“DON'T BUY FROM THEM. BAD COMMUNICATION NO PRODUCT ARRIVED. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE I emailed than on Saturday 4/03/2023 and had no response, so rang on Monday 6/03/2023 managed to talk to someone and they told me I would have my delivery on Tuesday 7/03/2023. I didn't receive items. So I tried calling but the call just kept ending as soon as it rung. So I tried a live chat with them via their website. I waited but still no response, not even an email or phone call. Waste of time don't buy from them. Extremely bad communication and still no products.”

“Found this company online as being disabled unable to get out. Thought sounded great, lots of variety and ‘speedy delivery’. 2-4 days Placed order on the Tuesday, did online chat on the Thursday just to check when likely to be delivered., was told it was coming on the Saturday. Great I thought, as needed food for the Sunday. No delivery ! Had to get neighbour to go out to buy some for me. Tried calling, no answer on phone., sent email Phoned on the Monday, no great customer service when they answered the phone, I had to ask if I was speaking to the company. I explained that my goods hadn’t been delivered. His reply was we don’t deliver Saturdays, I asked why I was told that, no reason was given. I asked when parcel would come, he said tomorrow ( Tuesday) .it didn’t arrive ! I emailed again, no reply! It was then shown it was being processed annd DPD were collecting it. It arrived on Thursday. I was lied to twice with regards to delivery. Hard company to contact, online chat didn’t respond, emails weren’t answered. CS on phone was appalling, like speaking to a sulky teenager. Didnt accept the 5% discount on order, but still see its being offered. Don’t think I will be using this company again, when delivery ends up being 9 days later”

“The Gusto Dog Food bought from 'My Hungry Pet' was a good price - the delivery was good and the bags arrived in good condition. What more could anyone ask for? I will certainly buy from 'My Hungry Pet' again.”

“Sadly a very unreliable service. Delivery has taken 3 times longer than their website indicates meaning my dog has now run out of food and I've had to change brand as Alpha sensitive is not readily available in shops. As a result my dog now has an upset tummy from her diet being messed around. I'm afraid I will be cancelling my subscription and looking elsewhere.”

Hi Georgie, We appreciate your concern and we state normal 3-5 working day service. Please note, weekends are excluded as our warehouses are closed on the weekends and I can see the order was delivered on the 5th day as stated. I am really sorry you've been upset by this and we can definitely ensure that going ahead we can get this delivered within 1-3 working days on a repeat as you normally get. “Ten days delivery plus two contacts told delivery would be 21/2 didn’t happen contact agsin finally 23/2 ordered 14/2 Had to buy more food in interim so down £18 not sure I’d use again to be fair”

“Apart from being nearly a week later than advised DPD your chosen delivery service delivered my order to a neighbour and not to my address to my preferred safe place i.e my shed!! After a hard day's work l don't expect to have to go knocking on doors to find my package. I hope you will forward this to DPD!! Gill Waldron”

Hi Richard, We did definitely reply back to you, we've had no direct messages from you on our live chat but only a email to which we replied back too. I'm sorry to see you feel like that, we have changed our phone line recently and it seems like you were caught in between the transfer. “Terrible service been waiting a week for a delivery and they have given no valid reason why, I have wasted money going to the shops buying food to bridge the gap till it arrives. Will not be buying from them again and would not recommend unless you want your pet to starve”
