“I am incredibly frustrated with my recent experience ordering from Nike. My order was supposed to arrive in one to three days, but it’s now overdue, and I’m still waiting. I’ve reached out to both Nike’s customer service and their delivery provider multiple times, only to be bounced back and forth with no real answers or help.
Nike’s customer service has been little help—they keep telling me to check with the delivery company, but when I contact them, I’m met with vague, inconsistent information and no clear update on when my package will actually arrive. It feels like neither Nike nor the delivery company is taking any responsibility, and the lack of communication has been exhausting.
For a brand as big as Nike, this is extremely disappointing. I expected better service, especially given the high standards they promote. I’m seriously considering canceling my order because I can’t rely on either the delivery company or Nike’s support. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again if this is the level of service they provide.”

“I really had bad experience online and in stores (orchard rd nike store). I was asking why online is cheaper than in store, the sales girl answered back " if online is cheaper then i should buy from online. " When i asked if i can speak to the store manager or incharge, he said no in charge on store manager is around. The culture is bad which explains staffs notorious behaviour. Maybe should stop buying their shoes, apparel and whatever.”

If you were unable to fulfill the order, I’m unsure why it was accepted in the first place. This experience has left me disappointed, as customers place orders in good faith and trust that they will be honored.

“My daughter was excited to receive her customized Nike Sabrina 2 shoes for this school year's volleyball and basketball seasons. Considering how much we paid for these shoes, we expected high-quality craftsmanship and durability. However, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. After just two weeks of wearing these shoes for volleyball practices and matches, the paint on the shoe is already starting to peel in multiple places.
This is extremely disappointing, as I expected better longevity from a brand like Nike. The peeling paint gives the shoes a cheap and worn-out appearance. My daughter has had shoes that held up better for 2 years. The materials don't appear to be holding up well under normal wear, which is very disappointing.
I would not recommend these customized Nike Sabrina 2 shoes if you're looking for something that can withstand regular use. The quality of these customized shoes just doesn't live up to the brand's reputation.”

I have placed an order for a shoe in June 2024 and Nike has cancelled the order due to some address mismatch without checking with me. I am following up on the refund from June through chat box and emails. This is the G10172354632. I am surprised to see the irresponsible atttitude fron Nike team that they are not even bothered to give me an update on the refund. I don't even know if I will get the money back. I will never buy anything from Nike again! My brother asked me to order this for his son as he was finding it difficult to order online due to some technical issues. My brother passed away immediately after I placed the order and I am sad that I could not fulfill his wish. Such a bad experience from Nike!!”

This product is incredibly frustrating. Every step you take produces an annoying sound, like cardboard being folded repeatedly. It’s not just an occasional issue; it happens with every single step. I can’t recommend this product at all due to the constant, irritating noise it makes. Save yourself the headache and avoid it.
I tried using it in the mall. The sound was still there, and it felt like there was a constant clicking sensation inside because the material kept folding and unfolding. It’s incredibly annoying.”
“Nike.com support is shocking, I had a pair of air max 90 6 months old and one shoe the material when discolored, logged a ticket with nike.com on the 1st of July, showed them pictures and they agreed to refund them, I returned the faulty runners to Nike and have had 0 contact from Nike since then l, every piece of information I have from this point is me chasing them, they said the got my runners on the 5th and issue a refund on the 8th, I got no refund, I asked and they said wait 9 working days, I did and still nothing, reached out again and they said check with my card provider, called them and they said they wouldn't block a payment and that Nike have made no attempt to refund me, reach back to Nike and they said to call them, called them and they said they would escalate to the finance team expect a call in 3 days, call them again in 4 days and they said we have escalate it and there nothing else they can do, I ask to be transferred to the finance team and they would't do that, ask to speak to a manager and was told they would call me back in 24 hours and heard nothing l, called again and told the same again, I then when in store today and they pretty much told me nothing that can do to call nike.com again, I'm 3 weeks waiting on the finance team to call me back and 2 and half weeks waiting on a manager to call me, have not got one call or email, you support is shocking, and your a pack of theifs”
“Purchased a Nike shirt while on vacation. The shirt had a logo on front which was a ironed on logo, when shirt was wash a few times the logo started peeling off.
Called Nike and went thru three different departments and would not do a thing about it. Nike quality and customer service has gone down the drain.

“I ordered a bc pair of shoes that were almost $100 for my daughter and while at work received notification of them being delivered. I had my kids check only to find nothing. I called customer service in which I was told to wait till the following day because she’s seen things get marked before customers received their item. Well that wasn’t the case for me and the driver never left a picture like they’re supposed to. Long story short because this happened before in 2023 they said they can’t do anything about. So, Nike just pretty much stole my money as far as I’m concerned.”

“I wish could give Nike.com ZERO STARS!!! I ordered a pair of shoes over a week ago. UPS said they were out for deliver and they never delivered them. Now the status says “on the way”. I called UPS they said the shoes are missing and to talk to Nike. I called them 3 times! Call kept getting dropped and/or fake elevated. I have 2 case numbers that nobody can link to my order!!! I wanted to get the shoes for back to school for my kid and they told me I had to pay for them again plus $30 to expedite the shipping! Then I asked for the refund and was told it will take 10-12 business day! That’s after school starts! “Horrible donot purchase online if you don't want to receive display sneakers. My wife and I are going on vacation July 31st, so we went to several sneaker stores locally (Berks County) but no luck on the Nike Air MAX 09 for men and women. So we go online ordered the sneakers at Nike.com on July 21 . when the sneakers arrived mine were great but when I opened my wifes these where used there was no paper inserts or paper wrapping to protect the sneakers, there was markings on the lower left corner of sneakers and the side had scuff marks. Called nike on July 24 when sneakers arrived. Expressed my concerns and told him if they where not new I don't want them, let him know that we are pressed for time now due to the stores incompetence on quality control so I thought. The Nike rep. Made notes and assured me it will be fine. So he ordered the new ones on July 26. OMG Today is July 28th and W.T.F. they did it again. These are f-ing display sneakers they are pawning at full price to the online customers. I am so frustrated and mad. “This company which is located in Oregon just 20 minutes from downtown Portland has repeatedly discriminated against its employees and customers. They falsely advertise free shipping to members yet, free is not free. They do not provide members with the opportunity to provide delivery instructions and then hire all kinds of 3rd party carries that they clearly do not manage appropriately! I have spent more than two weeks and 25 hours tracking, calling, texting, emailing, sitting on hold, and more looking for a pair of running shoes ordered. I even made it a point to be home to capture my order which was to arrived two weeks ago on Friday. Instead of Friday, the tracking showed a day earlier. I shifted my plans to accommodate the change. I was home when UPS called from the building call box. The third ring I made it to the phone and nothing. I immediately contacted Nike. For the past two weeks I have been told so many things, none of which have been true. I have spoken to no less that 10 people each who have promised me a call back from the elite team. I got one call and the person failed to leave their extension or last name so I could do nothing to connect with them as directed in their voicemail??? I have also called the UPS store they arbitrarily decided to drop my shoes. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full. I want my money back and the shoes as my time matters.”
“This is in reference to there Distibution Center in Byhalia MS. We as Truckers have a limited time during each day to drive, get Unload, get loaded and so forth. We have 14 hours. A 14 hour window. Once we start our day, we cannot stop the 14 hour clock. I chose a load that had 2 pick up's, one in Byhalia and the 2nd in Memphis. I was told the load would be ready at 10AM, got here at 9:30AM. It is now 4:00PM and they are still not finished loading this 1st Pick up. Been 6.5 hours at this shipper and st a dock since checking in and still not complete. How are drivers going to make their 2nd pick up which was at 12 Noon and even after that, the driver can not drive to generate his income because of this. And of course nowhere can any phone number be found online for their DC Centers, going into their Shipping Office does nothing, they tell you we have a 2 hour window yet nothing is done. Been into their office 3 times. I do not recommend any driver, owner operator, company or broker deal with Nike as long as any of this is still going on. Every review is the same. They have no clue what time efficiency is or how to do anything beyond their play world. When in at the Shipping office I could plainly see into the warehouse and it was empty each time with no movement of any kind going on. What do these people get paid to do? Their prices reflect consumers are paying exorbitant prices for low crafted product today with zero understanding of what customer service actually is to only pay their employees to do nothing. BOYCOTT with a vengeance!!! Do not buy, do not sell, do not haul, do not recommend, and above all, do not give them any of your time or money!!! Maybe then they will start to get the message!!!”
