Order Number: 192863479 There are no zero stars or else I would have happily given zero. The worst service I have received in my life. I placed an order on 27th December, 19 (Christmas Sale). I ordered natural vanilla 2 x 5.5lbs. The order processed and stated that it will be dispatched on 30th Dec. Today is 17th Jan still my order is in processing. I mailed them 3 times before just to know what is the problem. The replies I got were "Due to the high volume of orders they are still processing it". Today I lost my patience and asked them again what is happening with my order? The response I got was horrible. They said that the flavour(Natural Vanilla) that I ordered they have stopped manufacturing. What???. So I told them that I am ok with some other flavour please dispatch my order I already waited for more than 3 weeks. They said they can't do it either. Really Guys!!!!. They used my money for more than 3 weeks and now they say they won't send me my order. This is a total SCAM. They just use their customers money.

Really bad company!! They cancelled my Black Friday order without any notice or any attempt to communicate this to me. I was waiting for almost a week then I contacted them. They said they would look into this but every time it was me that had to chase them. They said they are busy at the moment but seems like they choose who they want to reply to! It’s ridiculous that they don’t reply, don’t give any notice of cancellation and ignore you. They even deleted my account! After telling me that another team would follow this up and it would take up to 48 hours I had to contact them again and was told it would take 48 more hours, eventually this became 5-10 working days! I don’t understand the reason for the longer and longer delays. There was even a point when they disconnected me from an online chat before I had a chance to reply! At the same time they (Lewis) said “I feel like we are going round in circles”, I’m the one who should have said that (!!) 🤯 after the way I was treated, constantly having to chase them only to be told to wait for more time before they can give me any information about what was going to happen with my order! In the end I called them because I was annoyed that they had put me on a wait that seemed endless (another 5-10 days). Only the staff on the phone were able to explain what had happened to me. My experience really shows that MyProtein don’t value their customers at all. It could be that some misunderstanding happened during the purchase. However, they failed to tell me what happened, and every time I contacted them they made me feel disrespected. All I needed was for myprotein to clarify what’s wrong and figure out what to do. They changed their answer all the time. First they agreed to let me reorder then said the circumstances has changed (what?). People should be aware of this. They do not care if they lose a single customer since so many reviews here left 1 star and there’s no improvement being made. I will share this experience on social media. So disgraceful!! Zero star!!

Customer service is really bad. I ordered my package since the black Friday sale. and now it over a month, I still not received my package. I sent a message to them many times but they just told me to wait until they find it from the 3rd delivery agency. I'm really disappointed with MyProtein Customer service. I bought from them many times. but now they fail me. I will change to order a worthy supplier like Bulk Powder or something.

Beware if you ordering from overseas and using your countries’ domain, the product is actually delivered from the UK. Order from myprotein.ch thinking that the product was being shipped locally but received a tax bill. So the price you see at checkout might not be the final price.

Terrible customer care / product not fit for purpose. After two weeks of chasing customer services to resolve a quality issue with my latest 5kg bag of diet whey, I am annoyed and extremely disappointed that I have been kept waiting for so long. A colleague in your customer services department acknowledged the error that my protein order was out of date after I reported it undrinkable and smelt of vomit. It then took 5 days for the company to request a photograph of the reverse of the bag showing the batch code and date. Today is the 15th day since my complaint was made. This would be absolutely unacceptable if it was my first order. However, considering the value of business I have placed over the years with My Protein, I feel offended by the lack of care offered. Be cautious with this Group if you are considering a purchase.

No issues with MyProtein itself, however the delivery (Yodel) was awful, the parcel was damped in the bushes in the rain over night, so it was completely ruined! When contacted customer service they made me feel like I was the one doing wrong and made me feel up and sign forms with the photos attached. So I just can't be bothered doing this for some petty few quid. Bad customer service, I bet they know how inefficient Yodel is and how they lie about delivering in a safe place! I have had same problem with Nespresso and they have sent me another parcel no questions asked!

don't bother while they use Yodel - you wont get your package (check out their reviews). Doesn't matter how good the product is if you never get it. Staff couldn't do anything to help either, lost my business and will be going elsewhere from now on.

Terrible after care and have blocked me from their site and eBay as they lost my order. Del from customer service then shouted foul language down the phone and told me he sh*ts in the powder. I asked for copy of phonecall but they said it hadn't been recorded. Surprise surprise

I am waiting since Wednesday 13th to be order #103387267 dispatched as it was estimated 4 days ago although on their webpage they advertise delivery in 3-4 days. Webpage is inaccurate in following information: -false advertising of shipping rates and times -client is not informed about delays in a timely manner -when I tried to get refund before dispatch they refused to provide that -wrong information about dispatch and delivery times given when completing purchase I am keen in advertising and I have justified reasons to believe they are misleading consumers despite they are aware they will not fulfill contractual obligations.

I have to say I am quite appalled with MyProtein's customer service. I was looking to purchase 2 items totaling a cost of over £50 and I saw that there were freebies included so I ended up placing the order (Freebies were a shaker and a beanie). These freebies added extra weight to my order and therefor I had to pay a total of £40 for the delivery so around £90 in total. Afterwards I check my order and I see that the freebies have been deleted from my order and that I was still charged the full £40 for delivery. I kindly explained this to customer support and they failed to understand the problem. After explaining it several times to different people they finally understood and told me they could credit my account with the payment. I told them I just wanted a refund of the difference to which I was then told nothing would be done to help as it was a mistake of some sort on the website. ( I also have a screenshot of my basket here as you can see http://s18.postimg.org/jmu7pzw7d/total.jpg) There is also a mistake on the Order summary as you can clearly see the totals don't add up. The order summary it states £74.17 + £40 for delivery which is then £114.17 and then it says promotions £-29.03 therefore the total should be £85.14 however it says the total is actually £91.13 for some reason. As there was a mistake on your website I have to pay extra delivery for the weight that was calculated with these “free gifts” and then they are removed from my order after payment. You are unwilling to rectify the problem by refunding a mere £5.99 for this fault and willing to have a terrible review and lose a customer who has just spent over £90 on an order. I see that you are unwilling to refund this loss and I will have to bear the brunt of a mistake on your part. Order number 66943775
