“Good customer service. Lots of options to choose from. Very fair option to return your mattress if it's not comfortable after 90 days for only a $95 exchange fee. Overall, a very positive experience. We will return for our next mattress purchase.”

“It has been many years since we bought a new mattress so we were shocked when we discovered prices were so high, $3000 - $4000. After searching on line we went to the National Mattress store in Kitchener. What a find!!! We were greeted by Zibah who is one of the most helpful salesmen I have ever met. He showed us several different types of mattresses and recommended a couple based on our comments of each we tried. We purchased a med/soft mattress which was delivered 4 days later. Deliver was easy, the guys were very friendly and brought the mattress right into our entryway. We couldn’t have asked for anything better and after our first few nights on the mattress we are sleeping much better, wake with no more ‘aches and pains’ and have a hard time getting out of it in the morning.”

“Staff was kind and the store was easy to navigate. A difficult decision was made quick and easy. Only downside is the return/exchange policy isn't great which makes it nervewracking. Delivery took a week but the actual delivery was well-communicated and efficient.”

“I think why it makes sense to buy from National Mattress: - They buy in volumes and dont spend overtly on their outlets so you get the best prices - Great variety of brands and models within those brands - Knowledgable and helpful staff who are ready to answer as many and all sorts of questions - Unlike other retail stores their staff is available only when you need them - other times they give you spacec to try out the mattresses - In my purchase, my sales rep was even gave me a demo to show me how waterproof the mattress cover is exactly A few suggestion(s) to keep pace with times: - Provide more white glove services - Probably put one kiosk per outlet to allow customers to readily compare amongst their shortlisted mattresses on then spot”
