“Netflorist messed up an order that I made two weeks ago. The mistake isn't the issue: we're all human, mistakes are made. It's the response that has me appalled. I've been trying to get their attention to fix the error for two weeks, and I haven't gotten a single response beyond auto-replies. The customer assistance isn't bad, it's literally non-existent. I have no faith at this point that I'll ever get a response, let alone fix the error. If I could give negative stars, I would. Unbelievable, I would strongly recommend that people use one of the other SA based gift delivery sites.”
“I tried to place an order for a gift for my sister. After 2 hours of hassling, having the phone cut off 4 times and multiple errors from the website, it was easier to not bother using Netflorist!
Instead, I placed an order using Woolworths online that took only 10 minutes to complete ~ hassle free, I might add!”
“I ordered multiple items for my parents birthdays. One of the items I ordered, personalized socks, was never delivered. they delivered a pen with someone else's name on the box and another empty box. When I reached out, they responded saying my brother signed for the items. With no explanation as to what happened to the missing item. I then followed up with them multiple times but no response in over 5 days. I even explained that my brother who signed for the item didn't know exactly what was supposed to be in the boxes as these items were ordered by me as gifts.
I live in the states and will not call them just to be placed on hold for extended times and driving my phone bill up.
I have been using their site for quite some time. But after this last incident, I will no longer be using their service.”
“On 2 occasions now I have sent a bouquet as a bundle (with fudge and chocolates). Flowers are delivered on time but never the extras. I have sent emails. No response! Left messages. No response! Really disappointing considering how many times I have used them. Cleary Netflorist is not interested in retaining loyal customers.”
“I ordered the Lovely Lilies on 25th August 2021 11:40. I'm very satisfied with the quality and the service. I pay special attention to the small detail, and the one thing that stood out is that on my email received this morning - it said that it's been delivered 26 August 2021 08:21, but on the website it says it's been delivered on 25 August 2021 08:21 - which can't be true, because I made the order after this date and time.”
“Ordered a gift for woman's day to be delivered, however nothing arrived, and I heard nothing from the company until I had to connected them. The recipient of the gift even received a sms the day before to say it would be delivered on the day, but nothing arrived. The cause was a supposed technical issue in production, but no one thought to informed the customer. When the order eventually arrived, it was missing items stated in the product description.
They are not forth coming with information and their customer service is perthitic.
If possible try and use local florist for gifts and such, as this company doesn't value the customer”
“Never purchasing from them again. Website is user-unfriendly. Select a gift from the "same-day delivery" options - when you get to the checkout page, it forces you to choose a later date, which was 4 days later. Also can't type in street address in the provided greyed-out block. Try calling them, no answer. Send an email, an unhelpful response came 2 weeks later. 2nd time purchased: email me a day after purchase to tell me no stock available. Offer me credit to purchase from them again. Takes forever to respond to my emails. They then sent my recipient a complimentary apology gift, but the flowers were falling apart when it was delivered and flowers were already wilted the next day. Apparently delivery guy also dumped the gift on the bin. Very pathetic service, over-priced gifts and delivery cost. No prompt customer care, bad delivery service. Also they keep spamming my email with adverts, yet i constantly click unsubscirbe from all email, and still get adverts from them. Never ever purchasing from Netflorist again and hope no one else wastes their time with this company. Unproffesional, awful business.”

Such a good and plentiful selection, ordering couldn't be easier and deliveries have always been on the selected day. “If I could give Netflorist a ZERO I would. I placed an order yesterday for delivery today (the website said I would get it today). It was a time sensitive gift for a loved one. Then earlier today I got an email from Netflorist saying that the item I ordered is out of stock (they should have updated their website so I didn't order the item!!!). I called them and they said I must reply to the email, I told them I needed to speak to someone coz email would take too long. Eventually they tried to help me over the phone. I pushed back and asked if they had the same item in stock in another colour and finally they checked and found something in another colour. Now the issue is that it was 12:20 and so they would not be able to deliver the item today because they said they would need to cancel my original order, and then put in another order which means the new order will come in after 12:00 and thus could not be delivered on the same day. They were completely inflexible even though this was their mistake. Needless to say, I am never using Netflorist again. I found an SME all the way from Mafikeng who will be helping me deliver the same items I needed delivered TODAY.”

the worst customer service i have ever experienced and i have experienced some bad ones. their delivery ended up being a nightmare for my wife and kids. they refused to allow me to speak to someone in management to try and figure out what happened. stay away from this company.”
“Deliveries not on time, also when items were selected and at the end when I wanted to pay, it showed items were out of stock. It took me nearly 7 hours to order 7 presents, then after all that the system would not accept my credit card, I had to do an eft causing the delivery date to be moved on to the next day. I again had to phone them and complain. They did compensate me with reduced delivery charges, but really in the end, one wants to order, pay and get the goods delivered, perfectly and on time.”
