“I recently purchased this mattress because I was looking for something firm, and it delivered exactly what I was hoping for. It provides excellent support and isn’t very heavy, making it easy to handle. I had been experiencing backaches, but since switching to this mattress, I’ve noticed a significant improvement. It’s comfortable and supportive without being too hard. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase!”

“Went into the store and was greated, asked what I was looking for and explained how to go about it, was able to try out the mattress to my comfort, purchased a mattress that day and was able to pick it up the next day was very pleased with the service I received, will recommend Thank you Betty”

“We were greeted by a friendly staff member who guided us to the type and style of mattresses we were in search of. We were also advised that the beds were able to be pulled out in order to lay on and check firmness and comfort. There were no pushy sales reps present, which we really appreciated. We tried 4 of the type & style we were looking for and found the best one within 15mins. Best experience yet. (Not mentioned the other Big Brand mattress companies around Barrie). Would go back to National Mattress again! 😊”

“Good points -- no pushy salesmen trying to upsale to different mattresses -- very good commuciation regards to when delivery will be and reminders notices and phone calls to confirm that delivery will be done in the next few minutes on the date of delivery -- advises of all return policies -- stands behind the 10 year warranty and thus customer is pleased”

“We were greeted at the door by Logan, we were asked what we were looking for, provided with 4 options to start with, settled on a mattress and boxspring and mattress protector, we were out the door in about 15-20 minutes. Though the store was busy, we were well attended to and happy with our purchase. Worth the drive down from Newmarket.”
