“Excellent attentive service from the team without any pressure! The front desk was just manned by a single person and he had his hands full with a very demanding customer who seemed to be ordering a lot of mattresses. During a break in the order review, he approached me to see what I needed. I knew exactly what mattress I wanted (model and size) and he excused himself from the existing customer who was still reviewing her list of purchases, went to grab mine and we settled up payment and he loaded it into my car. Couldn't ask for a better experience!”

“The store we went to was Kitchener.On. There, we were pleasantly met by the Manager who told us to have a try on all the beds, find the one that suits us best! Lovely people in this shop they made us feel right at home, No pressure to buy, didn't matter how long! Excellent value for money! They even delivered on Monday a stats holiday for most people in Ontario. The men who delivered it were very polite and didn't mind carrying the mattress up the stairs. A really pleasant experience for us, we would recommend buying from this company.”

“My experience with Alex S. @ your Barrie location was wonderful. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, and showed me my options for what I was looking for. We did purchase one mattress and boxspring and will definately be back when we are ready to purchase another.”

“Well coordinated, delivery came on the day it was scheduled and driver gave me a call 10 minutes before arriving as well. The mattress itself was what I was expecting. Very comfortable and the correct size as mentioned on the website.”
