“The whole process was seamless, the mattress was delivered exactly when it was supposed to. I reached out to see if they would leave my mattress at my door if I wasn’t home. They responded quickly asked my consent which was perfect. Overall experience was great, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from NM again. Thank you!!!”

“I had very positive experience when purchasing at National Mattress. The staff are knowledgable, but not pushy at all. They explained to me in details the differences between firmness, different top styles etc. The price is also fair and the best part is - the prices are "true". You don't need to go through bargaining and negotiations with sales to get a fair price. This made the shopping experience so much easier. Delivery is quick and professional as well. Will definitely come back if needed.”

“I got the Galaxy-restopedic mattress. Firstly I liked how the user interaction on the website that allows see major details about the mattress. So far the mattress is comfortable. It came in well packaged, the edge guard is important for those of us that sit on the edge of our mattresses. Customer service overall was great down to delivery.”

“Delivery came at a time I was out, they called ahead and I asked them to leave it with reception of my apartment. They refused saying they need a signature. Ended up I had to make a run back home just to take on th delivery, which is not very convenient or accommodating when reception of apartment does offer service for taking delivery.”

“Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Staff member gave us some great recommendations for mattresses to try and was never pushy about making the sale. We didn't buy the mattress day of as we wanted to shop around, but we are going back to purchase from them because of the mentioned notes above. Great price for great quality!”
