Is took all these years to find out what absolutely disgusting company Nike is.they are the people that are committing fraud against customers your credit card details are not safe with this company . They have made many mistakes and what they try to do is cover up their mistakes by lying and accusing customers of different things they accused me of 3 different offences but when I proved my innocence and put them in their place they got nasty and blocked the account will that was their mistake because all the evidence all the recordings all my video footage has gone over the internet where people are commenting on this so be very careful using this company as they are liars. How dare you try to accuse me of committing wrong when you are the people that are committing wrongdoings employing people on the phone just for the pandemic that haven't got a clue about your company that give out wrong information that cost people astronomical phone bills where they put people on hold up to 45 minutes. they chose to mess with the wrong person because for the rest of my time in history I will write a review on every single review platform I can to expose this company for what they are. And a message to the public spend your money with retailers that respect who you are as a customer, and don't accuse you of wrongdoing is just to cover their staffs mistakes.I thought it was just me they done this too but on reviewing many messages from different customers I am not the only person they have done this too. And Nike when you treat people like this you are just upsetting them and they will carry on telling people what you have put them through you are crooks you are disgusting liars. And all you have done one-winged what you done to me and what you have done to other people is show that you are not a trustworthy company you have shown that you are liars crooks and you have also shown that people's personal information and credit card details and not safe with your company.absolutely disgusting and I hope and wish what you have done to myself and have done to other customers comes back to you and comes back to members in your team and they are put through the disgusting ordeals that you are putting your customers through.

I have been buying from Nike UK for years, but never again!! Everything is okay until you need help, then you’re on your own. I ordered a Gift Card as a Christmas gift and it never came, and dispute sending over 10 emails, and calling more than 20 times they have done nothing!! They basically told me to **** off! Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I have opened a claim with against Nike as they refuse to acknowledge my messages. I can say honestly that it’s the worst Customer Service I have ever received. After 2 weeks of non-stop calls they still have ignored me every time I have made contact. Buyer beware, if you need help you will receive nothing. Nike’s motto is clearly “get the money and run!!!” Terrible terrible terrible!!!!

Nike sucks they canceled an order that I made without reason and without notification so now a 13-year-old girl won’t receive her stupid Nike shoes on Christmas day which for most kids is an important holiday never buying anything from Nike again.

I've always worn Nike shoes because they're comfortable on my feet. What I hate about Nike shoes is that they don't last very long. I'm 80 years old so, not as active as I was 20 years ago. EVERY pair of Nike shoes I've worn for the last 20 years has self destructed. The soles detach from the shoe and that's it. I've tried flex glue and other useless remedies. What is it that causes the soles to detach?

I have never had a worst experience buying online in my life! I paid with apple pay and the website did not read my apartment number on my delivery address. They shipped the item with the wrong address and I contacted them everyday since UPS says only the sender can update the address. They told me several times that the issue would be fixed and escalated to their elite team, yesterday I talked to another representative and they told me all people before him lied and nothing was escalated and no one was doing anything to fix the issue. Worst brand and customer service I've ever ver dealt with! Be aware before buying from them. They definitely do NOT care about their customers and just want your money!

I found the item I wanted, shipping was speedy, however, because I couldn't cancel a recent order that I admit was my mistake in ordering the wrong size, I ordered another pair in the correct size. My complaint is that not only did they not offer free shipping on an order over $100, it cost me almost $22 to return the first pair. Not cool, considering all the websites that offer free shipping and some free returns, or a flat fee.

I've ordered some Jordans from Nike.com on 30th September and my order got stuck in their NL Warehouse since then. In last month I've spoken every week with the customer support department, each agent told me the same story, that their finance department has to approve the request and they have to answer in 5-7 working days. Even if every time I call them, they can see that those days have passed several times, they just add a comment to that case and nothing is happening. I should read more carefully all other reviews about how Nike doesn't give a s**t about customers.

Good trainers but terrible customer service, definitely not a world top company. First time using their website to order online and it was terrible, do not try. Ordered a pair of trainers, got confirmation of dispatch and never got the product. After 10 days contact their chat centre and they said the order was lost that I would have to reorder if I wanted the trainers but they were out of stock. Not only I didn't get the trainers for the event I needed them for but I missed on buying another products during black friday sale. Their customer service didn't offer any sort of solution to this and added another unhappy customer to their record.

Ordered brand new Nike Vaporfly shoes but got used ones..They did not do a basic quality check for these expensive shoes..Sounds crazy.. And I have to wait for another week to exchange them..This is ridiculous..

I ordered a Nike sweater 3 weeks ago and when I call no one knows where the shipment is. When I track it, it’s just stuck in one place with no movement for 2weeks! Never ordering from Nike.com ever again! Lesson learned

Bought expensive pair of shoes. Received them dirty and broken. Sent them back. Waited a very long time to receive back my money. Never again Nike.

Recently I visited the Georgetown Nike Store with my wife an my son for the first time. The place was immaculate and all of the employees were busy about helping customers and straightening up merchandise. They all seemed happy to be there. We first met with Pereta who was one of the sales reps. She was amazing! She was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing right type of basketball shoes for my son and made some great recommendations. I was very impressed. We met Ro at the checkout. Great personality! She made us laugh and asked how our experience was. I told her that I loved it and would like to share my experience. It really was a very nice experience. No pressure sales, people genuinely wanted to help you. I would not hesitate returning and will tell others of my experience. You have a great crew there at the Nike Georgetown store in DC.

One thing I will say about this company is that it's horrible. Allowing fraudulent purchases be viewed as authentic purchases. I've call 3 times about a purchase I never made and it is clear as freakin day that it was sent to a different location from were i have been living for 14yrs. Your company policy states it was an authentic order and if i want my money back I have to return the product. How can I return a product I never received nor did I order to know what it was to even return. You know who ordered the product why not charge them? go after them? since they technically didn't pay for YOUR products and just return the money that is mine that your customer used to fraudulently pay for your products. It's blatantly clear this company runs on absolute greed and fraud and doesn't care about actual justifiable facts. I will be taking legal action. Absolutely Disgraceful, I was never even a customer, but now after this I will NEVER support Nike in any way along with my family and friends.
