This company's business method is a SCAM. You are prompted to add a payment method when you sign up, that way they can automatically charge you later on with their extortionate fees, they advertise you have full control over your shipment products so you don't think anything of it, but that is FALSE. You have NO control over your shipments once their website says processing, nowhere does it say what options you would like, you can't even cancel. I expected my shipping options to come through soon for my approval. What I got was an automated shipping and billing notice that they had already billed me!!! their charges are EXTORTIONATE, and you don't find out until you've already paid them! They DON'T request your approval, they bill you straight away without you approving the costs. I reached out to their customer service who refused to offer any resolution. I asked them to cancel processing my orders, I would rather have them throw away my items than charge me their ridiculous fees!!! Even if you cancel your automatic payments to them with Paypal, they can still keep AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING you, again with no control from me whatsoever even after cancelling my Paypal payments with them. So many UNAPPROVED charges, HIDDEN COSTS, billing WITHOUT your knowledge or approval. Customer service not willing to offer any solution. This is UNETHICAL and is a SCAM. Take it up with your credit card company or Paypal.

I give up on these guys. There's more competition now, there are much better people to work with. I used them having no other option for a few years, but I'm over their theft. They add weight to parcels over and over again, and inflate the value. 5 and 7 lb packages that should have cost $30-45 often get charged at $70-80. Customer service brushes you off and acts like you're an idiot, then requires you to PAY for an inspection if you say something is wrong. Doesn't matter if you have proof from the original shipper. I'm just exhausted by their lies. Look at one of the newer competitors if you have time to do some research. These guys are not worth the stress.

Terrible shipping and costumer service MyUS presented me with different prices based on the delivery time. I've chosen an expensive one to have my items delivered fast (within 2 to 5 days) but it took 11 (!!!) days. This is inadmissible. This delivery shipment time corresponds to those of SMSA, which costs 30$ less. I requested the reimbursement of 30$ to MyUS, but was always refused with the excuse that their are not responsible for the delivery delays. How can that be?! It was MyUS who sold me the shipping service so it is MyUS who is accountable to me. I feel and was stolen by MyUS.

The worst customer service. I often lose my package. Not shipped on schedule. Returned from the delivery company due to a procedure error. Even if you contact customer service, you will be told a lie. Packing is miscellaneous.

Watch out! This company will charge you blind! They quote you and then you give your card details... then they end up charging almost double on your card. Apparently had to ship certain items separately. Without asking me. Sent a $12 item for an extra $108. Who would be that crazy!? Customer service refused to help. Have been doing business with them for years. Closed my account now.

Do not use this company for anything apart from the very mundane items. I wanted them to ship some plastic /resin hand grips. They decided ,against all the details from the manufacturer that they were animal /plant material. Theysuggested destroying $300of items or send back to supplier. It cost me $52 to ship back to supplier /manufacturer, when it cost $8 for supplier to ship to myus. Do not use these people. They draw $7 per month as a holding fee out of my account but can't forward my totally legal items to me in Australia. On top of their totally wrong assessment, it has cost me $60 for my items to get back where they started.

Fraudulent company. Issued me both a Canadian zip code and phone number that were totally fake. You can't call anyone to help you - only chat - where the so called "support team" will give you one million reasons (except the correct one) why you are having problems. Mine was: Ralph Lauren doesn't ship to the US! That is when I knew for sure something was definitely sketchy with this company. Thank heavens I dug a little deeper before placing an order. I would have added the customer service chats, but they delete them so you can take their surveys. Buyer, BEWARE!!!

In my first (and last) shipping request I chose Fedex Econ and it was written that it will take from (2-5 business days) but when I contacted Fedex they told me that Fedex Econ takes from (8 - 12 business days) and indeed from the request day to the receiving days it took more than 15 days this is false advertising for a service that costs $100 + subscription fees. Further, the time required to prepare a shipment to be sent is much more than the time was required when I used other similar services to ship from US to Saudi Arabia. Although, other services did not ask for subscription! Further, since MyUS rely on weight to determine the size, they claim that my shipment is 13.8 lb and I was charged based on that, then Fedex stated that the shipment is 13.3 lb! At the end, the claims of MyUS are mostly not correct from my experience that's why I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This site is a complete SCAM. If you are a Canadian, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! The information that MyUS provides on their home page is not how it operates. I was suspicious of the company/site from the onset; however, they were referred to me from what I had assumed was a reputable merchant. My suspicions were eventually confirmed. Their subscription process is extremely conniving and deceiving. MyUS do not adhere to any of the processes that they indicate when you originally set up an account. They do not provide quotes for various shipping options, nor do they provide an opportunity to chose which shipping option you would prefer. Even after providing timely and clear instructions MyUS will completely ignore those instructions and carry out actions that you have never chosen, agreed to, approved nor authorized. It is extremely difficult to contact them, and they are very tardy at responding. Extremely critical information regarding the shipment is not provided until after it is shipped. As well, their prices are beyond exorbitant. I currently do not know the whereabouts of the item I was trying to ship; due to the unrealistic prices to ship the item of the US, I requested the item be returned to the merchant. This was done before they item left their facility. MyUS now has the audacity to expect me to pay both the original shipping costs of the item to Canada as well as the cost of shipping the item back to the merchant. The total of these two are almost $900 Canadian for an item that was just over $200 US to purchase. I cannot believe anyone would feel it acceptable to expend such costs for shipping, four times the price of the original item, particularly without ensuring concurrence first. As they are supposedly shipping experts, My US should understand this better than anyone. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated and feel totally taken advantage of.

After ordering and paying for products from Amazon, not only did my packages go missing, the company promised me a refund within ten days. However, after waiting over two months and communicating with numerous consultants from myus.com, I haven't received any refund or products, so proceed carefully.

Don't use MYUS.COM, they're scammer because FedEx, UPS and DHL hold our at least 20 packages because they said it's Froud activity because MYUS.COM using someone account to ship which is Froud. MYUS.COM collect peoples shipping account which is stealing peoples shipping account and collecting money for shipping. They don't have any customers service at all. be care full with MYUS.COM

I'm incredibly disappointed at the service l have received, not only have l not received what l ordered, according to the customer service, the order somehow disappeared. Been waiting for a refund for over a month now and communicating with Matthew, and he returns with excuse after excuse on why l haven't received the refund as yet. Save yourself the stress, and buy products directly from places like Amazon, instead of using myus.com

I am really disappointed with their service. I have a package that has arrived in MySuite 5 days ago and it was not processed so far. On their website it says to give UP to 48 hours to process the item, their costumer service told me that it can take UP to 72 hours, and now I tried to get in touch with them but no answer. Poor service, lots of lies, really disappointing and not recommending. Thanks

THE WORST FORWARDER EVER!!! This is my first time using myus.com and I regret it! I wanted to ship my order from the warehouse in Sarasota to Indonesia, but after seeing the ridiculously expensive tax and custom fee, I decided to send it to Singapore instead. So I put my credit card in the payment setting, and they told me that they charged a SMALL AMOUNT of money just to verify my credit card! So horrible! And the amount was not small, it was USD 5,5!!! This is robbery! Never ever use this forwarder, there are too many unseen fee you must pay.

You DO NOT save extra money. I paid for the shipping and the customs fees upfront. After it arrived in my country, the website says they were delivering my package that day. Pure lies. A courier came to my house to tell me I had to sign more papers and gave me a letter with a list of things I had to bring such as my passport, the WAYBILL, and other things. So, I am not getting any delivery today. Tomorrow I have to figure out where to go because the letter mentions at least two different places with no clear instructions. I guess I will start at the FEDEX building that is 30 minutes away. On top of these problems, there seems to be another bill attached to the documents that the courier gave me. I hope they do not expect me to pay this bill as well. This is not a dedicated shipping company. All they do is repack and ship your things through an established company. They are like the middle-men and chances are, you will pay more and be more inconvenienced in the long run. Find a company that does their own shipping and will deliver directly to your house without you having to run around town to find your packages.

Total scam! Have shipped from amazon USA to my address in France. Got an estimation of 230$ ended up being charged 570$!! The explanations where in the small words and in pages you usually do not go to after you get your estimate. This company cannot be trusted at all and is not fulfilling your requests: my package was sent by the most pricy courier while I asked for the most economical method, you do not know how much you are suppose to pay until it is too late and the parcel is on its way. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Horrible company, bad customer service and complete scammers. I tried them for the first time and with regret. They estimated a shipping cost of 38$ which i accepted, but when it came to it they charged me 148$, the whole package is not even worth that much! They wouldn't help after i complained and had i known their real rates i would not even have ordered the package. Avoid using them
