I shipped more than $300 USD worth of items from Amazon to MyUS in Sarasota, the way I usually do. This time, everything went missing. I gave MyUS representatives tracking IDs, Order IDs, and everything they asked for. They told me they never received any packages. I talked with Amazon representatives. They took the order IDs and confirmed that the packages were delivered, in some cases signed for by "Bell", and in other cases signed for by a receptionist. Amazon credited $72.00 USD to my account anyway, but they told me the remaining packages were signed for by someone in the MyUS office (the receptionist), so I will have to take it up with MyUS. At the moment, I'm at loss for more than $200; possibly more when remaining packages on the way suffer the same fate. I am offering only testimony. I would advise anyone to make his or her decision as to what shipper to use; however, there are quite a few very good ones, and I'm trying anyone but MyUS from this point onward.

If I could give it zero stars I would. In my little experience, they more than doubled my item's value, despite having the actual receipt they ask for, causing the customs fee to increase dramatically, labeled and overcharged for shipping by considering it "dangerous" (they assumed it had a battery, instead of asking), and it wasn't. they then shipped again for the same "dangerous" fee, and won't renege on it. Also, they have the ability to automatically charge your account without your authorisation. Never using them again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service! While helping me locate two very expensive packages that just DISAPPEARED from my orders, i was told I only have 2 minutes to locate my tracking number before the chat was cancelled. The order were old so I needed to sift through quite a bit of emails. They cancelled the chat even after I explained this and I am now completely unable to get through to their customers support through email, chat, and Whatsapp as they are ignoring me. AVOID!!!

They are terrible: see below for my horrid experience: I am writing back because I just spoke to Devin at UPS after spending a ton of time on the phone and online getting passed off to different departments trying to figure out how my package can be recovered. Devin stated that he emailed you TODAY for instructions on next steps and that the package CAN BE RETRIEVED but only at the shippers instruction (that would be YOU at MYUS). This directly conflicts with your last email where you state that regrettably, the shipment CANNOT be recovered. Devin in the ICA shipments department is awaiting your reply so that my package can indeed be recovered. I want to summarize my experience with this shipment in case it is challenging to review in your ticketing system: 7/15 - I receive communication from UPS in Mexico stating that no more than 10 items can be shipped through customs and that I can return to sender or provide an import license. Your website indicates nowhere that there is a limit of 10 items, nor have I run into this issue in the past. I subsequently reach out to MyUS customer support, sending you a copy of the email from UPS in Mexico and summarize it in English for you. I ask if you can reach out to UPS and help coordinate a return to sender so that we can split the package up if you cannot otherwise get UPS to assist with getting the items through customs. You indicate that you will reach out to UPS on my behalf on 7/16. When I hear nothing back by 7/20, I reach back out to MyUS customer support and ask for an update. 7/21 - I receive an email from you stating that UPS has informed you that I need to send copies of the merchant receipts. I send in the merchant receipts to UPS but reply back to you that the initial communication from UPS didn't seem to be looking for merchant receipts - they want an importer license or to return to sender - and I also inform you that UPS is not responding to me. I ask you to contact UPS to see if we can get this resolved. 7/24 - I reach back out to you again and ask for you to help facilitate this delivery in some form or fashion. 7/26 - You finally respond and tell me that you've already communicated that I need to send UPS the merchant invoices which I already stated I did. You also state that if I've done so, customs should clear my package in a few days. I reiterate that UPS is not responding to me. I ask you to reach back out to your contacts at UPS for support. 7/30 - You inform me via email that UPS has tried to deliver multiple times and send me a link to the tracking which you clearly haven't looked at yourself because the package is still sitting in some random town I've never heard of in Mexico and it clearly says they're holding it until further instruction. I send you screenshots of all of this and you tell me that I need to contact UPS directly. 7/30 - I try to contact UPS Mexico agent who has my package directly again and ask that they just return the package to sender. No response. 7/30 - I have given up on MyUS for any help at this point. I call the UPS International customer service line and ask for help returning the package to sender. They inform me that ONLY the shipper, MyUS can request a return to sender. I follow up with an email to MyUS, provide the number I called and let you know that only the sender can request a return to sender and ask that you instruct them to return to sender. 8/3 - I've heard nothing from you but can see the package was sent to Kansas City so I contact you and ask for assistance once again. You reply and say that I should have given them an importer license (see history above, this is the first time that I am hearing this from YOU. I told you in the initial email to support that it seemed this is what they want or I can return to sender which you did not help me facilitate). I ask if you can help me retrieve the package that UPS has categorized as abandoned and you tell me that it cannot be retrieved. 8/3 - I find the inability to retrieve a package I have sent unbelievable since it is back in the United States so I call UPS and eventually am routed to the correct department and guess what! The UPS agent I spoke to, Devin, states that he is awaiting instruction from you on next steps. The package CAN be retrieved but only the sender, MyUS, can request retrieval. I cannot request retrieval as the receiver. Your entire business model is based on helping customers with international shipments but this has been a failure at every turn. I actually do expect some support on this given that MyUS is the only one who could have EVER requested a return to sender and you are the only one who can request the abandonment retrieval. We never should have reached this point but you didn't look at the details or even attempt to make this right when I first contacted you. I've been given bad information by MyUS on this transaction and I have no control in this situation - which as a shipping intermediary you should have known.

Hello all Myus charged me 590$ instead of 219$ As promised in their shipping cost, beware of countless hidden charges and your preferences to be ignored. Never again!

An awful company. Customer service agents are rude and incompetent. They have incorrect data on their website regarding restricted items and are rediculously slow to do anything. I've been waiting 2 months to send a package from UK to Qatar. It was attempted once already but returned to sender due to MyUS incompetence. Seriously, don't even consider using these morons, there are way better companies out there.

They will find any opportunity to charge you and don't make it immediately clear that after the first 30 days they charge $1 a day for every item in your suite. They also ship out some of your items without your express permission and will charge you one last time for every item before doing so. Wouldn't recommend at all

A customer for a long time,but know its finish.very bad custom support they take money for delivery and you have to wait 3 to 4 days till they send it.customer care is very rude. I dont want to recommend them any more.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Months ago i ordered some cosmetics from the US and this company tried to make me pay additional (NOT PREVIOUSLY SPECIFIED) fees of about $100 in total. The most frustrating thing is that they cloned my card and kept deducting money from it, so the only thing to do was call the bank and cancel the card. They repeatedly emailed me insisting on paying the additional fees, but I solved it by simply blocking them.

Fraud!, they stole money from my account without my permission, I have just reported it to my bank, do not ever give them your credit card details under any circumstance!!!

they lost a package of mine after a few days of requesting to ship it out, while I'm forced to wait for a week for them to find it, they lose my other package and cancel my shipping request, and they have already collected shipping fees about two weeks ago. I was also forced to go with only one option, shipping out the first package then shipping the second one when they find it, but ended up losing both packages, and losing the shipping fees I paid. worst customer ever. poor service and delays/hidden fees are always happening.

This service is indeed a fraud. Just as I was done with one hidden cost. Another one comes in at the carrier they use as soon as it lands in my country. When contacted, my very helpful support agent Lora confirms that, indeed, they are committing to their marketing fraud on no hidden costs. It is a tax free item and their carrier charge me for the same amount of hidden fees as it took to ship it. Literally doubling the shipping cost. Do not be deceived by the low cost in their webpage. It means no hidden cost on our side, but our carrier will charge you for the amount you are owed after using our service. Now I am expecting 2 times the shipping cost for all the other items I have send through them. Should not have used this service .

I ordered a CPU and 2 cloth items from Amazon to be shipped to me in Costa Rica. They changed my order to 2 cheap dresses that I never ordered. Now refusing to answer my emails. It will be a miracle if my items reach me.

I can`t believe the state of Florida allows such business to operate in its state. I think I`m going to file something legal with them like a class action suit for how they mislead people. Where do I begin with their shadey practices. So I sign up and have a parcel delivered to them. After giving me inflated shipping like 3X normal shipping cost to deliver it to my residence the package gets lost and they can offer no reasons or excuses. Been an ongoing battle ever since. So I went to visit their Facebook site and their facility is full to the roof with unclaimed merchandise. Now I understand how their scam works. You end up not seeing your package and they keep to resale it as a "surprise box" Wow this company is pure evil. How do people that work there sleep at night. do they have a conscience? Hope the have an answer to their God for their actions..he sees everthing.

What a joke and total SCAM this company is. I would give them no stars if i could. I had a small shipment of 1.3 lbs worth 28$US sent to them from Walmart and they charged me over 60$ to handle and process it. So i paid amount and 4 months later I have still to receive this shipment. The other day they contact me and say the item is in my suite and ready for delivery but will need to repay to have it shipped to Canada. WTH...is this a joke. I choose to abandon the packed to not have to pay anything more to these scammers. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and avoid signing up for this garbage service. Other were right when they said it was a scam...I should have listened to them.

I am from Indonesia. This is the my worst experience of US Shipment. Myus charge me with way too much higher import tax than they supposed to. I have given them the official document of my real import tax from my country (only USD 12), and challenge them to provide me their details for charging me USD 81.55. Their answer is really irrelevant and certainly they are not able to provide the detail. Really disappointing!!! Their support service is so poor, looks like they don't really read your email, they don't face your concerns, just bypass them. They refused to show me the proof and the breakdown of the import duty tax. NOt recommended. Thanks to reviews.io to give me a chance to let other people know. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! ALOT OF HIDDEN FEES, VERY TRUE!!! Indonesia Translation : Saya sudah sering membeli barang dari USA untuk kirim ke Indonesia. Ini bener2 pengalaman yg paling buruk dengan Myus. Jadi seharusnya charge kita itu kan A= (harga barang + shipping cost) *7.5% B= A* 10% Total Tax ke Indonesia = A+B.. dan di kasus saya itu hanya USD 12 (IDR 181.000), untuk tau cek ke dokumen SPPBMCP (Surat Penetapan Pembayaran Bea Masuk, Cukai Dan/Atau Pajak). Tapi di charge oleh MyUs USD 81.55. Saya minta kejelasan detail dari breakdown cost ini yg mereka namakan sebagai "import cost", tapi mereka tidak bisa memberikan dan akhirnya saya desak mereka berkilah "we do not have an access for such information. Nevertheless, your duties and taxes may or may not include other fees such as carrier export fees or other fees required upon your package's arrival" apa coba cost kok bisa may or may not, di challenge costnya apa? mereka ga bilang. jangan pernah transaksi sama dia, karena dia open kartu kredit kita.. jadi sekali mereka bisa banget ngecharge tanpa sepengtahuan kita. dan we are left with no choice, tau2 uda dicharge. hati2 jangan transaksi sama mereka.

* WARNING! DO NOT USE THEM * The other reviews were right. there are A LOT OF HIDDEN FEES and it is NOT FREE UNLIMITED CONSOLIDATION. It claimed to be free unlimited consolidation and that's the reason I chose to use them BUT NO! LIES! I'M TELLING YOU THEY CHARGE A LOT FO HIDDEN FEE ON THIS AND NOT UNLIMITED! 1. Hidden fee - Item Processing Fee which they never mentioned on the either FAQ page or Shipping calculator page. Claimed it FREE package consolidation but in fact they are charging Item Processing Fee. THEY ADMITTED THEY NEVER MENTIONED THIS ON THEIR WEBSITE! but they refused to deduct them! 2. NOT UNLIMITED CONSOLIDATION! there's max 50 pieces of package consolidation as it claimed to be free unlimited on their website. I knew I had a lot of packages since day 1, so I did went through their website to look for all the information and fees and also contacted their customer service asked about consolidation before I used their company. No information or anyone mentioned there would be an Item Processing Fee or 50 max pieces UNTIL I WAS ON THE "CREATE SHIPMENT" PAGE WHICH IS A PAGE I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO UNTIL I SHIPPED MY PACKAGES TO THEIR WAREHOUSE. (UNTIL YOU FELL INTO THEIR TRAP AND GOT NO OTHER CHOICE) THIS IS TOTALLY A SCAM! Just realized many people complained talked about the hidden fees and no unlimited consolation on Trustpilot! I wish I read the reviews earlier before I fell into their trap!

Actually I am impressed with how they served me as a new member. So far, my experience with MYus is beyond my expectation. 1. The customer service is top notch! They handled me really well and I never been waiting for more than a minute to be served. 2. When I decided to bought my Backpack from thenorthface.com, I found that I didn't have to pay the tax. Turns out, it was caused by my tax-free address given by MYus (this was actually reduced my expense around $16). 3. TruePrice feature, I love it. It allows me to know my shipping cost in advance. Compare to other agents, their "Budget Economy" option is the cheapest I found. 4. Long story short, I got a promotional email that says will cut off my first ever shipping cost by 20%-30%. However, by the time I found this email, I was already signed up directly to their website so it wasn't applied to my account. Then I talked to Mr. Roderick (customer service), he decided to escalate my story to his higher management, so hopefully my request will be granted in the near future. Actually I'm still okay with my current shipping price ($37), but I what care is their willingness to give me the best price available. I can imagine if the promotion is applied to my account then it's even cost me cheaper, again it's saved me another $6. So as you guys already know, the less you pay for the product and shipping cost, the less duties & taxes you need to pay. With my calculation, I could save up to $60. With that amount of money, I can feed a full McDonald meal for 12 persons in my country (Indonesia) during this Ramadhan. Overall, MyUS as a company, is truly inspiring me to do better to my own company. This company has different level of service! I love it!
