I just can’t believe that Nike com is existing now. They are scammers! I will also now take a chance to report my case to authorities and I’ll do my best to surcharge my money! So my situation was simple. They don’t deliver my order then tell me to wait for 3-5 days. I waited for 8 days actually and I’ve got an email about my refund. I walked to a Nike store near my place and tried to use my gift cards used for the original order. But an employee told me that my gift cards were cancelled! That’s unbelievable!!! Now they don’t deliver my shoes and also STOLE my gift cards.

Nike app and website is slow. I been waiting for very good running sneakers with zoomx tech and the carbon fiber built in, with an all black color scheme. At work, most workers can only wear black foot attire with there uniforms. I have been waiting for the zoom vaporfly next % in size 10 men's in all black, or triple black color scheme. But according to nike experts i chatted with, they don't make them. If not, why not? I also want an all black zoomx fly 3 for my wife, women's size 6. Thank you.

I regularly trade shoes with my PE teacher so i don't have to run around the field in our Physical Education lessons. Therefore Nike's fast deliveries are super important and incredibly useful. Top lads at Nike, bunch of units. 100% a 5 star rating from me. If the CEO of Nike gets in touch, i will happily buy him/her a pint down the pub to show my gratitude x

Decided to shop at Nike online. So my order was shipped fast but it never arrived! I contact Nike on 20 of Dec (today is 8/1/20) and I still haven't got a response regarding my refund! I just chatted with a rep and I've been told that I need to send them a proof of purchase of gift cards (can you even imagine that?). What's a joke gift cards are created to be a gift for someone and how can I now send them that proof?? So at this point I'm left WITHOUT my money and WITHOUT the shoes. That what you can expect when shop at Nike com. Stay away of that scammers!

This company had no moral values and would rather support an American hating person than do the right thing and stand for what’s right. Just a sad company and business. I wish everyone would boycott them for supporting Terrorism.

I ordered a jacket and chose Nike because of the shipping arrival date. When the date came, I check tracking and the date was four more days. When I contacted Nike, they said not to worry; it may be delivered earlier. I needed the order on the day promised - not some other day. The delivery is scheduled for a business for the weekend or after-hours won't work. Now I have to try to change things with UPS - why does that fall on me? I don't have the time to do this. I should have read the reviews on Nike before I ordered - won't make this mistake again.

Bought a pair of air Jordan retro 12 (QS) for my son . Second day Found that the inner pad logo was peel off . (Really disappointed That the branded Nike shoe and the quality of logo are so lousy . ) Call the shop and ask to refer to Nike distributor . email the Nike distributor but Insist can’t exchange . The reply : I have went to check with various deparments and also getting more insights with my retailer on the matter. Based on your photos, the insole logo of right shoe has peeled off and it is a normal condition of wear and tear. Branded shoe , wear and tear the logo will peel off it already sound funny . But the shoe not even wear yet and told it not the display pair cos it size 8 . True , it from the store when we requested the size . Although it will peel off after sometime we wear but at least it come with complete logo . What the lousy brand and first experience bought the NIKE BRANDED air Jordan shoe ..

New product launch was delayed without notice. When it was finally announced their online system puts you in a line, so be careful because even though your order is input, it is not placed until you are released in the line. Problem is, if the product sells out, like in my case, it simply states Processing error. Go back to reorder -- not available. Totally unfair system. Should hold your order when you select the product. Really?? This company should have a better system than this!

I am totally shocked as to how this company is still in business. My daughter bought a pair of sneakers online and when they came they were too small. So we wanted to exchange them, however they had no more in stock and said to try again in a few days. How is it that during business shopping time of the year they don't have enough sneakers to sell. To top it off, we used a $20 coupon at the original time of purchase and they would not reissue it so we could use when and if they ever got the sneakers in stock. It's not our fault the shoes didn't fit and definitely not my problem that they didn't have them in stock, yet somehow I'm the loser in the deal. My daughter was using her own money plus the coupon to make the purchase. They didn't care, just said it's a one time use. Even after asking they would not send a new one. Extremely disappointed in the lack of regard for the customer and even more disappointed that a sneaker company doesn't have sneakers. Never buying from them EVER again. And selling the stock.

Nike does not stand behind the quality of their products and after being a customer for 25 years, I will never ever buy another Nike product again because of it. I had a pair of nike running shoes tear apart after 4 months of use. I contacted the Nike store where i purchased them and all they could say was they had a 90 day return policy and they could do nothing about the bad quality shoes that tore apart. I contacted enough Nike people until I was speaking with the Senior Customer Management rep and after 3 phone calls their best solution was to say they stand behind their 90 day policy instead of standing behind delivering a high quality product. In the best case scenario I hoped Nike would offer to exchange the shoes for a pair that were not torn apart, but they didn't think that was a reasonable request. Nike did not even think to offer even a 50%, 25%, 10%, 1% discount on a new pair of shoes. Their best suggestion was to go buy a new pair of shoes and hope the next pair don't rip apart. I am absolutely appalled at this level of service from such a reputable company. I have sold my existing stock holdings I had with Nike, and I will never purchase a single Nike item for myself or as a gift again.

Ordered Nike online while being in the UAE. Was concerned about the return but Nike assured me that I have plenty of time to make a free return and it would be very easy in case my order doesn't fit. Order arrived, it didn't fit, I issued a return on the website. The delivery guy didn't come on the expected date and 3 days already have passed. Nike.com customer support told me that they can't do anything about it since the purchase was made outside of the US. They gave me 2 phone numbers, a toll-free one that doesn't exist and a local UAE one that belongs to a partner SunAndSandSports. I reached those guys, and guess what? I can't get a refund for my order! Only exchange is possible and "they are doing that only because I'm a Nike client"... So here I am, trying to exchange the order that didn't fit to something else instead of getting my money back. This is the first and the last time I ordered something on Nike.com. Moreover, I am very upset with the customer service at Nike. Definitely do not recommend anyone to order online!!!

i bought the airmax 270 and after a few weeks both the air bubbles popped while I was running and injured my knee so badly that I havn't been able to walk for two weeks now.I called them up and they were extremely unhelpful,rude and refused to stand behind their product.I am very disappointed in the quality and overall experience with nike and their products.will Definitely not be buying any nike shoes in the future!

I bought these Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit 3 about 4 months ago. I'm upset that they already have a hole in them. I feel that sneakers should last at least 1 to 2 years. For the $190.00 that I spend.

This company is not legit! They just cancel your gift cards!!! I haven't got an order from them not even a delivery guy here and contacted them immediately so I was told to wait for 3-5 days and I've just got a response saying: "your gift cards used for the order is connected with fraudulent activity and we can't do anything. You can go to your local law enforcement". Sounds "good", right? I got this gift card for a month ago from my near friend and it worked flawlessly as I placed an order but then person named Lees just told me that. Does it mean that Nike steals gift cards? I think so... Sure, police will be informed about that matter. Buy Nike shoes somewhere external of nike dot com!

I had to give 1 star ⭐️ because 0 stars wasn’t an option. It’s such a pity that Nike has caved into chinese demands and has abandoned pro democracy in Hong Kong. I use to only buy Nike but from now on I’ll buy any brand except Nike. Very pathetic Nike, you should be ashamed.

I attempted to order basketball shoes for my granddaughter an received error message. After numerous attempts and numerous agents I still have not had my error message resolved and no shoes. I was told by three agents we will order these shoes at no cost to you. Each order was cancelled the next day by Nike. Basketball practice has started and she does not have her shoes. I was told three times it would be escalated to the next tier and resolved and we are now at two weeks.
