“AVOID! They didn't send the part we ordered & expect us to pay to return it. The manager doesn't acknowledge that the part delivered was not the part ordered. Absolute shambles of a company.”

“The website is very easy to navigate through and the info on the products is good. from ordering through to delivery is very efficient and even when there is a hickup it is sorted out with ease. I have used this site several times and will no doubt use it many more times in the future, Do try this company out as you will not regret it.”

“I've ordered online from this company on two occasions in the past. Their selection and prices are better than all their competitors. The excellent service-the article was despatched immediately and arrived the next day. When I've had to call with a query they offered excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended.”

“Avoid, Avoid, Avoid can’t say it enough times. Only given one star as zero is not an option. Ordered a radiator from them and the wrong one was sent. Called them approximately 20 times, filled in the support form numerous times as well as e-mails and registered letters which were ignored. Had to go through the process of the credit card getting a refund, all this took several months. So will say again AVOID. Worst company I have ever dealt with”

“Efficient delivery and pretty straightforward to put up, though my larger screen would have benefitted from having three people rather than two at key moments! Works well, though seals between panes do not stop all water from a shower head sprayed directly at them.”

“the most awful customer service i have ever had. Impossible to speak to anyone. Cancellation and then refund emails ignored. After eventually getting a refund label I was able to send the item back that I'd tried to cancel. Two months after trying to start the refund process i am still waiting for my money back and a response. Avoid at all cost.”

“Really easy to order online, could not find better pricing. Had a small problem with a defective part within a toilet system, the replacement was with me 24 hours later. Brilliant cannot fault them.”

“Excellent customer service. Really happy and would recommend it. I had a part missing they were so helpful and spoke to the manufacturer on my behalf and it turned up two days later. They kept in contact so I knew what was happening. Really happy and great to see such helpful staff. The product is great and turned up when expected. Highly recommend.”

“Terrible experience. Ordered a sink which I cancelled before it was delivered. It was still delivered. This was three months ago and I have spent the past three months trying to return the unopened sink and get a refund. No-one answers the phone, the form which you have to fill out on the website to request a return does not work. Emailing direct is even worse. I've sent at least 20 emails. There was a moment of hope when Andrew once replied to an email only to say that they didn't accept returns and don't provide refunds for items they sell you. This is counter to their own returns policy on their website as well as illegal as it breaches the consumers rights act. I'm now having to go through the courts to try to get a refund. Appalling service made intolerable by it being impossible to talk to or get a response from anyone in the company.”

“If I could give this company Zero stars I would. I ordered the Coram Curved Bath Screen & 0ver a month later & since ordering & my item still has not arrived. I've called 4 times & each time been told by the sales guy that my order will be delivered on the date agreed & that the shipping department will call or email me to confirm this . They have never called on any of these occasions & the Item didn't turn up. I'll be Initiating a charge back through my credit card.”

“Great experience with Nationwide Bathrooms from start to finish. Staff were knowledgeable and listened to our needs to find the furniture to suit our bathroom space. Delivery was on time. Despite the initial stone worktop arriving with some minor damage,”

“Used this company twice now both times fast delivery excellent customer services. Both products were kitchen taps one set for myself and a set for my in-laws both of excellent quality. The price of the products was competitive. I will not hesitate to use this company again.”

“Stay well clear of this company, when you pay and nothing turns up you better be prepared for a fight to get your money back. Don’t bother trying to email them as you will not get a reply and phoning is a no go. Please look elsewhere if you want a better experience, if you do buy from here your job will not get completed and you will be looking for another supplier in the following week or months ahead, you have been warned‼️”

“Used this company for the first time having had a problem with another internet-based bathroom company whose prices were good but were impossible to get hold of and proved a real headache. This is now the 2nd time I have used the company - again found them helpful and prompt, would use them again.”

“I am absolutely disappointed by this company. I was consulted by a member of the team and wanted a urinal with piping. I made a mistake when ordering, so the order I received was only the urinal pipes, no urinal. I contacted the team to receive a refund or return the item as it was a simple mistake , but they said that I could not receive a refund because I own a business. I was within the refund period and the item hadn’t even been taken out of its box. I was appalled that they weren’t refunding or even giving me the chance to exchange. Wouldn’t recommend buying from here.”

“I ordered a £213 Burlington Cosmetic Mirror on 29th Nov.'21. Arrived faulty on 3rd December. Emailed support team 10 times so far asking for help to exchange the mirror for a fault free one. It is now 31st Dec and still no one has responded. Absolutely shocking customer service. When can I expect a response? Do I need to write directly to your MD and Sales Director/Manager to have my problem resolved?”
