“I bought a cushion online. I phoned the Brecon store to enquire about the cushion. An assistant phoned me back within minutes to say the cushions were in stock. She gave me the online phone number and said someone wAs waiting for my call. Sure enough my ordering process was made very easy by that person knowing exactly what I wanted. I received my cushion the next day! Thanks to the courtious, efficient staff, the purchasing experience was very pleasant.”

“I ordered a top from Nicholls. It arrived next day as i'd spent over £25 (fab!) and the item was packaged beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Unfortunately i didn't keep the item but my refund was processed in super quick time too. I would definately use Nicholls again. X”

“I never give full marks to online companies as I believe there is always room for improvement but in Nicholls online case I have made an exception and awarded them very good because of how they dealt with a small delay of my order being delivered. To cut a long story short they rang to let me know that my order would arrive a few days late due to my bear being sourced some were else. Because of the weekend this meant in stead of arriving on the Friday it would arrive the following Monday which it did bang on time. I was also impressed with the fact that although it was free package and post they used an expensive delivery firm and packaged the bear in a very strong box which would not be cheap to do. I am very impressed with Nicholls online and hope to be buying from them again in the near future”

“I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Nicholls. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpful and delivery very quick. I decided to change my jacket for a different colour, so visited the Abergavenny store, where the lady who served me had already been advised that I was coming and knew exactly what I wanted. It's so good to deal with a company who care about their customers, thank you.”
