I ordered a dress almost two months ago, havent recieved it. They took my money. Customer service is pretty bad, no one responds or there's very little help.

I would give zero stars to this if possible. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from here, I placed my order on March 18th and paid for the standard 9 day shipping, it's now April 5th and still haven't received my order. They are trying to tell me that the Easter holiday is affecting my order. There was nothing said in their return policy about having to pay for the return fee......asked to cancel my order and was told no. Horrible, horrible customer service.

A lot of their items looked fantastic on their website, but when they arrived in person, they were poorly made, had different sizing, and overall were unflattering. The clothing frequently looked nothing like their photos, and it was disappointing to get them in person. The shipping was fine, especially since it's during a pandemic, but the quality of the clothing itself was subpar.

AVOID SHOPPING HERE - ITS NOT WORTH IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The store is not aware of a sale they themselves held. I shopped during a 60% sale that was valid until 3:00 am EDT. I am within that time zone and made my payment within that timeframe. When I confirmed my purchase my total was 227 including 14.99 for expedited shipping, yet I was later charged 253 and given only 50% off WITHOUT them notifying me the total had changed. ALL stores refresh you page if the amount you are about to pay has changed. You can’t ask a customer to confirm to pay a certain amount then charge their card for more. THATS FRAUD. Customer service is so terrible compared to other stores that they refuse to recognize this and return 26 dollars - pathetic. They insist I need a screen shot/proof of this. Who takes screen shots of the total they’re about to pay when shopping? It’s absolutely ridiculous. Please take other stores customer service as example. Shopping at NastyGal is definitely not worth the headache with so many other online store options available. Do not recommend to anyone. What are the pros for shopping with this store? No free shipping no matter how much you spend and horrible customer service. Customers are mistreated, treated like liars and literally ignored. Did not expect such a bad experience and have never had an experience like this at any other store. Have never left a review but this is ridiculous so had to share. Last thing they said was they have no record of there being a 60% sale on this day so I apparently made this all up.

They DO NOT pay for custom fees There clothes are cute, but be AWARE if you are in the US, the company does not pay for custom fees. Although their website states they pay for import fees. They indicated that custom fees is an “additional al” tax and they are not responsible to pay for it. Keep in mind, the items I purchased is not worth the additional custom costs. It’s not worth it, I’ll shop at ASOS.

Horrible company.Do not buy from them! First and last time I ordered from this store. Received wrong size in mail and tried to contact them to get right size and shipping free since they messed up. Nasty Gal customer representative Umar said from their end I have ordered that size, so I copied and pasted my order and their order confirmation that state my size. Some days later they refund me my money minus shipping fee. It's their fault but I have to pay for it. Shame on you Nasty Gal!

Unable to return items that do not fit because the return site is uneffective. Will not accept any of my payemnt methos to pay for the return. Says that there is something wrong with my cards but after using 3 different payment methods i am certain that it is not a problem with my card it is a problem with their site. Will come back to change my review if they actually get back to me within 24 hours like they said they would & the issue is resolved. I still think that it is ridiculous that I cannot return items effectively on their site though. Be careful ordering from NastyGal.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered over two months ago, received an email a week after ordering that they have shipped it and “my package is on its way!’ I have not received anymore emails about it and when I click the package shipped email it still says the same thing it did two months ago, are you kidding me?! Disappointed I spent a decent amount of money on this website and will not be able to receive a refund. They are a complete scam, either you won’t receive your package or you will receive it but it will not be consistent with what you ordered! The internet really needs to filter out these “clothing websites” that are not legitimate and are just here to take your money. Disgusting.

Horrible customer service. Received a faulty item of clothing with loose, messy and incorrect stitching down the side of the pants and they told me that if I wanted to return it I would need to pay for it myself. Cheap clothing that is not as advertised on website and then they won’t own up to it or fix it for you after you contact them about it. Will never be ordering from here again and will be telling everybody else to go no where near it as well.

Would not even give this company a 1/5 star review... the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid for shipping label, returned the item, and now the company is saying they never received my return. Company not willing to compromise so now I am forced to pay for items I do not even have. Not to mention I received the wrong size. DO NOT purchase anything from Nasty gal....

shipping was great, came within about 3-4 working days however, i got jeans in my size (size 8) and they were absolutly tiny. so i bought another par, sized up this time (size 10) and they are STILL too small!! tiny!! can barely even fit into them. also, they are listed as “mom jeans” but are so small i’d honestly call them skinny jeans. so if your ordering from nasty gal, and (example) your a size 8, id honestly say, get a size 12 or 14

Don't waste your time with this company. Just take my word and DO NOT. The delivery always takes so long. I finally decided one day to just buy some stuff from there for a trip I have coming up. Of course that was a mistake. I couldn't contact anyone on my shipping (it never gave me an estimated day it would be delivered after TWO WEEKS) Finally, I look again and it randomly said it was delivered yet I NEVER received my package. When I finally did speak to someone (and when I said speak, I mean online chat), she was so rude and seemed like she was doing nothing to help. She just asked about a refund and if they can reship the one item that was in stock. I declined and just took the whole refund because I refuse to do business with Nasty Gal again. Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! ORDERED TGE SAME STYLE BUT 2 DIFFERENT COLORS AND WAS TOLD THE ORDER WAS CORRECT WHEN CLEARY IT WASN'T AND NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY HAD TO REORDER MY ITEMS BECAUSE THE FIRST ORDER WAS NO WHERE TO BE FIND AND IT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH!

I got my order with in 2 weeks of ordering (I’m in Australia) the quality of the clothing is actually really good, like the same if not better then Kmart. And being a bigger girl I was nervous to order plus size but I’m so so happy, I’m sending two pieces back because they’re too big because I ordered a size up in some items because I was scared haha! I would definitely say true to size. I’m pleasantly surprised and I will be shopping from them again

Oh wow, good luck on getting a refund or being helped with a faulty item. I ordered a bra and the hook closure was missing on the back- there was a single safety pin on one end of the band though (I'm not sure if they just didn't complete it or if they were trying to make up for the missing closure?) Anyway, I go to chat with customer service and thru mobile, there was no option to send a photo of item, which they "need" in order to assess. So the rep tells me to e-mail them on my desktop instead so i can attach pic. Ok, well my e-mail doesn't go thru as I get an automated 3rd party server response "this recipients e-mail is too full to receive your e-mail." It's like you have to go thru hurdles just to get shut down on basic service. The item in question was under 30 dollars so I just took the loss.

Well, I haven’t received my order yet so I am not sure on the quality of the clothes but I will update once received. It’s been almost a month since my order. I have reached out to customer service and they told me they were behind and it would be here in a week and then I received an email a week later saying that it would be another 7-10 days. Their shipping is ridiculous. By the time I get what I ordered, it will be too hot outside to even wear them.

The costumer service is honestly a joke. I had an issue with my package and they refused to do anything about it, despite it being very easy to fix. The service is unresponsive and extremely unhelpful. Overall ordering from them was frustrating and not worth it. I will not be ordering from here again.
