Awful dry chicken in the children's pitta, my spicy rice salad was just horrible and my husbands chicken cheese burger was dry, no cheese tasted and revolting....non of the food was worth the money we paid.

“Just had food delivered, and the main of our child's meal was missing. After trying to get through to the 'dedicated' delivery customer service department, the phone rang unanswered for 15 minutes. Try to call the restaurant, but again nobody answered. After another 15 minutes waiting to for the customer service department, they eventually answered and all they offered was a £1.50 refund which is clearly less than the value of the missing item! This is very poor customer service and inadequate compensation for your mistake. The refund should be more online with the value of the missing item as well as your service charge, as clearly on this occasion you have provided a poor service!”

“I am a long term customer and order regularly from Nando’s located at 3000 lougheed hwy in Coquitlam.
Recently I have experienced the fries are getting smaller and the box are not as full and they don’t provide enough Nando’s sauce anymore.
Tonight I ordered the full platter and 2 other sandwich for take out, overall the order is for 5 people and they only put one Nandos sauce packet and 3 ketchup .
I have talked to the store manager about the size of the fries package and he refused to accept the fact they don’t fill up the box as before.
I am not sure how much the store is saving by reducing the size of their fries or number of the sauce packets.
Obviously this store doesn’t care about the customer and the costumer experience because they keep cutting corners and don’t care to change anything when you talk to them.”

“I recently had the pleasure of taking out dinner from Nando's and tried their signature Peri-Peri Chicken, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken was perfectly cooked—juicy, tender, and packed with that signature smoky, spicy Peri-Peri flavor. Each bite was a perfect balance of heat and zest, leaving me wanting more. The sides were equally delicious, and the overall meal was incredibly satisfying.
What made the experience even better was the friendly and efficient service from the staff. They were welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was just right. A huge thank you to the Nando's team for making it such an enjoyable visit! I’ll definitely be back!”

“Southport branch sat down 30 minutes after restaurant opening for a birthday meal, l got the order in, paid, all good. Starters arrived tepid but still ok carry on people it's a birthday meal. Starters having been started were soon followed by Beccy "The Manager” sorry but we don't have any chicken cooked, actually forget the sorry that word was never uttered. Shock horror confusion from me a chicken restaurant that’s just opened for the day and no cooked chicken.......Beccy it's going to be 30 minutes wait for chicken OR you can pick something else, apart from chicken with another starter on them. Dazzled by the offers but not in a good way I felt it was time to pack up and move on the somewhere else to have a meal without gaps of 30mins between courses + I know this place of old and a Nandos 30min is Nando Ish speak for 45mins to an hour. Now at this is the point is where Beccy really let down the company and the brand when I requested a full refund including the starters and drinks pointing out that we were only informed after the starters had landed of the delay which made the whole meal untenable for us. Sadly, in Beccy's opinion and in her mind, we had been given two really good options so now standing her ground became more important and therefore not refunding our starters and the drinks which in reality would have only cost Nandos around £6 in terms of cost of the food to them. What they did instead was dump the starters on us fully aware of the delay on the main courses in order to collect the cost of said starters as they'd already been cooked. With a total dismissal for a clearly very unhappy customer at that point Beccy left for the kitchen never to be seen again. The result as always in these types of confrontations is that the customer will vote with their feet typically our spend in Nandos per year is around £500 on birthday meals and other family occasions now we will never set foot in that restaurant chain again. Also, I will be contacting their head offices to seek a full refund and complain about my experience and finally leaving a similar reviews to this one on Tripadvisor and Google. Awful experience which could have been handled so much better by the manager and at very little cost to the restaurant itself.”
“Ordered 2 side of chicken breast $5.99 each and two sides of rice my total with tip was $37 dollars I asked why and they said oh cause you got the butterfly chicken breast which is not even on there menu and they charged me a $5.00 carry out fee! They lost me as a customer!”

And as we left and so with the other costumer on the other table since we were talking , how bad the service was, we heard them - the staff laughing. Huh! ? just wondering if it’s a Racial as we Asian and the other table was Mexican . The location was Nando’s in Downtown,Naperville, Illinois. dated ( 6/18/24) evening”
