leave parcels dumped downstairs and do not even bother to ring the intercom. Does not surprise me at all the bad reviews about Hermes on here. The company should shut Down!!!”

“I have still not had delivery despite the fact that they have said they are going to make a delivery three times. I cannot get information from Hermes about my delivery. I end up with a robot on their website. The tracking information contains blatant lies about attempted delivery. I have checked address they have, door bell, door knocker and my address is abundantly clear in multiple online maps! I am being forced to stay in to try and make sure I do not miss their delivery. Best to make sure your delivery is not going to be made by Hermes. I have never had such a bad experience with any other delivery company. I still do not know when my item is going to turn up! Check out the online reviews of this Company and you will realise that it is definitely not a Company you want to use for your delivery. Check out YouTube for the Watchdog program of how awful they are.”

“Are you guys having a laugh? There's literally zero customer service at this company! No phone number no email nothing to get in touch with them. My delivery is already late and they had the cheeks to say that I wasn't in... My neighbor is a God damn pub that's open till 12am and they tried to deliver at 8pm? My wedding dress has been squashed in their vans for 4 days! If it'll be damaged I'm reporting them to trading standards. How are they still in business?”
