“It’s been weeks since ordering and no items have arrived. Intially said they’d sent the items and when I enquired I was assisted by email by a staff members who sent me a link. Jumped on the chat function and was fobbed off by a different one. Fast forward to now and for a week the items are allegedly sitting with their partner carrier who no one at NoBull seems to be able to contact. No Bull should be called All Bull.”
“NOBULL is Fraud and Cheat. They take services from the vendors and they never pay them. We also are a vendor who got cheated by Nobull and we have mailed Several mails to them also, tried calling their Accounting team but noone answered and finally we have to do this thing.

“I’ve been a loyal customer of NOBULL, having previously purchased items from their UK website without any issues. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I ordered trainers expecting UK size 9.5, just like my previous orders, but I received US size 9.5 (UK 8.5). There was no clear indication on the website that the sizes were in US measurements, and the checkout process did not clarify this crucial difference.
To make matters worse, prices were displayed in British pounds, further reinforcing the belief that the sizes were UK-based. NOBULL claims that the UK website was removed some time ago and that all sales are now made through their US site, nobullproject.com. Despite this, they continued to use my data from the UK site to send promotional emails, misleading me into believing I was still dealing with NOBULL UK.
When I reached out for a return or exchange, they refused, stating it was a final sale, despite the confusion caused by their unclear communication. They offered a 20% discount as a “courtesy,” but only on full-priced items, which feels like a hollow gesture given how misleading their marketing and website information were.
I am incredibly disappointed with NOBULL’s lack of transparency and misleading practices. This experience has completely shattered my trust in the brand. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping with them. A company that can’t be clear and upfront with its customers is not one worth supporting.”
“Purchased 4 shirts $161 usd. Too small initiated a return. No Bull provided fed ex return label. I dropped off at fedex and it was accepted.
Shipment lost and I realize that although NoBull issued return label, their policy is not responsible for lost returns. Wtf? So I eat $161 and will not buy anything from this terrible online company. Why should I be responsible for lost return. Clearly this happens a lot!!!”
“Bought a pair of nobull rip stop running shoes April 2024 now July 2024 I have noticed they are uncomfortable to wear.I started to look at them closely and noticed the heel of the sole and the ridges on the sole are worn out marking the shoe uneven.I also bought a few other pair of shoes different brands and wear them all equally.The other shoes are still in great condition.I called or messaged no bull and was told they can not help me but would give me a 12% discount on a new pair.I would recommend buying a better brand these shoes do not last.”

I needed an exchange for half a size larger for both shoes. I did place the return immediately and selected the new size. A week after Nobull received the items, they just went silent, only for me to discover that BOTH shoes had my size sold out (even though I selected it on the website).
ON top of that, the only pair of socks I have used for (1) ONE week, developed a hole.”
“Nobull uk is not a real Nobull site. I paid out for two tops that never turned up. My bank is now investigating for me. Nobull Uk have never returned any of my emails. I have contacted Nobull in the US who are aware of this site and confirmed it nothing to do with them.”

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my husband, however, they were very uncomfortable. Customer service said that I can’t exchange because they were marked as on sale. I don't recall seeing this information during the checkout process, emailed the company several times trying to exchange them for another size or something else for me. I requested just an exchange, the company did not want to do anything, I had to keep the sneakers, no exemptions to the rules, I am very upset because I didn’t see on the website that it was a final sale, otherwise I would’ve ordered them because they were Father’s Day gift and didn’t know if they were going to fit.
Very disappointed, they are lying and this happened to many other people. I am not ordering from them ever again.”
“The website claims to offer 2 day shipping and that is 100% false advertisement. They have you pay for expedited shipping but it’s the same as regular shipping. Don’t waste your money to expedited anything with them. You will not get it any sooner.
It’s also funny that to even leave this review of NoBull they want your email to ensure it’s genuine.”

“Ordered in stock items during a sale. This was ordered early January 2024. There was no clear expectations of a turnaround time whatsoever! Even reaching out to customer support, they stated how these “timeframes” should be in my confirmation email (I assure you, they weren’t).
I’ve ordered from them before and have had no complaints until now. Fulfillment and distribution has gone DOWN HILL.
My order which I’ve been waiting over a month for, was partially refunded because my in stock sale items were out of stock. Instead of my order of 8 apparel items, I JUST received my order of THREE. 63% of my order was cancelled and refunded (about three weeks after placing the order). And a month later I got 32% of my original order.
I will not be returning to them for future purchases - which is a shame. No bull is currently full of it.
Also after this experience, I can understand why finding reviews for Nobull isn’t as straightforward as it ought to be.”
“I'm sure the shoe would be great, but I got the wrong shoe in the correct box with the correct back up laces, which is weird. Customer service handed me off to 3 different people, a different person with each response I sent to their questions, although they were all equally polite. 1 of 3 said the shoes were out of stock, when the website at this moment says they're in stock. All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund. I got another email from a different company I've never heard of to track the return. I was afraid I'd be talking to 5 more customer service people trying to get the refund, none of them knowing what was going on. At least the shoes I got are something. They seem ok, the quality's fine, but not super comfy considering I was looking for something to do more high impact workouts in. If you get the right shoes and don't have to talk to anybody, you're probably good to order from Nobull, but it's an expensive gamble.”
