Bought a pair of nobull rip stop running shoes April 2024 now July 2024 I have noticed they are uncomfortable to wear.I started to look at them closely and noticed the heel of the sole and the ridges on the sole are worn out marking the shoe uneven.I also bought a few other pair of shoes different brands and wear them all equally.The other shoes are still in great condition.I called or messaged no bull and was told they can not help me but would give me a 12% discount on a new pair.I would recommend buying a better brand these shoes do not last.

Ordered shoes from them. After 20 days I wondered where my order of 3 pairs went. Well over 300 in shoes. After 20 days I reached out and they said they cancelled the order. I said but you kept the money and they said I Didn't ask for it back. This is a criminal organization.

I have tried to order trainers from NoBull for months and no chance! the site tells me to register but I never receive an email from them to complete the registration. So I am unable to place an order. I have come to the conclusion they do not want the business!! So i shall take out else where. I tried to order trainers 6 months ago and never received it. Shocking service all round. In wouldn't give this any stars at all.

I purchased these items: Men's Lifter - Coffee / 11 Men's Gum NOBULL OUTWORK - White Gum / 11 Low Sock - Black Arctic / M Low Sock - Army Black / M I needed an exchange for half a size larger for both shoes. I did place the return immediately and selected the new size. A week after Nobull received the items, they just went silent, only for me to discover that BOTH shoes had my size sold out (even though I selected it on the website). ON top of that, the only pair of socks I have used for (1) ONE week, developed a hole.

Nobull uk is not a real Nobull site. I paid out for two tops that never turned up. My bank is now investigating for me. Nobull Uk have never returned any of my emails. I have contacted Nobull in the US who are aware of this site and confirmed it nothing to do with them.

So I’m dropping in to add a review in hoping NOBULL Will get this! I have been shopping with this company for 7 years and through my PayPal account, now it’s no longer excepted. So unless you change that back I won’t or be able to buy anymore product from your website. I’ll just have to order through EBay. Things are just getting ridiculous.

Worst company to order from I ordered a pair of sneakers for my husband, however, they were very uncomfortable. Customer service said that I can’t exchange because they were marked as on sale. I don't recall seeing this information during the checkout process, emailed the company several times trying to exchange them for another size or something else for me. I requested just an exchange, the company did not want to do anything, I had to keep the sneakers, no exemptions to the rules, I am very upset because I didn’t see on the website that it was a final sale, otherwise I would’ve ordered them because they were Father’s Day gift and didn’t know if they were going to fit. Very disappointed, they are lying and this happened to many other people. I am not ordering from them ever again.

The website claims to offer 2 day shipping and that is 100% false advertisement. They have you pay for expedited shipping but it’s the same as regular shipping. Don’t waste your money to expedited anything with them. You will not get it any sooner. It’s also funny that to even leave this review of NoBull they want your email to ensure it’s genuine.

If I could give this company - stars I would. DO NOT ORDER and I repeat DO NOT ORDER shoes from this company. IF you receive them it will be a miracle. There is NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. You will likely have to work with your credit card company for a refund. Just TERRIBLE. This company is awful and basically stealing money from consumers!

I would give 0 stars if possible. If you want a company that steals your money and doesn't take seriously issues it has caused, then go ahead and shop with NoBull. I will NEVER shop with NoBull again.

Terrible customer service.. literally says “standard shipping- 9-10 days.. then the lady tells me it could take 3-4 weeks.. well that’s great as I won’t be here for another 2-3 months.. the tracking order hasn’t moved in 3 business days.. I won’t ever purchase another pair of these again

Ordered in stock items during a sale. This was ordered early January 2024. There was no clear expectations of a turnaround time whatsoever! Even reaching out to customer support, they stated how these “timeframes” should be in my confirmation email (I assure you, they weren’t). I’ve ordered from them before and have had no complaints until now. Fulfillment and distribution has gone DOWN HILL. My order which I’ve been waiting over a month for, was partially refunded because my in stock sale items were out of stock. Instead of my order of 8 apparel items, I JUST received my order of THREE. 63% of my order was cancelled and refunded (about three weeks after placing the order). And a month later I got 32% of my original order. I will not be returning to them for future purchases - which is a shame. No bull is currently full of it. Also after this experience, I can understand why finding reviews for Nobull isn’t as straightforward as it ought to be.

I'm sure the shoe would be great, but I got the wrong shoe in the correct box with the correct back up laces, which is weird. Customer service handed me off to 3 different people, a different person with each response I sent to their questions, although they were all equally polite. 1 of 3 said the shoes were out of stock, when the website at this moment says they're in stock. All 3 gave me form responses, and by the time they offered a refund I felt like I was going to end up with no refund and no shoes, so I just kept the wrong shoes because I was starting to get scammy vibes and I didn't trust they'd follow through on the refund. I got another email from a different company I've never heard of to track the return. I was afraid I'd be talking to 5 more customer service people trying to get the refund, none of them knowing what was going on. At least the shoes I got are something. They seem ok, the quality's fine, but not super comfy considering I was looking for something to do more high impact workouts in. If you get the right shoes and don't have to talk to anybody, you're probably good to order from Nobull, but it's an expensive gamble.

I ordered a pair of shoes months ago and they never arrived. The customer derbies said they sent me the wrong order (a pair of sunglasses) and I need to send that order back before they send me the correct order. The problem is I never recieved any packages. The tracking even shows that they are at my house but didn't leave the package behind. I even went to the post office and they don't have any record of the tracking number provided. They refuse to send my order or give me a full refund because that costs them money. They are clearly a scam and I would not recomend anyone order from them.

Shipping takes wayyyy too long. I don’t understand how other extremely large companies can get products shipped in a timely manner, but NOBULL has problems. Very disappointing

The absolute customer experience and service I have encountered. Do they not realize anyone can walk into a store today and purchase a pair of Hokas or OnClouds without experiencing the pain of their shipping service?

I purchased a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend, but unfortunately, they turned out to be one size too big. When I attempted to initiate an exchange with Nobull, I was informed that they were ineligible for return or exchange because they were marked as on sale. I don't recall seeing this information during the checkout process, and I find it quite perplexing, especially considering that Nobull operates as an online shoe company. It's unreasonable to expect that everyone will be able to order the exact appropriate size right away.

Horrible customer service. They do not uphold their 60 day return policy. I bought the shoes for my husbands birthday and when he tried them on, they were simply to wide for his foot. We found a shoe that fits him better and wanted to return/ receive a refund for the shoes we bought. I went back and forth via email and the issue still hasn’t been resolved 6 weeks later. We returned the shoes and had to pay for shipping… They never refunded us even though we sent the shoes back. I sent an additional follow up email today, but am going to make a complaint against NoBull with the Better Business Bureau for not refunding us. This company is a scam and I would never suggest doing buisness with them.

Scumbags with the ol bait and switch. Hoping to prey on the careless who don't follow up on their order placed during what is presumably a busy buying season. Warehouse says it's out of stock after you reach out to ask why you don't have your shoes after a month. But the same shoe is available for you to buy online. F this place. #iamnobull 😂

Shoe size runs small by, at least, a 1/2 size. Unable to exchange them for a more comfortable fit. Nobull is full of bull! Nobull is off of my list.
