“My counselor was really thorough and precise with what I needed to work on and how close my goals were to owning a home. She made me feel like this would be possible even during the intake session when my hope started dwelling. I know I can get there and with the help of her I can’t wait to see what the next year and steps/session holds in my favor.”

“I started the NACA's process in August 2023. It's been slow going because of me. Once I had my initial meeting with my NACA counselor it's been moving pretty fast. My counselor is excellent. He's supportive and he pushes me to complete my action items.”
“My experience with NACA has been nothing but exceptional. My advisor has been walking me through the process with ease. it just feel good to have someone knowledgeable.”
“I’ve been going through the process with Naca for a little over two months. Throughout that time, my advisor has been informative, never canceled an appointment, and has coached me on financial management. If you are looking for a mortgage loan, but you are struggling with financial literacy, independence, this company will get you on the right path to becoming a homeowner. - Thank you, Katya for all of your support during this process.”
“Going through NACA has been a positive experience so far. The staff is very professional and helpful. While the process is tedious, the resources provided make it worth it.”
“I went to the convention in Laurinburg NC a few weeks ago, if you can go to an event please Go. The staff is professional, and very helpful. If you have a naca account/ID explore their website, great info there and the process will be even smoother for you, Best Wishes For All!!!!”
“My experience with NACA has been long but worth it. I hope to close on a house by Christmas. It’s very important to submit (upload all documents) in doing so this helps with the process prior to meeting with a counselor.”
“The NACA program is facilitating my journey towards becoming a first-time homeowner. It is a realization of a long-cherished aspiration. My knowledge base is expanding with each passing day. Appointments are conducted punctually and in an organized manner. The counselors demonstrate a high level of expertise and are committed to providing assistance.”
“El programa NACA es excelente en la ayuda de poder comprar tu casa, tienen un buen equipo de personas siempre de servicio al cliente, que son bien amables y profecionale, siempre han respondido todas mis preguntas, mi consejero el Sr. Antonio Coronado es excelente, ha trabajado mi caso con mucha amabilidad, responsabilidad y profecionalismo. Gracias”
“Naca has been a great experience I was very skeptical at first but my counselors have been great with helping me gain the knowledge I need it is a commitment and I don’t think i would have made it this far on my own I’m excited to close on my new home soon if you are in doubt go this route”
“As a realtor, this was the worst experience I’ve had in my career. NACA was consistently unprofessional and non-communicative throughout the transaction. Their response to every status request and question was "we have our process," while ignoring the legal and binding contract. This disregard created unnecessary stress for both buyer and seller and ultimately cost their client. While I support any program that helps buyers, I cannot support one that adds stress and disrespects the contract as much as NACA. As a top realtor, ethically obligated to act in my clients' best interests, I could ...and would... never recommend any offer involving NACA.”
“I feel like naca of Cleveland did me terribly wrong. They put me in a house that was way beyond my affordability. My first time doing this and it's like nobody had anything , right. I had nothing but a run around trying to close. The hand department was terrible. Then for a home that was never affordable they take my 1000 earnest deposit. An 700 inspection money!!! Already a voucher holder , and you're gonna take from the low income !!!! Definitely.Do your homework before you consider dealing with these people.”
“NACA is such an impactful program that can be extremely beneficial to so many people. Navigating this journey has been incredibly rewarding. My counselor Kimberly Williams outlined my action plan wonderfully, making the entire experience seamless and uncomplicated. Exploring the path to homeownership with NACA is a must for anyone aspiring to own their dream home. Just ensure your documentation is organized and your commitment unwavering! While the journey of buying a house undoubtedly entails its fair share of stress and uncertainty, the support and guidance provided by my mortgage counselor has made this journey filled with hope and certainty. As I navigate through paperwork and financial hurdles, I’m comforted by the knowledge that NACA's dedicated team is standing by my side, ready to help, support and guide. I’ve got this and so do you.”
“This is my second time going through NACA. I went through the program back in 2018 with my ex-husband but we went the conventional, no fault of NACA. I started the process again in May of 2024. Since I knew what was required I got all my documents uploaded and got a scheduled appointment with the same counselor I had previously. My appointment was scheduled for 7/18. Not only did my counselor move my appointment up but I was qualified the same day. I am attending the purchase workshop tomorrow and looking forward to my home search. NACA is a great program and I would recommend anyone looking for a home to try NACA.”
