Why are they now not bothering to update their tracking, Items now arrive while their tracking says still waiting for the consignment. Im waiting for delivery of a waterbutt all week, it seems they can collect from sellers without any problem but deliveries require specialist Hermes couriers to deliver, Check out tracking ref H1RLA0006557266 it says it all really, 2 sets of waterbutts with stands ordered on 2nd Feb sent as 3 packages, the stands delivered on 7th Feb abd one waterbutt delivered by white transit van on 9th Feb, Ive written to their CEO, hes easy to find, just google hermes ceo UK and there you go. Ive supplied proof which is more than the +ves on other review site have done. One more customer they have lost.

I tried to cancel an order as ordered wrong colour by mistake, ordered correct colour instead. Both orders were delivered by Hermes – left outside door. I arranged a collection return by Hermes. Waited in for them on Momday 7th February, no Hermes collection, just an e-mail saying they had tried but I wasn’t in, had an e-mail saying they would collect today, the 8th. Waited in and left the mat outside, nicely packed with Hermes label. Had a message saying they tried to collect but I wasn’t in. Do you really pay these people? I would be very reluctant to buy from you again whilst you use such carriers. What a bunch, their driver did not try or come down our road on either day, we were watching. As for contacting them that is a joke. I will now have to make a round trip of 22 miles to my nearest Dunelm store. Never again!

live chat for international parcel delivery, even though the person on the other end of the chat was ' helpful' my sent parcel is still ' stuck ' they blame customs but it passed Belgium customs hermes sent it to the wrong country and then went on to the Netherlands... correct country they now blame it on customs delay but it got through Belgium fine and there is no customs between EU countries It's lost in a depot. Period. And none one seems to care for that at all I have now read multiple reviews and hermes seem to have a stock reply and hide behind customs it has been over 30 days. Oh and even though I filled in the request for the live chat to be sent to e mail it has not been but i have copied and pasted the chat to document, but it would have been nice of something worked.

I needed to send skis within mainland UK. Hermes judged the packet was too large for me to take to the depot. 12-hour "window" on collection day - v inconvenient. No one came. No communication afterwards; no apology; no remedy. Rebooked and the same happened on the second day. Cancelled and booked with Parcel Force - immaculate service. Would be ZERO STARS if permitted.

Driver rang bell of flats, spoke to customer who opened the door then he just drove away. He did not attempt to collect parcel as it was too much trouble to enter building and collect parcel! What a disgusting service! Would have helped if he had spoken English. How do you get a driving license license if you can’t speak or read English. Hermes what a terrible company.

They didn’t knock ( I have a ring doorbell so I know when someone shows up ) and left my parcel in some god forsaken place ( not at my address) they had to cheek to send a pic of where they left it ! This company is a joke - 9 out 10 experiences I’ve had have been terrible.

My shoes were never delivered. The tracking updated up until the final delivery. I chased it up with the sender and they think the parcel had been stolen. I chased it up with Hermes and they said, get this, it had been "misplaced" but not stolen. LOL. Thankfully I got a full refund from the sender.

Absolutely horrific company that should be shut down. Lose parcels all the time and massive delays. No customer service representatives to speak to, just robots. Worst courier company in the UK.

DONOT use this company.4 parcels in 2 months have gone missing. You can't speak to anyone except an automated service called Holly.Holly will only give the same information as you can get on the tracking service. This is infuriating and is done due to the horrendous amount of complaints. I really would advise everyone with a similar issue to contact Trading Standards.I am in the process of doing this as they seem to think they can get away with it.

I was given an incident number after contacting them via their site when a parcel I was returning had been stuck at their depot for ages. Was told I would hear from them within 28 days - nothing! Cannnot contact them any which way now, everything seems to he designed to prevent you being able to get through to them. Am absolutely furious, they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this. Trading standards here I come! Will not trust this company again. Beware!

Completely unreliable. Lost or delayed parcel/delivery. Never on time always delayed or some sort of issues everytime. I've lost faith in them. 1 star is still too much.

What a load of rubbish.. they said they couldn't find my work address and so took my parcel back.. i now have to find the money to go and buy the items (ordered for a Present) and then wait until my refund is processed... absolutely pants... i will never recommend Hermes to anyone, even if i don't like them!

Every delivery has a similar issue. Every parcel most likely arrived days late, or not at all, never having a valid reason or excuse. It’s insane that so many businesses still use them.

Never ever use again! I have seen in the media the amount of bad things that go on in the company if you could call it that! Dumping people's parcels, stealing peoples parcels, burning over the woods! It's like the time you took my parcel to a completely different addres and did not even tell me its only because the person was honest and brought it to me over wise I would have never of known, who you meant to contact wen things go wrong the robot lol,or get ripped off for 6 quid then talk to staff who do not have a clue!
