“I just bought a Beautyrest Quintessence Ultra Plush mattress from National Mattress. What a great experience from beginning to end! I had shopped around at other retailers and found National had the best pricing for what I was looking for. The salesman at the Kitchener location was friendly and helpful, then I was able to order the mattress online and pick a delivery date. The delivery was smooth and I’m so happy with my purchase and experience with National!”

“We ordered a split box spring, the delivery crew called us when they were 10 minutes away. Crew was very friendly on the phone and smiled dropping it off. It was a little after 8am so we really appreciated the friendly energy they had. Fast delivery and great service! 10/10 would recommend!”

“Very knowledgeable instore information on types of mattresses. Not fancy presentation in store but prices make up for that. Name brands. Free delivery but had to adjust my work day for middle of the day delivery. Mattress received a few days ago but have not tried it yet.”

“Would definitely recommend National Mattress to others looking to improve their sleep experience. My husband and I were having trouble getting comfortable on our 7" mattress (purchased elsewhere) placed directly on our wooden slat bedframe. I researched mattress bases and came across this company. The customer service reps were very patient in answering all of our questions over the phone. We ended up placing an order for the 8" king mattress base for an affordable price. The process for purchase & delivery went very smoothly - the product came within a few days. This base elevates the height of our bed nicely and provides a supportive structure, which has significantly improved our sleep. I've already referred my family to the team!”

“I was struggling to find a quality mattress for a reasonable price. When I contacted National Mattress not only did they have many options to choose from but had many in stock to choose from, at prices, in todays world that don’t exist. Thx to the staff for their assistance. My mattress is excellent and for the first time months had a great night sleep”

“Took a chance on this place I've never heard of it before but it had very good word of mouth. All of it was true from the moment I walked in I was impressed by how friendly staff were. Special thanks to the guy who helped me I'm sorry I don't remember his name with the cane but super nice guy great recommendations and helped me finalize my purchase. I will be recommending this place to everyone who's after a mattress.”
