“website says true to size which is NOT true. Mine are way too tight for my regular size. they took almost 3 weeks to reach me and that's no bull! Expensive and a waste of time and money. They need to jump start their delivery process and make sure to give the consumer better info on sizing.”
“Ordered shoes Oct 8th because of a coupon I saw on Latimes.com for 30%off. They said they would not honor it after it accepted the coupon online and showed the discounted price but because I was not a CrossFit headquarters employee. Apparently the offer was only internal but got leaked? Whatever. I said fine, just send anyway but it’s Oct 30 and they ignored my emails and just finally today admitted the order was “lost”not just once, but twice and they will refund or offer store credit. I just wanted the shoes! There’s no customer service phone number to call and they send cryptic texts. Seriously, how did it get lost twice? They did not care”
“Nobull offers two day shipping but after confirming my order a message stated "orders may take longer due to high volume". Why continue to offer and charge for faster delivery when you can't provide the service. Time to change the "no excuses" slogan on their site.”
“It has now been over 24 days since I ordered my shoes, and they still have not arrived. I have chatted with their Customer service 3 times and each time they just promise that they are prioritizing the order and shipping them soon.
This sad to see as their shoes are actually quite good/nice…that is, if you ever receive them. Due to their poor customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere as they clearly don’t have the ability to deliver on time or the courtesy to provide customers with progress updates. I suggest looking elsewhere for your shoes.”
“Piece of cr@p website, took 20 days for the shoes to come and when it came it was the wrong size as I choose my size on the UK site and the website changed it to US.
Also can't go on the US site as it kicks you off and back to the UK site.”

I emailed on 26 September to inquire and was told that my order had been received and that I would receive an update in 24-48 hours. No update received. I emailed again a follow up on 3 October. No response has been received to my follow up. On 5 October, I reached out on the Nobull chat bot on their website and chatted with a representative who informed me that I would be receiving an update by end of day the following day (6 October) and to keep an eye on my email. Have not had any response since. I have emailed the company again on 11 October. No response received yet.”
“Years ago when I first bought the shoes, happy. Now your fulfillment and customer service is horrible. I've been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for two shirts. Throughout 4 attempts to check status, no response. Now on 4th attempt in Chat they tell me they are struggling with getting order delivery met and have no ETA on my shirts. We LOVED their stuff last year, this year, nothing is the same.
We have 2 men's large shirts, a 2022 and a 2023. They are 6" different in length!
Contacted no bull they told us too bad at first "we have not heard of this problem". Then after sending a picture, they offered for us to send back the shirt for store credit but we had to pay shipping to and from the company and could not get the tax money back. It made our $38 short, $51. Also had to put in there that "this is a one time courtesy and will not be able to do this in the future". It wasn't like we bought it and didn't like it, the measurements on THE EXACT SAME SHIRT were 6" off. They even told us (eventually) that MULTIPLE people have reported this problem. So instead of fixing it, they make it hard for customers and don't actually fix it.. greedy, greedy, greedy. They don't respond to the actual problem, they make it difficult, they will never again receive our business.”
