Terrible service, they pick the carrier on their own which sometimes leads to higher delivery price than the actual item being sent

Totally incompetent company, wish I had seen this first.. Avoid like the plague, they took 30 days to inform me (after a huge amount of back and forth with DHL and sporadic replies from their customer service AFTER bugging their support chat) that they could not amend their shipping documents to allow customs to actually clear my package, so my first (and final) shipment had 30 days storage fees at customs plus $60 to change the paperwork with DHL plus $200 from customs, all for a $200 value package (and their shipping price on this, turned out to be $200 - FAR from affordable or competitive, but much worse with several hundred additional fees on top). Their customer service did not care at all, very hard to reach or get a response. Basically, they are a shipping company that is incapable of providing good documentation for customs clearance, so are effectively completely useless. 0 stars..

Never again. I would have never thaught that this website is such a horrible scam .. I compared different international shipping providers/companys (like shipito) , used the shipping calculator. And for my little packet (one single perfume), myUs displayed a price of 10,41$ with the shipping calculator. So I chosed them. Because of the cheapest price. HAH. HAH. I gave the seller the myUs adress. Then it took days til they finally informed me that my packet arrived by them. THEN they did send me a BILL OF 70(!) DOLLARS !!! I was like WHT THE ?!!!!?! I wrote the support (Which is, btw, horrible.) They told me, it would cost 30$ extra, because the Batteries in the perfume would cause "dangerous goods fee" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ก I said: "there are no batteries inside. lol." Then they said, its because perfume is flammable, thats why they charge this extrafee. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ก THEY ARE OBLIGATED to INFORM their customers about extra costs, BUT THEY DID NOT !!! Apart from this, the shipping calculator from MyUs showed me a price of 10,41$. So even if they add a special fee of 30$, the full cost should be 40,41$. BUT THEY DEMAND 70$ !!!! So I asked support again, HOW it can be that their "shipping calculator" calculated 10,41$ and then this impudent corporation brazenly says something like: "PAY 70$ TO US. IF YOU DONT TRANSFER THAT MONEY TO US, YOUR PACKET WILL BE DISPOSED" Their "explanation" why it costs 70$ instead of 10,41$ (+30$) is because I have NO PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ , and with my standard-membership, I would have NO freedom of CHOICE, they would use the shipping-way THEY want. So if I would have a premium-membership, my little 0,3 lbs packet would "only" cost the advertised 10,42$(+30$ unmentioned fee๐Ÿ˜‚), but with standard membership, they can demand whatever they gusto?!! What should I do now? I have no fckn 70$ on my paypal to pay them (only 46$, I did open up a paypal acc ONLY FOR MYUS) Maaan that is just such a brazenly scam from them. NEVER THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE SO DAMN UNTRUSTWORTHY .. I will definitely REPORT them to higher authority, if they dont send me my packet for AT LEAST 46$ .. (The contract was made: they ship to me for 10,41$, every dollar above is fraud, but I want my packet and 46$ is all I have)

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! They will steal your goods, change the values of goods without your authorization, and extremely unreasonable shipping costs. It's no use contacting them because they only have robot customer service and no real person to handle your problem!!!!

DONT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE. COMPLETE IDIOTS. THEY EITHER STEALING PACKAGES OR STRAIGHT INCOMPETENT! HOW YOU LOSE EVERY OTHER PACKAGE AND OFFER A HALF AZZ ACCOUNT CREDIT!

Customer service does nothing, takes days to reply, doesnโ€™t actually resolve anything and different people answer every time, definitely outsourced to people who do not work in Florida and know nothing about the services. Will never use again, wasted time, money and incredibly frustrating. Avoid using

I tried to forward whisky from the UK. First daily queries about my delivery address, which I had already created on the website. In addition, queries about the invoice for the goods. Since then (over two weeks) the shipment has been in the UK without the website showing any shipping options. Statement from support: "We are not able to ship dangerous goods". There is no indication on myus.com that alcohol cannot be forwarded! According to support, it is possible for the goods to be forwarded to another UK address. Accordingly, I have created another forwarder as the shipping address, but I still don't get any shipping options. Support says "all we can do now is wait for our team to release the package for domestic shipping". Nothing happens.

One of the worst parcel forwarding companies that exist. It's unbelievable that they lost my parcel worth $4200 and keep on saying they delivered it. They delivered my parcel to the wrong address and have lost it! NEVER USE THEM.

Very inconvenient website. I cannot login and reset password saying the email is not associated with any account and I cannot create new account using the same email saying the email is already in use. Wtf??? They cannot add any item after checkout even after 1 min but Myus can remove items from the shipment without confirming me

Payed over 114$ to ship 3 sweatshirts from the uk to Israel. In the shipping rates on the website I calculated that I should pay around 30-40 dollars for the shipment (1.5kg)

They lost my package. Then when I put a complaint in and ask for insurance they stalled me for over a year giving me different excuses every time. Still havenโ€™t had my money returned. Donโ€™t use them.

Customer service is a disgrace. I've had problems shipping my items and needed contact to customer service. I haven't had any response on WhatsApp. I've tried the online chat function and have got nowhere. The agents don't seem to care or want to understand and help. They come across as being unable to apply common sense. Twice the chat has 'frozen' mid way through. I tried again at 10pm GMT and and an hour and a half later I'm still in the line. I've got down to number 5 and don't progress any further. I wish I have never opened an account and used MyUs services. I had high hopes but just feel frustrated and disappointed by my experience. It's been a costly and time consuming mistake.

Worst company ever. Their customer service is terrible, they are useless and always send me to another person or company to resolve my issue. Their system said 2-5 days to receive my parcel once shipped and it ended up being 15 days. They charged me 100USD to ship, than the shipper charged me for duties and handling fees. Overall 200CAD to import a lamp.

Claims can only be filed with this company for lost or damaged shipments, claims will be denied if the shipment is tampered with by them!

Shame you don't supply negative stars on this site. Worst days of my life finding myus.com and I'm really living to regret dealing with them, I mean really regretting it. If your lucky (I mean really lucky) you might get a response within 24 hours....me on the other hand it's on a erage a week. Good job I'm in a rush! Getting sock of the cut & paste replies here! There seems to be no real supervisorto take cjarge of a case. Plus jou start tofeel like theres no grey matter residing here either, and don't fall for "Your custom is very important to us" line! It's a very disjointed service, feels like its run more like a machine parts centre than storage/shipping concern. My parcel is being held completely against my request and will, as they've refused a dri er collection already and everything takes a week to review! Though if I want to review it...then I'd have bought it! Oh sorry I have! And I wa t it here with me! And its taken over a month if incompetence, emails, wrong bookings and dealing with monkeys! Please save yourself grief and don't listen to sponsored reviews, they're terrible!

Absolutely do NOT use this service. They charge you exorbitant amounts of money! I had a single package membership. By accident a retailer mailed my package to them instead of straight to me. The fee WITH a 30% discount was $81.96 USD! That's $163 CAD! You guys I thought it was a mistake at first! All I had in my package was 3 candles and a room spray. What a JOKE! Now I'm fighting with them to refund my money because I will NOT being paying that under any circumstances. Who can afford THAT! I am beyond upset at this point. It's literally eating my stomach I'm so stressed out because they keep trying to debit my bank account and because I don't have that type of money in my account its not going through. I've asked them to stop debiting me and they refuse. The parcel is being shipped back to the retailer because I refuse to accept it. I had myUS cancel it as soon as I seen it was shipped. This is a joke and I cannot understand how this company thinks its OK to basically rip people off.for reference my order cost maybe $40 and weighed 7lbs. That should at most cost me $30! Just don't do it. I had read a few reviews and they said this but I thought, naaaah it won't happen to me. Yep it sure did. STAY AWAY!

Update: They are even worse than originally thought, not only did they take weeks to process the reception of packages, they took weeks once I gave the order to ship them to me, shipped only 5 package out of 8 that was was part of the shipping order, charging me for a weight of 6lbs for the 5 items while the original already inflated weight of the original 8 items was 3.30lbs! Their repackaging service added over 3lbs and they did not even ship everything while charging me a fortune automatically using the Paypal payment agreement of the membership fee, that by the way, I was forced to pay because they took so long my 30 trials ran out before my packages were ready and was unable to cancel because of this reason. Now I have the 2 remaining orphan packages, a simple DVD and music CD barely weighting anything that are ''ready to ship'' for another 30$ USD! It was a complete robbery and will be evaluating my option at this point as this is borderline a scam. Decided to do the trial as I order often from the UK. It was a very frustrating and costly experience. They took weeks to process my different packages and would enter zero information about the package to help identify them. They would classify them with super generic description like "CD / DVD / Disk Drive", which is really not helpful to identify package when you're ordering several DVD and CD, like, which one is it, a DVD or CD? They would write NA in the "From" field and "Other Store" for the merchant on all my 7 processed packages and only added the tracking number on two out of 5 packages that had them. The date of arrival listed for package do not even match the date of arrival of the tracking information and the value listed were not always correct. The lack of information got problematic as I was missing a package and trying to figure out which one. Then it seem they have lost one of my package and they took so long before giving any useful information, which is stupid because they have a photos of each item as they receive and process them, but of course they want you to pay 3.50$ to see the low res image. At some point, with my trial ending date aproaching and still no info about which package I was missing due to them putting zero useful identification information other than the weight (which I also question) and them taking a while to help me with description of packages, I decided to shell out the 3.50$ to see which package I was missing. The option said "View low res pictures of your packages as they arrive at our wharehouse" or something very similar, so I figured with this I'll be a able to see what they have received and find which one isn't there. I check my first item, then goes to the second and surprise, they want to charge me again! Turn out they want 3.50$ PER ITEM! Eventough the message to purchase the option is written in the plural form, they want me to pay 3.50$ per item if I want to be able to see what are the other package I have received. Its not only false advertising but very deceptive and borderline robbery. When they finally answered with the description of item received (after I sent them the invoice and listing pictures for each of them and had my mail forwarded to the correct place after several days), I decided to cut my losses and have my packages bundled for shipping before my trial ended. The package was "being processed" for days until my trial ended, couldn't cancel the membership because I had a package processing and was charged for renewal of the subscription. Now I lost 13.50$ on a trial that was supposed to be free and dreading to see the real shipping cost once they're done with packaging. The weight of the item were already a bit high and seem to be almost higher for some when I compare weighting an item I already have at home from the same series of tape. For example, they list an item as weighting 0.70 lbs when I weight the same thing at home and come up with about 0.425 lbs. it doesn't look like much but it add up fast and put you pretty quickly in the next shipping bracket. And when I e-mailed them about my trial ending soon and my issue not being resolved yet or the false advertising of the low res photo option price they charged me, they just ghosted me. You would think with all the issues they would have at least extended my trial until my packages got shipped so I can really sample their service, but no, they just ignored those e-mails. All in all, a terrible experience and felt like my packages were being taken hostages. And I haven't even seen the real shipping once they repackage my items, it was already over 50$ for a 3 DVD, one CD and 3 VHS tapes before the repackaging step, we will see what it end up once their worker are done with them.

While I understand that challenges may arise in the logistics industry, my experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Before the item was shipped to Jamaica, I had requested a return to Amazon due to the realization that the product was restricted in my country. Despite following the advice of a MyUS.com representative and supplying the necessary Amazon return information, the item was dispatched anyway, causing significant problems upon its arrival in Jamaica. Upon reaching Ajas Cargo in Montego Bay on December 6, 2023, I faced a series of difficulties during the importation and clearance process. Despite presenting all required documentation, including an approval import permit letter, passport copy, Amazon receipt, and TRN, the release of the item was hindered by a lack of internal communication from the Ministry of National Security, a crucial step in their process. The item is now locked in an internal process and i will never get to clear it because if i do it will cost 4 times the amount of the item price. The ensuing delays, coupled with unhelpful responses and the imposition of additional fees for import tax, have left me deeply dissatisfied. Moreover, the unprofessional conduct displayed by the staff during this process, particularly in the absence of clear communication regarding the internal procedures, has only added to my frustration. I believe in providing feedback to improve services, and I hope that my experience will contribute to addressing any existing shortcomings within MyUS.com. I trust that your team will thoroughly investigate this matter and take steps to ensure a more efficient and transparent process for future shipments. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I sincerely hope that this feedback prompts positive changes within MyUS.com's services.

I signed up for the 1 month free trial by clicking on the free trial button but they charged me $10 immediately. When I contacted them, they told me it was not the monthly fee but the set up fee. It is a SCAM.
