“SCAMMERS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM - DON'T BOTHER!!
Used them quite a few times without issue, but I placed another order in December that arrived on the 18th, it was missing 34 bottles of juice, sent photos etc as it was clear from the package it couldn't have contained the right amount due to them being packed in boxes of ten it was physically impossible to have been in there. Emailed them about 10 times with no answer at all, even using different emails addresses, live chat doesn't exist as it always says they are offline but will respond then don't, no phone number for them, but constantly receiving sales emails from them. You might be ok if you receive your order right but if you have any problem they'll ignore you like they have for me for a month now. SCAMMERS”
“They charged but they didn’t deliver. I ordered 4 items but they sent only 2 items. When I told them the missing items it took ages before they responded. They promised to refund the money of the missing items but it didn’t happen. I cannot reach them anymore. Seems I am blocked. They run away with little money which I call scam.”

Customer service is unprofessional and useless, faulty goods and wrong items sent out won’t be fixed quickly or easy. I received wrong items as well as faulty items, refunds are difficult and awkward and will not be solved. Yes the items are cheaper than retail price and a good range of products are available but when the item is faulty you will have to pay and go through the effort of sending it back”
“Yes, well I've been trying to order some stuff from their site for 2 days now.
The discount code was not working.
And than i tried to use the live chat and nobody answer for 1 hours still didn't answer as i am writing this review.
I wanted to get the Aegis x, the Zeus x mesh and the Blotto .
I wanted to ask them if they come with the bubble tanks as well into the box as i don't want a 200w mod and the big az tanks with a straight 2ml glass capacity!
I mean i have to nord2 pods with 4.5ml capacity !
I will not spend £100 to go bigger and get 2ml capacity on a 200w mod !:))
On their description it's not clear at all !
Says there is a bubble glass.
But than in the same description Says the shipping is with the straight tpd 2ml straight glass !
So wich one is it was my question !
I think probably the good reviews are from them and their friends!

“Purchased Smok RPM 40 Kit during £1 flash sale successfully totalled £4.99 including p&p, whilst in basket the price reverted to £26.98 in the 1 second delay waiting for PayPal checkout page to load. No prompt and I was charged the full amount. Immediately I messaged to request the price to be reviewed. I had to wait two working days for a reply. Initially I was happy to continue with the purchase if they could just refund the difference in charges given that the purchase was successful using the flashsale17 code £1 but even after explaining I wished to continue during Live chat, LEE ignored my message and refunded the money having cancelled the order completely and had to wait 3 days for the transaction to be completed. I also stated in my chat that I would be happy with the difference and that I also wanted to place a significant order for coils and juices for my other devices. Lee again didn't account for this. I would like to have thought my purchase was grateful but due to ignorance they lost a sale of £89.88. Not great really is it?”
“I am going to tell you about a recent experience with this company.
First of all let me say initially I thought they were quite helpful even though what they sent me was either missing parts or not in the colour I ordered. They responded and sorted the issue out.
Recently I bought 2 Voopoo products, the first I bought with a discount code they emailed me, the 2nd with another discount code they sent me after I bought the first one. I bought 1 as a present and paid for additional postage to get next day delivery.
The products turned up were in a rainbow casing, the wrong colour, far too girly for a man to use and it was even stranger as they dont even show the rainbow case ones on their website. As you do I contacted them explained the problem and the rush i was in as one was a present and I needed it for the weekend. They use DPD couriers, they do a service when they can deliver and collect at the same time, they refused to even acknowledge my suggestion, so i carried on asking and eventually they responded by sending me a return slip but refused to even answer my suggestion. Since then I thought the only way I could get the present on time was to actually purchase another one, i asked them for a discount code as the one they sent me I used for the 2nd purchase could no longer be used but i felt very strongly that I shouldn't pay more for a 3rd which would cost more than I paid for the first 2. I emailed countless times and did not even get a reply, nothing at all. Since then I have asked for a contact number to discuss the problem and of course no response and i have also asked for the directors email address so that I may email him/her and yet again no response. The company seem to have shut me out completely now, i have returned the wrong colour product and let's see how quickly they send the right one out.
My advise is only use the company if you are not in a hurry to get your item and if you are prepared to have a little aggravation, eventually you should get what you want, my fear is the busier they get the the less good customer service will be offered, its a shame as I was singing their praises at first and was recommending them to friends and family, not anymore.”
“Ordered a couple of items before being screwed over with the last one. Bought a topside duel which arrived with no squonk bottles. Contacted them to told that my mod doesn't come with squonk bottles even though it's a squonk device. After showing them pictures of it and their website, my emails are now being ignored. Terrible company that knows nothing about what they are selling and will try to get out of their own mistakes.”

company used hermes parcels for deliveries, who left the parcel outside the front door!
they forgot to include 1 item in the parcel, refused to resend it!
i had to get paypal to intervene.
6 weeks later nord kit stopped working, returned kit for promised refund, all my emails now ignored! i have been ripped off, now left with no vape kit, no refund, & no postage refund!”
“Ordered twice from them 2 month apart. First item didn't arrive and was told after 2 weeks it was out of stock. Thought I'd give them another go 2 months later but exactly the same thing happened. Item was in stock on the website both times and then I had to chase when it didn't arrive!”
