“Bought a backordered mattress from National Mattress, and I already knew I would have to wait, (around 3-4 weeks wait time) so that was no issue. Their sales department always got back to me promptly whenever I reached out to check on the status of my order, and delivery also went really smoothly. Overall, a great experience.”

“Great customer service in person, ended up ordering online. Although shipping was delayed. Customer service was helpful in providing alternative pickup. Haven’t yet received mattress but I am excited for when I receive it.”

“Amazing service, best prices and quality, I have been buying my mattress here for over 7 years….. we move overseas every few years and donate our mattress to those in need so we are buying new ones every few years when we return….. I have bought twice from this location (Kitchener) and can’t say enough great things about the management and the awesome deals we always get. Even the mattress protectors and feather pillows are offered at great prices…. You have to visit this location”

“I went into the National Mattress location on Woodbine Ave on Sunday afternoon. I spoke and dealt with Henry. He was very attentive to my needs. He gave me key pointers about choosing the right mattress for me. He was able to cancel my online order and create a brand new order for me with a new delivery date. This was a very professional experience. I have shopped at National Mattress before, online and the experience was always positive including delivery. This was my first experience in the store and I was throughly pleased. I informed from the night before my delivery right up to when the mattress and box was delivered the next. The delivery guys were polite and courteous. I will continue to deal with National Mattress whenever the need arises. Thank you for your effecient service.”

“I went in store to purchase my mattress. I got the galaxy rest-o-pedic. Bought it on a Sunday and got it on a Tuesday you just cannot go wrong with this company. The price matched with how flippin comfy it is, is absolutely a no-brainer that it should be an immediate buy. You just can’t go wrong.”

“Very good service. My mattress was delivered within a week, and package tracking was up to date a seemd reliable. I received a text with a two hour delivery window, and my delivery drivers even called me ahead of time so I knew exactly when to be outside to sign for the mattress.”
