My first time using MyUS, and definitely my last. Appalled, disgusted and completely distressed. I had not realised I had had an old address (in another country) on the account, and because it was my first time using MyUS had not realised I had to change the address BEFORE the parcel reached the facility. As it was, I received notification of receipt of the parcel, logged on and discovered to my horror I could not change anything. Got in touch with customer service to request a re-route. Was told the shipping department had been contacted and a re-route may not be possible, and to sit back and wait. So far, so reasonable. 30 minutes later a charge came through on my credit card for more than double the amount I was expecting, and that the parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. Got in touch again. Was pointed to small print - I had agreed to no refunds, I needed to uncheck some option to access the cheapest options (I had not been given any option to choose the shipping providers at any point - these were selected for me even though my account said "cheapest shipping option"). Asked to cancel the transaction and have parcel returned for a reasonable fee - nope not possible. Said I should have picked a paid membership - yes I would do that before I'd even tried using the service even once. Told my case was escalated to management and to wait. So I did. Another 40 minutes later yet another email streamed in proudly declaring my airway bill number confirming my parcel was going to the black hole that was the old address. It was as if they were taunting me and that everything I had said before was completely ignored and that they were intent on piling on the distress this evening. Was also idiot-shamed by EVERY representative in the process for entering the wrong address, for not knowing that I needed to uncheck options, for not going with a paid membership, etc. etc., and at no point given any advice as to pitfalls to look out for, considering they already knew I was a first time user and had been a bit of an idiot already with the shipping address, so clearly not au fait with the entire MyUS process. I'd naively assumed I would log in and select shipping options and make payment, as I had with other civilised parcel forwarding providers. I hadn't realised they'd stored my credit card details (I'd set up the account a long time ago and forgotten about it) so that they could charge as much as they wanted without giving me any option to reject the charges at any point without any accountability. Considering also they'd been hacked earlier this year, and yet insist on having your card details on file, I suggest avoiding them like the plague. Not worth the grief and the risk. To say I have been completely let down is an understatement. I was ordering supplements and this would have been a long-term commitment, and would have continued to use MyUS had the process been pain-free as it had been with other service providers before I moved back to the UK. But never again. Plenty of other service providers out there - please save yourselves the grief and being kicked in the teeth by rude, wholly impotent representatives while being robbed blind in the process. I would give no/negative stars if I could, but such is life. Take your ill-gotten gains MyUS. I hope you're proud of yourselves. P/S Having read the reviews on this site it seems my experience is hardly isolated, which makes me feel a lot better knowing that I'm not alone. As someone said their process is designed to be efficient for them and not the customer, with no clear advice for first time users, and another comment that they make you to sign a blank cheque by forcing you to store credit card details with them (and then get hacked in March 2022) so that they can charge whatever they like without accountability. They should not be in business. Revolting, and it seems like the representatives know it because they disconnected the chats with me quickly each time after insulting me and providing zero help. Wish I'd read all these reviews before I went with them.

[Last update comment 10-May-2022] Hello great peoples After all problems has been wrote in 02-May-2022 about change services MyUS to so so bad after Cyber attacks in Mar-2022 "by their said", many stupid employees end conversation by WhatsApp while I talking "many times", late shipping one month and two months and they try many times removed wood parfum cost about 700$ including parfums wood&oil, and chocolate from Hu company "not yet try it", water from Waiakea, Sparkling water from Spindrift, Notebook from LeStallion and I sent to this great companies "I try find great shipping company of USA for I'll buy it from you again" Now, after my comment 02-May-2022 MyUS bring another problems to me, I cannot shipping must I pay 36$ balance due!, and they say "There're shipments must pay because up 60 $ "SO THAT, WHY WITHDRAW 436.33 $ FROM MY MASTERCARD COST UP PRICE CHOOSE SHIPPING BY YOU (MYUS) WITHOUT INFORMING ME?!, WHY NOT BRING TAX EVERYDAY LATE IF UP 60 DAYS INSTEAD WITHDRAW 436.33$?!" I have rest 10 shipments then still 60 days not shipping and MyUS take 1636.61 SR = 436.33$ from my card without informing me!, this not surprise this after late two shipments up month and two months!, also I sent to (up) administrations (managers) of sections of MyUS not answered me after explaining their bad services for me! It is axiomatic the employees of MyUS as them. Also before MyUS there's the worse shipping company of the world is Aramex of riyadh city and uk its so bad try cancel shipment half ton. I told them I complete pay they told me you cannot, then they sent email in late time for not focus at this email say "if you not complete payment we'll destroy the shipment!, I called them not answer and if answer end calling while I talking! They are scam. Once you set account with them. They automatic enable setting for you to pay. Auto declare, auto use expensive service, auto to ask pay wrong tax. processor is less than 100g (minimum size is 1lb) Bought 3x $50 => $150. They declare themselves to be $300 and use the most expensive shipment option. Beware if you use their services. Delete immediately.

(German customer) I just signed up and used the service. Was shopping on 2 online shops and uploaded the invoice to MyUS. As soon as the first packages arrived at MyUS they automatically shipped it (for a disgusting amount of money) to my home address. Not only they a saying on their website they bundle all packages and ship it all together so save money. No, they are crazy enough to ship every single package for abnormal costs. If I had ordered everywhere I wanted I’ve had more than 5 packages. No joke, it would be cheaper to travel to the US and pick up my stuff by myself, having a little holiday too. Just unbelievable!!! They now offer customer service on WhatsApp. On WhatsApp they have set up an auto responder saying someone will email me. Fail. This company is just a big fraud and a big fail.

Was OK for a few years but gone downhill. Myus have removed the option to call a person. You can only email or text message in what's app with a response delay of around 12hrs. They lost, found, sent and returned my package 3 times to my inbox suite. It now appears after the 4th, and what I thought was successful shipment, only HALF of the goods turned up. Very very frustrating to deal with and COSTLY. They consolidate packages poorly, at one point refusing to add a microchip to my combined shipment already totalling over $100usd for postage. I had to pay an additional $35USD to ship it.

I have lost $367 because they have mistakenly shipped my package to another address and everytime when I ask them about it I get the same response “Procrastination”. I have the chat on whatsapp. I ended up canceling my account with zero refund and responsibility. Folks, my only message is to Stay away from this gang of fraudsters And do not believe most of the fake positive reviews

Unreliable service. Stealing packages and won't even try to look for missing items from their warehouse. Removed the item from inventory but they forgot to delete the photo of the item. Previously tried to steal a GPU saying it was misplaced right when i placed a shipping order.

I understand the charges when it comes to heavier objects but I had a letter sent there by mistake and they charged me over $20 just to send it to me. This is ridiculous. USPS can send the same item to me for an incredibly cheaper and proper price. Never using again. Just send it to a friend in the state and have them send it here.

MyUS.com WILL NOT SHIP to Hawaii(and many other states/territories). Prior to sending package to MyUS.com, their website's "shipping calculator" gives multiple options to ship t to any U.S. State or territory but after MyUS.com receives your package, they email you stating they will not ship to Hawaii, etc... Buyer Beware!

A couple of years ago they were OK. Now they are just incompetent, dishonourable, creepy, repeating the same blather again and again but disabling a client's ability to CANCEL. You just go in an error loop ad infinitum. Hate this company and I never write bad reviews, but they take the cake. I can't cancel? YOU guys can't cancel my account? What the heck kind of outfit is myUS anyway?

RE: 7934-440 I’ve only used MyUS twice and to say I’m disgusted by the company would be the understatement of the century. I don’t know if this company ever knew anything about decency and integrity, but my experience says otherwise. So here is why I’m here to warn you to stay well clear of MyUS. On February 2, I placed an order with UK retailer, Sports Direct. On February 12, MyUS charged me $113.64 for the shipping. I understood this to be for the invoice totalling 191.48GBP - because that’s how it worked with my first order. Additionally, I was paying a monthly subscription of $9.99. As per MyUS stipulations, I uploaded the merchant invoice to indicate ALL the items ordered in the one consignment and the overall value of the order, in part to determine charges and also package all the items so they are sent out together. That way, the shipping would be charged as ONE fee. On the invoice I uploaded, it clearly stated: “Jacinda White - valued at 15-GBP - This product is delivered by Regatta and it will be sent separately from other items in your order.” To my horror, On March 7, MyUS debited a further $258.12 from my Paypal account - claiming it was for a second order, from a different company valued at 130GBP and weighing 4.4kg. Attempts to seek an explanation from MANY MyUS agents as to what the was charge for got me nowhere. I tried to explain there’s ONLY ONE order, for them to check against the items listed on my uploaded invoice to ascertain they were in essence charging me twice for the same order. What’s most baffling, as I was later to confirm on receipt of the second parcel, is that MyUS put down the weight as 4 times the original one, and I was being charged $258.12 for ONE item valued at 15-GBP, which they valued at 130-GBP! All my explanations fell on deaf ears, with ALL MyUS agents fobbing me off until ultimately, they closed the query without actually resolving it. I asked MyUS to send me copies of the two invoices showing these were two separate orders, which would put the matter to bed, but that never happened. I didn’t get a response and instead, they closed down the query as resolved. I explained Regatta and SportsDirect were one entity, but I was ignored. On March 18th, I took receipt of the order and just as I suspected, the two tracking numbers i.e 4246929175 and 1304776933 are ONE and the same order. As DHL Botswana and the local customs authorities wanted to charge me twice for the two orders to get them custom cleared, I explained what had happed with MyUS and pleaded with them to open the two packages and compare them against the invoice. And indeed, they confirmed they were the same order sent out separately! MyUS broke its customer pledge. The idea is for customers to send their merchant invoice after placing an order and request that it be sent. Once MyUS has received ALL the items listed on the invoice, it is then supposed to send them out as a single package. For reasons known only to themselves, MyUS decided to split the order, and then not only charge me twice for the same order, but also to almost triple the second charge ($258.12 - tracking number 1304776933) - for which I’m to believe it’s for this one flimsy item (a short sleeved blouse) they claim weighs 4.4kg. From the countless customer complaints on the internet, I’ve since learnt that MyUS does this ROUTINELY. I even observed many similar complaints to mine! They need to be stopped. It’s my belief that MyUS did this deliberately to milk more money out of me and other unsuspecting customers who desperately need their service. This order has been a very exhausting process of back and forth due to MyUS’ blatant greed, jaw dropping stupidity or BOTH. As much as I’d like to shopping abroad using MyUS and other parcel forwarding companies, I have resolved NEVER to go there again. And YOU would do well to do the same if you want to keep your hard earned money!

Parcel arrived open, clearly had been repacked, and damaged. The original shipper provided photos of their parcel intact. I paid myus duties and taxes and they wouldn’t refund any of it. I was stuck with a damaged useless thing I couldn’t return.

If I could give it negative star I would - terrible service, and while they were hacked, they could at least answer their emails and whatsapps in a timely manner and not copy the same response to every question - even if the question is total gibberish. They are total amateurs - I would no longer risk my goods or my money with these guys especially after how they have handled being hacked. Totally incompetent - run the other way.

They are fraud. They ship your package with more expensive shipping service without your consent saying they can not hold your package and wait for your consent on shipping option and costs. REGRET!!!! REGRET!!!! REGRET!!!!

there are a lot of pitfalls. if i knew this at the beginning, i wouldn't register at all. 1. The basic free membership your packages is shipped out automatically. you have no control on carrier, cost, time, etc. the shipping cost is debited from your paypal or credit card agreement. 2. If Pay Duties & Taxes Now option is selected, the only carrier option is the expensive Fedex priority. in my case, $38 to canada. 3. Package consolidation only works for expensive carriers, which defeats the idea of cost saving, regardless of premium or business account. Paying $10/mth membership does not save you any but just puts your incoming package on hold and let u ship when you're ready. For economy carrier option, in my case, $16 to Canada. but they say: Consolidation not available Package Count Limit: 1 i thought Package Count Limit refers to the shipment package so didn't pay attention to. Actually this means the incoming package arrived at their warehouse. If you want to combine two incoming packages, you have to choose expensive carriers. In my case, I placed a single product order of $40 from Walmart.com but Walmart shipped the order in there packages. I ended up paying $38 for the 1st automatically shipped out package because I chose the basic membership, and had Pay Duty Now option on. Then I switched to Premium membership to enable consolidation, but turned out the min charge is $38 again, thus I had to pay $16 for the 2nd package, and discarded the 3rd package since its value is much less than another $16. It was an awful experience!

LOST PACKAGE POOR SERVICE MYUS charged me most expensive shippping fee then use cheapest shipping FEDEX CROSS BORDER(P2P MAIL) after 70 days my package was lost in Nertheland it should ship to china MYUS helped nothing and no refund!

Using the shipping calculator my 1.3 lbs item was estimated to be 26 USD. In the end it was 38USD with additional fees which totalled 60 USD. I asked customer service for help but they refered me to the fine print. Terrible service. Avoid like the plague

Avoid! Signed up with the service in 2019 and cancelled subscription by email a month later. Discovered in 2022 that they were still taking payments and that they had taken over $200 dollars. Despite not having used the service in the 2.5 year period they refused to offer any kind of refund. Not a nice way to do business.
