About PILOT:

Having first opened it's doors in 1984 Pilot has been at the for front of men's and women's fashion in the Midlands.

The shop has occupied some of the most historical building in the centre of Leicester and it now resided in an old pharmacy on the High Street.
The mission of the shop through out the years has been to outfit the local population in hard to find forward thinking fashion and now the online store has taken this ethic to a wider audience worldwide.
Pilot the online store was established over ten years ago and in that time we have seen the website grow from a small site with a few brands on it to the multi branded store we have now.

Lovely warm little boots but worn them a hand full of times and a hole came from nowhere on the quilted fabric

It's ridiculous you cannot get a refund and only a credit note even on non sale price items. Has put me off making any further purchases from pilot.

i recently order a handbag for my daughter birthday, order accepted delivery confirmed ...only on the day of the delivery i recieved an email from Claire in customer support to say that due to a technical error they've had to cancel and send me a refund, very dry apology I was very uoset as i was in hospital anf ordered for her in time as i couldnt go out... Very very unhappy three days later no monies have been returned to my account just yet🥵 Very disatisfied .. So be carefull order well in advance if its for an occasion so they youre let down like me ....

Not impressed with my first order from Pilot. Trainers arrived with stains on and PILOT haven’t answered any of my emails..

I placed an order for the first time on November 29th, and the store immediately processed the shipping process at the post office, so I was excited and waiting. However, due to the Royal Mail strike for a few days, the luggage will not move forever after the British post office. I think the customer center is also working hard while he is busy, but it would be even better if you could reply more quickly. I was told that you are not the only one waiting for the delay due to the strike, but it seems that there are many people who received it as soon as they look at the reviews. It's currently January 5th, but isn't it strange that your luggage is still not moving from the post office at all? I want a product first, not a refund. The product lineup is very nice, so I strongly want to take care of you in the future if it arrives properly. I want you to do something about it. Since the shipping cost can increase, I expect you to increase the options that will be sent by private companies such as DHL. Anyway, now I'm praying that the package will leave the post office as soon as possible and reach it.

Required my item before xmas, paid £12 delivery free to have to it delivered before but it wasnt.

I paid next day delivery on Friday which was £7 and received the item on Tuesday? It was my patners birthday on Monday which was when I was hoping to get the item. Not impressed really could have saved £5 with standard delivery as if it wasn't going to be next day I could have received it anytime as didn't get it for his birthday anyway.

"One of the item was refunded after the order was paid and processed without prior warning or being given the opportunity to order something else on its place, which i would have done in order to save on delivery cost. It was my first order with your company and wasn't impressed especially aftet talking to one of your web sales team member, who was very unhelpful and grumpy."

Hello, I bought you a barbour wax Gauge (with double zip closure) You gave me a Gauging wax, it was not the model I wanted. This is legal limit. In addition, I received a 10% discount, which can not be deducted from the price. cordially Bonjour, Je vous ai acheté un barbour wax Gauge(avec double fermeture zip) Vous m'avez livré un wax Gauging, ce n'est pas le modele que je voulais. c'est limite legal. De plus, j'ai recu une reduction de 10%, imposible de le déduire du prix. Cordialement

Short of info on description on jeans ,like rise ? Sent some back kept two Pairs good price , your competitors have free returns , return stickers , more peace of mind .

I could go for 5 stars about that first purchase, but I paid £96 for the jeans, and the day after my order they were £60. I kind of lost £36 so I'm pretty disappointed :(

I was happy with two of the items, however on the white short sleeve antony morato t shirt there is two small orange stains towards the shoulder of the t shirt. It is still unopened so how it got there I don't no. Not satisfied.

The box I received my flip flops in was an absolute mess. I asked for a note to be placed in the order and did not receive it. Tags on both flip flops were in the box but had been cut off.

The company advertise stock they don't have. Twice this week orders have been placed that they do not have however they are advertised as in stock

When my item arrived, it was definitely not new, some important scratch on the end of the laces and a missing leather band on one of the zipper, really bad experience.
