Are National Express planning to strike in September 2022 ?

Hi, Is it possible to buy a ticket from Heathrow Airport on the day of travel ? I wish to buy a ticket for a bus to colchester 2 hours prior.

My son just txt ...'he delayed on the runway in Brussels at the moment . He s going to miss is prempaid bus at 1825.hrs!!!! Can he get on the next one home at 1925(there are seats)

Hi my couch is 12.35 from wokin to Heathrow, i need to go early so can I get 11.35 instat of 12.35

What about National Express coach card? Do they really give 1/3 discount on any tickets? Weather cheap or expensive.

Sunday the 24 of September is me or able for all the wrong reasons. Got to Buchanan Street bus station in plenty of time to catch my 11 am coach to Manchester. At 10.45 approx I ask a staff member in blue vest which stance my coach leaves from he tells me 21 with a wave of his hand in general direction. Off I go to the stance which is at the other end of the bus station when I get there and try to board the coach the driver scans my ticket and says I can't board as is only valid for national express I try to explain but falls on deaf ears with him pointing back the way I cams and saying it's the white coach you need. So off I go as fast as I can only to see the white coach pull out of the bay. To my utter disbelief and dismay. I go looking for a member of staff and find a female supervisor who s only concern seems to me identifying the member of staff who directed me in the first place I gave her as much of a description as I could then she fiished up by saying i could board the 1pm coach leaving from stance 21 futhermore there would be a member of staff in attendance to secure my boarding all well and good I thought but when the time came there was no sign if a staff member instead I tried to board the coach but was turned away by the driver repeating the same mantra as his colleague this ticket is only valid on national express coaches Once more I hurry back the way I came and fortunately spot the same supervisor I talked to earlier her response was to phone the driver who waited for me on another long walk back to the waiting coach. This ranks as the worst experience I have ever had with national express or any other coach company made worse by the coldness and casual indifference of the staff it was my misfortune to come into contact with. An apology would have carried a lot of weight for me I'm also someone with a bipolar illness that does not respond at all well to stress of this nature then only two months ago I suffered a serious fracture of my femur requiring surgery and a fortnight in hospital. Finally does anyone know that song tongue in cheek rendition of the national express. Happy days

Why are the seat belts so restrictive and uncomfortable. Coupled with hard slippery seat it was the most uncomfortable journey I've had in a long time
