“Please do not buy anything from this website unless you are ready to deal with SA customs. We thought we were dealing with an SA company only to be contacted by Customs. It is not an SA company....whatever you order is imported and you are left to deal with the import clearance nightmare.”

“I paid a premium for delivery of some items on Saturday 20th November. It was a time-sensitive delivery I needed as a gift on Saturday 20th Nov. Items never arrived. I called the seller on the morning of 22nd Nov & asked them to cancel the packages and refund me. They said I had to wait for the packages to get back to them first (not sure why when this is not my error or fault). Yodel knocked on my door on 23 Nov saying they had 1/2 packages for me. 1 had been returned to the seller, the other was still out for delivery, so here it is. I rejected the delivery and asked the Yodel driver to return the item to sender. It's now 1st Dec, still no refund, no apology, and no response to the PayPal case I have opened. Net World Sports is an appalling company. I would never shop with this company again - avoid like the plague.”

“I ordered a batting cage from them and when it was delivered I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I was hoping for a quick exchange. But, after weeks of back and forth I had to pay $94 for shipping back the two boxes. Then they only credited me back 65% of my purchase price because of a restocking fee. This is even though I only opened the two packages to put the return labels on as they suggested-all the cages and poles were still wrapped in the original plastic!! There are so many other places to buy from at the same price with better service and policies.”

“Bought basket ball hoop 400 euro. Bubbles and problems with paint after few months before i pit it up while stored in shed. They didn't help, said it didn't affect the performance. Woud not recommended them or buy from them again as was clearly a fault with the paint”

“Avoid this company at all costs We put 2 so called windbreaks and thy blew down within 2 days in 35km/h moderate winds. The company refused to refund or provide a fit for purpose product. The webbing fell apart. The company said the product should be taken down in strong winds. 35km/h are not strong winds and refuse to support the customer or product.”

“We were reluctant at first with the fact that our cozy spa heater start heading to temperature. We follow the steps needed for a replacement or refund. Networld sports sent us an upgraded brand new cozy spa along with the lid and filters that we had recently purchased for broken cozy spa which did not fit this new one. You’re very pleased with this company‘s honesty and swiftness, especially during a pandemic. There were no more questions asked after we sent all information needed. They replaced everything free of charge and shipped To us from the European Net World Sports Co. Happy customers 😊 Mr & Mrs Watkins”

“I ordered a soccer goal and needed it within 3 days for a birthday party. They offered expedited freight for an extra cost and said it would deliver in 2 days. I delivered more than a week after I ordered it. I told them I wanted to return it and they told me I would have to pay my own return freight cost. They are not customer focused! I will not do business with them again!”

“Please avoid like the plague. I ordered a table tennis table for my son costing of £400 well in advance for it to arrive for 9th of August. however it arrived 3 days late missing the Birthday and it wasn’t just broken it wad practically useless as the two sides of the table do not fit as two sides are different in height. After numerous emails they agreed to receive it back before a refund. They had hired a company who just sent one person to carry a 68kg rectangular box with no handles. So the courier couldn’t lift it , same with the second man and then I received a phone call telling me to be at home and lift the table for the 3rd courier who came. Now it’s been 2 weeks since it has gone back and I have just been told they don’t know where the table is. So I have still not being refunded. I don’t think I have to say anymore here”

“Don't ever use this company they take your money and don't deliver the goods. They don't respond to your emails phone lines are closed go somewhere else. Thanks for ripping off a grassroots football club I don't know how you sleep of a night.”

“Received faulty product - clearly damaged in production or transit. They refused to replace and then ignored all correspondence. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And I don’t usually write reviews but these people shouldn’t get away with fleecing customers.”

“A truly dreadful company to deal with. Emails and messages that contradict each other. A telephone line for customer services that no one answers, goods not dispatched, poor delivery timetable and staff too poorly trained or too inept to deal with problems of their own making. If you think you're saving a tenner you'll pay it back ten times over in stress!!”

“Really really bad customer service Contacted June 23rd re control panel fault. Its now 29th August, still not resolved. Also advertised as 2 year warranty when I purchased last October, now saying 6 month on pool 1 year on heater pump. TOTAL LIES the 2 year warranty eas the reason I bought this!!!”

“Pressed 1 x by mistake. This outfit should not be allowed to trade. They do not answer questions or emails. I returned my parcel unopened and tracked and signed for on 4th Aug. Still waiting for my refund.. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THIS OUTFIT WITH A BARGE POLE.”

“Had cosy spa received 26th April. To this day 22 emails later we can not get answers the pump stopped working after 12 weeks so all summer with no hot tub been told 3 different days they were collecting took 3 days off work no show. Chat line discusting £670 out of pocket now taking legal action”

“I ordered football goal on 30th July. Got email 2nd August saying been despatched. Got onto yodel who said it hadn't been despatched to them. Tried and tried sending emails with absolutely no reply, tried web chat no luck. Taken my money under false pretences. I am now going to report this to trading standards to see if get any joy there. Total scammers.”

“I received a ripped and dirty parasol and now I can’t get in touch with Net World sports to have it replaced. They won’t answer the phone or return my emails. They don’t take messages on Facebook and won’t respond to the live chat. Very poor customer service”
